Itunes Store and Help not working + Ipod not backing up
Hey everyone,
Its been like this for about a month or two...
I click on itunes store and it opens but gets halfway and never loads any further. Ive tried everything you can imagine. Proxy servers, uninstall and install, etc.
PLUS!
My ipod touch isnt backing up. It too also gets half way then stops. Then when i try to sync it it does everything but backs up then at the end says "Itunes could not back up the ipod because a session could not be started with the ipod"
so i went in and deleted all my backups till the most recent one, tried again and no luck.

It will take a couple of days for the artwork to show up. However in you case the URL to your artwork or the filename may be wrong.
You have a URL of http://www.hopecbc.org/imagefiles/podcast.png listed. I get a 404 error when I try to pull it up in a web browser. Same thing with the URLs to your MP3 files.
Looking at your website and checking the resources page that lists the sermons for downloads the URL's look to actually have upper and lowercase letters in them, while the urls in your XML do not. Your server is case sensitive, so
http://www.hopecbc.org/mp3files/sermons/hebrews/082607amgodfreyhebrews11.mp3
which is in your XML is different from
http://www.hopecbc.org/mp3Files/Sermons/Hebrews/082607amgodfreyhebrews11.mp3
which seems to be the correct url.
Correct them and it will probably work...

why are not all my songs I have purchased in the itunes store and are on my computer not on my phone? Very frustrating I purchaed almosta $100 worth of songs for a trip and they are not on my phone after continuious syncs. Do I have to pay for itunes match for this?

Have you actually selected them to be synced to your device from the iTunes sync settings. -
ITunes Match disappears from iTunes store and won't work

I'm having 2 problems, and hoping *someone* can help, because Apple sure can't.
I just again purchased iTunes Match, even though last year it never worked properly (it would load 20,000 songs, but then each time I backed up my phone, they would all disappear and I would have to spend days and day to re-load them every time).
I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone 5 and the newest iPad. When I click on music on my iPhone or iPad, only 36 artists show up when there should be thousands.
I just logged in to iTunes on my computer, with my phone connected, with the music drive connected, with iTunes Match turned on, on the phone, and iTunes Match does not show up anywhere. In fact, when I click on the store (how else are you supposed to get to it anyway?? It surely isn't intuitively placed), iTunes Match shows up for ONE SECOND in the menu on the righthand side and then it DISAPPPEARS. I have re-started, searched the forum, searched the web, and called the Apple store (which as usual was no help at all).
I checked that it is turned on, on my phone, and went through all the iTunes preferences and there is nothing there. PLEASE please help. I just paid for this darn thing again for another year, but it will not work properly, and now I can't even access it. (And I noted one post elsewhere that said to click on the iTunes store and enable it. That is not an option for me. When I click on the store... ok, I already explained this above).
Would appreciate any help possible. Thanks.

Black background in Itunes Store and help
Hello,
I have a problem with Itunes on this Windows Vista pc. I get a black background on the store and help, and was unable to change payment information due to unvissible black list for creditcard dates. The help just does not display text.
I have already tried to reinstall multiple times.
Also I tried another windows vista pc which was ok on the same apple id.
Also Itunes crashes pretty often
Now I am running out of ideas and i hope you can help me.

Hi Kylegundrum,
Try resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, see if your issue is resolved.

HT1430 reset will not work, ipod not repsonding
Originally got the high temp message, let it cool down and now it wont charge. Tried charging into computer and wall charger. Tried holding menu button and sleep button to reset and wont work. When plugged in screen shows the red battery but wont charge....

When I try to download my updates it keeps saying cannot connect to iTunes store please help I'm going mad!
a lot of people have posted about this and i have seen one weird thing fix this. people said they where going into date and time under settings and changing the date to some time in the future and then going to the itunes store and it would give them an error that there date and time was wrong. then all you need to do is go back and set the date and time right and go back to the itunes store and try again.
Im not sure why this did the trick but a bunch of people said that this helped them out..... Weird i know

Is there a way to know (release schedule) if a TV Show (say Weeds Season 7) is going to be available in the Australian iTunes Store and when?
Apple do not release any schedules for future content releases.

i downloaded apps from the itunes store and tried to sync them to my ipod touch but its not syncing.i even restarted my ipod several times but it doesnt seem to work....i tried to delete and re-install the apps but that too doesnt seem to work... and while syncing,the apps are shown in my ipod and after the ipod is synced the apps disappear... dunno wat to do .................please help........
Do you have Restrictions set that prevent adding the apps? (Settings>General>Restrictions).
What happens whenyou tru to download the apps directly to the iPod.

Hello, my iPod touch is not working right. It says its connected but if I select App Store, safari and other apps that require wifi pops out a note saying either"error loading" or "cannot connect to iTunes Store" and would exit the app automatically. Please help.

1) can't download the latest itune version onto my PC (it simply stops, not even an error message)
2) can't access the itune store and in order to fix this i need the latest version - catch 22!

if i factory reset my ipod touch(5th gen), can i reset it to the option 'set up as a new ipod', and then i can just go into the app store/itunes store and log into my apple ID so i can just restore my music and apps and not icloud with photos, contacts, ect. and then later i can add contacts that i need/want instead of them restoring them from icloud?
The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

-sierraHey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. You have to put in a credit card number so you can purchase a game thats free or 0.99 cents or higher then you have to fill in other stuff then press next on your ipod touch or computer then it says you have succesifully created an apple id!
