ITunes Store + Click and Buy timed out
I recently got me a Click and Buy account because Paypal isnt availible in Germany. I verified my Mail and my bank account - Click and Buy says. Whenever I try to link this in iTunes I get a Message that iTunes could not connect with CaB and the process was canceld because of a session time out. I think the whole process took me about 20 seconds. I tried a Firefox instead of Safari - nothing.
I still have the same problem, I can not link my click-and-buy account with my iTunes Store account - and that means that the money I have in CaB is stuck there and I cannot use it in Apple Store. That *****!
On every attempt to get back from the browser to iTunes, I still receive the iTunes box message:
Your attempt to set up your ClickandBuy account for use in the iTunes Store was unsuccessful.
Your iTunes Store session has timed out.
It seems that Apple does not give a dam about it ("it" means us that are spending money in their store via their business partners).
Does anyone know any sort of solution for that technical problem? Why iTunes does not accept the browser redirect from CaB?

I eventually contacted my ISP which is Orange and to my surprise they were aware of the problem ad said it would be sorted soon.
6 hrs later I was able to open iTunes. -

If you believe there is an issue with the Supplied Charger, take it and your Device, to An Apple Store or AASP and get them to check...
Meanwhile, have you tried a Reset of your iPad... you will not lose any Data...

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

When Accessing iTunes store it says connection timed out??
Every time I try to go to iTunes it says the connection has timed and to check my settings and/or network connectivity. So I ran a diagnostic check and it says everything was successfully verified that it was able to connect to the internet, and to iTunes. It said the last successful store (ability to access iTunes) was when I tried to get into last, but I the connection timed out I never actually got to the iTunes store..
Now there have been two times i got into the iTunes store but when I went to download something or when its asking me to edit the billing info it always times out.. Could it have anything to do with my bank account???I am having similar issues except that the store starts to load, then stops, then I only get iTunes Store in gray letters on a white screen. I can access playlist and the other stuff. Like flamesgirl, I contacted them and they just keep sending me links of stuff to try which I had already seen on the Apple website and nothing works. I posted the question on another forum I belong to and one responder said her husband was in an Apple store and asked about this problem as he was having the same issue. They said an update would be coming out soon as they were aware of the problem. Who knows.

ITunes could not connect to iTunes Store. Network connection timed out
Even though my internet and everything else (including the rest of iTunes) is working, I can't get to the Genius option, iTunes Ping, and iTunes Store. I think all of those connect to the internet somehow, bu my internet works just fine! I even have the newest version of iTunes (if that even matters) but still don't know what's going on.
Also, the title of this is what the pop-up says. Sorry, forgot to mention that.

what i did...
1. i uninstalled and then installed latest version of itunes. it worked for 3 hours. then could not connect to itunes once again. Does anyone have suggestions ?

I try to buy software on my iPhone, this is normal connected to a Click and Buy account.
The strange thing is that I can use the Click and Buy account in the OS X App store and not in the iTunes store.
Is it possible that there is an old Click and Buy account still somewhere in the system that does block the option to connect the new one?Has it been 24 hours?

i'm having some issues trying to change my account billing---I have a new debit card and i need to punch in the new number but when i go to edit my info itunes says my 'session has timed out.' i've logged in and out more than once. what's the problem?
Try to change the credit information from your iphone or other ios device. Tap on settings > store > tap Apple ID > tap view account > tap payment information > change

In iTunes these should theoretically be available on the iTunes Store home page.
On the right of that page under Quick Links find Purchased section (if available for your country) and then choose the TV Show category and choose to download there - it doesn't happen automatically.
If not in US you won't be able to redownload movies (yet anyway).
If a title is not available there are reasons for this but you'd expect it to be if you've only just bought it.
Actually I prefer buying in iTunes - I bought some TV episodes on AppleTV but cannot complete my season in iTunes - maybe i can't for that show (support were useless) but I do wonder if it's because the purchase was made on ATV.

Can't Setup Apple ID on iTunes because of Click and Buy

I just got into itunes with my iphone 4.
Thought the setup of a apple id, i chosen click and buy for the itunes store.
i loged in with my mother's account (she allowed).
Everthing was allright and click and buy would contact itunes to get me to the next step.
But nothing happend in the itunes setup. I kept being at the same step.
So somehow click and buy cant reach itunes!
This way i cannot make a apple id with payments.! (I did make a ID now thought internet, because else i could not make this threat.)
Please help me!

Hi I got an email from itunes saying that my pre order was ready and when I click on the link from my ipad it takes me to the itunes store app and then it doesn't do anything help with this please .
<Link Edited By Host>Thanks for your advice, I went to the apple shop today for a face to face meeting with a tech and he checked everything and could not figure out why I was having this problem so we decided to give up on that account and create a whole new one for me using a different email address.
Now I can download apps on both my iPhone and ipad2.
If anyone is reading this in Brisbane Australia go to the Chermside apple shop and ask for Wade. He was fantastic!

You would need to change your iTunes Strore from the US to Belgium. In order to log onto the Belgian Store, you would need a physical address in Belgium....
To change Stores in iTunes on an iPhone, go into Settings>iTunes & App Store, and click on your Apple ID at the top. Then click on View Account and type in your password. On the view account screen you will see an option to Change Country/Region. Click on that and follow the prompts.

Windows 7 64 itunes 10.5.2 64 - I receive the following error message when opening iTunes - please sign in again itunes match has encountered an error. Please choose sign out and then sign in from the itunes store menu and try again.
When I try to sign out iTunes freezes and I need to shut down windows entirely to get it to open again.
Has anybody been able to resolve this issue?After many annoying sign-in-out-iTunes-match-activation problems I found an easy solution for me. When the iTunes Cloud symbol is broken (and I should sign in again) I just deactivate my notebooks (Windows 7) Wifi (with Fn+F5 for my Thinkpad).Then I call up the Itunes store and iTunes tells my that there is no connection to the internet (most probaply this step is not necessesary). After manual re-activation of my Wifi iTunes seems to re-establish the connection and the Cloud symbol signalizes that iTunes match does work, again.

iTunes Match has encountered an error. Please choose Sign Out and then Sign In from the iTunes Store menu and try again.I have Just upgraded my mac from Itunes 11.0 to itunes 11.02, this issue occured within hours of the updated.
It seems to occur about every couple of hours for me, I can still access the apple store, but music match just dies with the message: "iTunes Match has encountered an error. Please choose Sign Out and then Sign In from the Store menu and try again."
As it takes a good ten minuites for itunes
If this is also occuring in Itunes 11, the previous Discussions are probably not relevant.
Itunes 11 has had significant changes applied, so it would be reasoble to assume this is not the same fault and Apple have some how broken Itunes again.
I might try to downgrade to itunes 11.0, as it looks like music match faults are not high on apples priorities, it looks like took them almost a year to fix this fault last time it occured. -

But when a want to buy one app then they ask me to make an account for credits. I have the account by Click and Buy.
When I go my account in ITunes and want to change my credit in CLick and Buy I have to download ITunes again.
I did that but nothing is changes! Stil the problem to buy. I can 'buy' free apps.
What to do?Nothing you can do. Apps are locked to the account that purchased them and you have to log into the account to update them.
