My ipod touch is stuck on a screen with a picture of a usb plug and says itunes store. It will not connect to the itunes store and I have tried restarting with menu and power key.
UPDATE: It finally decided to start working again, but it's been rather wonky for quite some time now. I'm not at all happy, especially considering I can't afford a new one.

Went to upgrade and received message I had to upgrade to ITunes 10.5. Did this, however now I can't connect to the store. I receive a message stating that the network cannot connect and to check my settings. I have followed everything on here, uninstalled, reinstalled, Microsoft Fixit, run as administrator, firewalls, proxy server, even removed my antivirus, nothing works. Very frustrated and not sure what else to try???

I just got the new ipod touch (5th generation) and it will show up on my computer but it will not show up on itunes and it won't connect. Please help!

Your phone connected, iTunes running, under the "Apps" tab, you've selected this app to install on your phone, correct? Hit the "Apply/Sync" button, lower right on the Apps tab, what happens?

Got error "Your acct is not valid for use in the Israeli store. You must switch to the US store before purchasing" while using an Israeli SIM card in Israel. I switched to Israel on my PC at home in mu itunes acct, but now cant connect to iTunes. Help?

I use my computer everyday in our office and have no issue connecting to the internet/wifi, but when my boss comes in and tries to connect it doesn't work. It tells her she has internet, but won't connect to the wifi. We've tried a few different tactics(the basic ones I've seen on here), but nothing seems to be working for us. My computer automatically connects to our wifi.
Just recently the Airport Extreme has started with the blinking amber colored light on the front, which I believe means something is wrong? Can anyone help us figure out what's going on and why we can't get my boss' computer to connect as it should?

I purchased music from Amazon. It downloaded to ITunes Library but won't sync/download to IPod (Nano 4th gen.) Plays with no problem on my Mac Pro but can't get it downloaded to my IPod. How can I resolve?
If you right click on the song it will give you an option such as Create AAC version or Create mp3 version.
To control what option appears Preferences, general.
At the bottom right is a button called import settings. This will start another dailog box where you can choose which encoder to use
Select Mp3 version.
Go back to your song and create an mp3 version and see if that synces -

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Glad to hear it is all straightened out. You are right about the upgrade cost. That is one reason why Adobe switched to monthly licensing—no more upgrade cost <g, r, & d>. Of course we do have nearly monthly product upgrades. It is almost like playing whack a mole.
