ITunes Store charged me $41.71, I did not make any purchase.
Hey guys, First time posting here so forgive me if i'm in the wrong place.
Anyways I'll get to it, Basically I just logged onto my Online Banking account which my ITunes Account is also linked too and I just noticed I had been billed for $41.71 on the 19th September.
The only information that was given to me was 'APL*APPLE ITUNES S (numbers here, not sure if i should post them) CA USA'
I am very certain that I did not make this purchase, I logged onto my ITunes account and checked my order history from the last 18 months and there is nothing there. I'm also confused because my ITunes account is actually linked to the Australian Store and the description says USA..
I made a support ticket to Apple, Just wondering if you guys could give me some tips or help within the meantime.

After years without a problem, I am suddenly unable to remote share my work computer at home. I haven't done any updates recently and did not make any changes to the setup. it sounds like your work changed something on their network. Try asking your IT people if they recently blocked any ports related to remote management or changed their firewall settings to block incoming connections.

If you didn't make the purchases, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then use the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If they don't show on your account's purchase history then you may want to contact your card issuer. -
I am very frustrated and find it difficult to get the answers that I need. Again, I just recently got my credit card bill. On the bill were to charges from itunes, of which I am not responsible for. There is roughly $60 charged to my credit card, charges I did not make. Could someone from apple please contact me. Could someone please help me to correct this error?

If for a purchase from the iTunes/App store then contact iTunes:

If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

If it is in the process of installing, then stopping it now may well result in an inoperative computer. By rights you should not lose any data. But you should consider a backup strategy straight away after the install is complete. Some of your programs may be PPC based and will no longer work in Mountain Lion, but we can deal with that when your install is complete.

I am having difficulties with iBook it went blank! I uninstalled it am now waiting for it to reload over wifi any suggestions how long this takes? I am on holiday and don't have computer access I have been waiting an hour any suggestions please
I agree. I don't rely on iCloud as a backup, that is what I have my portable hard drive for. Its 500 GB so I can hold my entire iTunes library several times over on it. I have all my movies on my hard drive, but somehow "The Mist" got deleted off of my hard drive, so I figured "Well, the option to redownload an already purchased movie is available through iCloud, I'll just do that!"
And permissions and download availability have nothing to do with it, the movie's still there, it still allows me to redownload it. The only problem is when I click download, I get that message.
And nobody else uses my computer, but I do have multiple accounts authorized on it. Even still though, I am attepmpting to download it through the account I purchased it under. :/ -
As of last weak, my bookmarks toolbar has been completely missing. I checked my toolbars, and it is definitely one of the ones marked to show. I checked my bookmarks, and nothing has been deleted. I'll appreciate it if anyone can tell me how to get it back, instead of the empty space that I now have.
Just did some experimenting and I fixed it on my computer! My pointer is back to normal!
For me, the problem was caused by the Adobe PDF Viewer plugin in Safari. I noticed that when I would hit F3 for Expose, there was a blank window that said "Adobe PDF Viewer" attached to Safari, but when I tried to click on the window to open it, nothing would happen. I figured this might be causing my issue.
Then I found out that the Adobe PDF plugins aren't supported on the new versions of Safari, so I uninstalled them. Here's how:
1. Go to the folder : Your Hard Drive / Library / Internet Plug-ins.
2. If you see the files AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin and AdobePDFViewer.plugin, drag them to the trash.
3. Restart Safari. Pointer issue should be fixed.

Color does not match printing in preview
