Itunes shows only green screen

I keep getting a green screen for my imovies?

I'd first try the "Disable Direct3D acceleration in QuickTime" section from the following document:
Troubleshooting iTunes for Windows XP and 2000 video playback performance issues
(After making the settings change, restart iTunes prior to checking to see if the change has had any effect.)

The screen is completely blank in the app ? Have you tried closing the app via the phone's taskbar and/or done a soft-reset to see if it then displays anything ?

Soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

I would suggest you try to update your iOS 8.0.2 to the latest iOS 8.1.0 with iTunes on your computer. Don't try to do the update on your iPhone, it takes time and some error always occur. After updating to iOS 8.1.0, if your iPhone can't restart properly, try Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS trial version. It will say that your iPhone is not in normal mode, offering you the option 'restart the device'. Just click the button to let your iPhone restart.

Hello everyone. I'm facing a strange thing now
I just bought my iphone4 few days ago. Everything works fine but everytime when I wake up it's screen it will show a green screen b4 the SLIDE TO UNLOKE comes out. It only happen under the sun. When I do the same thing at a dark place. It wont show the green screen
Plus the green screen doesn't keep a long time maybe 1 second. I just wondered whether it gets worth as time goes by?

Take a screen shot & use the tiny Camera icon in a Reply to upload it, if we see the same thing it's a Video card/VRAM, or OS problem, if we do not see the same thing then it's the Monitor or cable.

Standard troubleshooting...
1. Try a Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider. Slide to power off. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.
2. Try a Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider if, it comes up. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
3. Remove all apps from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Tap and hold any icon in this list until they wiggle
- Press the red to delete all apps from this list.
- Press the home button twice when done.
4. If still a problem restore with your backup.
5. If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

Forgot the passcode to my ipad. When I went to restore it, it asked me if I wanted to update the software so I said yes. It then went into recovery mode, I'm guessing, with the connect to iTunes showing on the screen. Now iTunes will not recognize it??

Then you will need to try restoring it once more:
Placing your device into recovery (DFU) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
   1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the
       other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
   2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds
       until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
              * If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the
                Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off,
                release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the
       device. The device should turn on. Note: If you see the battery charge warning,
       let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some
       charge, and then start with step 2 again.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
       When this screen appears you can release the Home button:

Testing app on device shows only black screen.

I created hello world app, app is working fine on simulator,
But when I install this app on device, and launch it from devie it shows only black screen. I am not sure whats the possible reason for this.
Device which I am using is Intex cloud fx.
Does any here faced this problem?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems installing a test app that you developed for your Intex Cloud Fx.
Unfortunately, I have not heard of this issue. Do you have a different Firefox OS device that you would be able to test this on?
I would also suggest contacting Intex Support for device-specific issues.

Hello, I have such problem. My TouchSmart IQ500 when turned on shows only startup screen.

When I turn on the TouchSmart IQ500, it shows only startup screen.
Pressing F11 (System recovery) does not affect anything.
Pressing F10 - it writes entering setup... and nothing more happens
Pressing F9 - also no response.
Please tell me what can be done?

It sounds a LOT like a dead hard drive, running diagnostics would be a good place to start.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

Problem solved.
In iTunes, I selected Backup from my iPod's contextual menu under Devices. I then did a restore and all the music is back. It only took a few minutes.
These choices are only available via the device contextual menu, not the main iTunes pull-down menus.

When you look at Setting > General > About does it show 550 in Songs?
Can you add songs to your phone from iTunes on your computer?
I did an iOS update to one of the 6.X versions and it wiped out all my music and I had to add it back manually even though I has just done a backup to iTunes. Restoring from that backup didn't help. My music was all gone. But since then I have not had any problems with the updates erasing my music.
