Is there a way to register an iTunes Store account with paypal and could anyone give me instructions?

Store credit (including Allowance Account balances)

In countries where the iTunes Store only sells apps, the accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Other payment types such as gift cards, store credit, monthly allowances, ClickandBuy, and PayPal are not accepted. Depending on your App Store country, prices may be listed in your local currency, US Dollars, or Euros.

Problems with Itunes store and Paypal account.

Hi - Recently I was purchasing an app from the store and it said there was a problem with my Paypal account. I use that account all the time and it was in good standing and nothing changed with the password etc.
So I went to the Itunes account, edited the paypal account information as I noticed that it was showing my email address and not my paypal address. After finishing the process successfully it still shows my email address and not my paypal address (they are different). What gives? How do I fix this???

Try changing your country selection in the iTunes Store page within iTunes to the one you are using now - seems resetting the country back to itself can help. Did for me.

Movies i bought from the itunes store and they wont sync to my ipod

I had bought an ipod for my daughters birthday n i had purchased several movies from the itunes store and they downloaded n they show up in my library n wheni check them to sync to her ipod....it shows a pop up block that says that it cannot be copied to this ipod cause it is not supportrd by this ipod. my baby is really wanting to use it n I downloaded the itunes 10 & updated her ipod software to 4.3.3 i think that i did all the necessary updated and downloads now what do i do...i've been on this comp eversince 11:00am this morning and it is still now 1:29am....i dont know....if anyone has any suggestions..they r welcomed

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

Edit > Preferences. Select the check box for Ringtones, this will add them to the listing in iTunes.

What country are you in ? Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload them on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage
If you're not in a country where TV programmes can be redownloaded then connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and use the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over from your iPad

The movie would be in your iTunes library, in the Movies application. However, if the rental period has expired, you may need to contact the iTunes Store Support about your situation:

Do you have Restrictions set that prevent adding the apps? (Settings>General>Restrictions).

If i factory reset my ipod touch(5th gen), can i reset it as the option 'set up as new ipod', and then i can just go into the app store/itunes store and restore my music and apps and not icloud with photos and ect?

The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...
and i hope you understand my problem..

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. With my iPhone 4S I purchased the NAVIGON Europe App, downloaded needed files and maps within the App and all worked fine. But when I try to buy certain add-ons via In-App purchase I get a window telling me that it can'T connect to the iTunes store and that I have to contact iTunes store support.
This is what I have already tried to make it work:
Reset my iphone via iTunes (set it up as new iPhone)
Changed itunes store payment option from Click&Buy to credit card
restarted iPhone several times
scratched my head
checked restrictions under settings in iPhone: all is correct; in-App purchases allowed
chewed my lip
finally sent a message to the itunes store support.. waiting for their answer
no changes so far. I still get the same error message.
Any ideas?

You will need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
