Itunes songs don't work when I transfer them to ipod... please help

I brought 30 songs in itunes today, and managed to successfully transfer 23 onto my ipod. However, the remaining 8 songs do not play on my ipod and exclamation marks come up next to them in the margin. When i look at the information of the songs i can see that I am not allowed to change any details about the song. It is as though I am not permitted to access them or something. I am new to using the itunes store and am unsure what to do, please help!

My pop-up menus don't work when I apply them.

I have been working in fixing this problem nearly all day and haven't been able to find a solution. I added a pop-menu in DW, but it doesn't show up. I am new to coding and I suspect it has to be a problem with the hierarchy of the code, but I just can't seem to figure it out. Can someone pleeeeeese take a look at my source code and let me know if you can see how to correct this problem. The .js file is in the folder so I know that's not the problem.

The link that I applied the pop up menu to is the "Arts & Culture" link in the list to the left in blue area.
Any advisement that gets me closer to solving the problem would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I believe it's because the code to create/load the menu is wrapped in a <script> tag that actually calls an external JS file, meaning the external code is executed instead of the code wrapped in the tag. You have this at line 62:

It should be this:

THen you would need to add this after the closing </script> tag to call that external file again:

HELP!!! My flash video skin isn't showing up or working when i put it into dreamweaver, please help.

When I export my flash project, and import it into dreamweaver, i go to the trailer page and the video, one, won't give me the skin to hit play, stop, pause, rewind, volume, etc. and two, when you travel to another page it continues to play the movie in the background. Can someone please help me fix these issues please!

I am having the same problem as dbobby.
The error message shows up quite quickly, you don't see any of the layout outlines being created.
I have tried all of the solutions listed on this stream of posts and none of them have helped.
I had PSE11 installed on a Win XP machine and I have talked to a friend who has PSE 11 installed on a Win 7 machine and going to the 11x8.5 composite layout caused the program to crash in both cases. So it appears this is not an isolated problem.

I updated iTunes to 10.5, and not iTunes freezes (beachball thing) and I want to upgrade to iOS 5 but I can't if it keeps freezing. I have tried reinstalling iTunes. Any suggestions?

Me too! I waited a bit before I updated. Had no problem updating Itunes to 10.5. Phone update seemed to go smoothly.
This morning I noticed that my calandar wasn't allowing me to invite folks so I plugged it in to see if maybe there was a sync issue.
Now the whole thing is frozen.
I was trying to decide on getting an Ipad but right now an Iphone is probably all I can handle with all of these issues since I have to manage my husband's too!

Gmail access fails on safari. But it works when i login as administrator. Please help!

I am unable to use gmail from a regular user account on my iMac.It fails with an error string that ends with "... becasue Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server "accounts.google.com". "
I have tried resetting safari and it does not help.
I have tried adding DNS entries based on some discussion board suggestions and that does not help either.
I am able to access gmail as an administator on the same machine though!

Is it on mute? There is a switch on the side which may be mute or rotation lock. If it locks the rotation, double tap the home button and swipe your finger to the right. You should see volume, brightness, etc... On the far left is a button to mute or lock rotation. Make sure it is not on. If you still can't hear anything, go to settings> general> sounds> ringer and alerts and slide the dot to the right.

I don't see anything in Help that shows when you already have transfered all the files over. Why would it want to erase and sync when I already have all the music folder copied over? I didn't have an issue when I had another technician copy from one laptop to another. Home sharing is also on but not being recognized.

I suspect you only migrated the media folder instead of the complete working library. Either review the transfer process and copy over the entire iTunes folder from your old profile's music folder or see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Try unsyncing the sone and then resyncing. That works sometimes. Sometimes restoring from backup works. Other times nothing seems to work.. Yuo are not alone since iOS5 and iTunes 10.5/6.

Buddhabeat...clicking on the "Report a Problem" button next to the song(s) in question, should open a drop-down list menu, that allows you to select the specific issue/area of concern that you are experiecing (or you can select a generic "My problem is not on the list" (or something to that effect).
