Itunes store delivers a white screen

Itunes works but logging on to the itunes stores delovers a blank white screen.  I have the latest software.  Can't spend my hard earned cash on harmonic pleasure.

I've looked at my firewall settings, uninstalled and reinstalled EVERY Apple program three times, and everything else, and yet nothing seems to be fixing it.
Apple program? Not sure what that means?

When i try and access my app store and click on categories and top 25 an error message pops up saying cannot connect to itunes store then a white screen behind it says Your request produced an error [newNullReponse]. I have Tried resetting my iPhone  logging out and logging back into my apple account ive tried changing the dates but it doesnt work. I dont have a phone to call apple support so how do i fix this please help! Thank a lot !!

    Try this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1368
Also, if that doesn't work, try this:
First you need to create another App Store iTunes account with a different country. (If you're American, do Canadian and vice versa)
When you sign out then sign in under the new account, it will say that your account only works in USA and to change the store. Once it does that your top 25 will be changed back to top apps and you'll get no more errors. Then you can change back to your normal account.
You can create another account free. Do it through iTunes on your computer or Mac. Change the country at the bottom of the App Store. Try and download a Free app. That way you don't need a credit card.

  • ITunes Store 10.5 white screen issue, not working

So I've had zero issues running the iTunes store on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit prior to the 10.5 update, and now all I get is a white screen. I can connect to the Store from my iPhone, iPod Touch, and laptop running Windows XP Professional with the SAME version of iTunes. I tried clearing out iTunes based on other discussions I've seen, IN ORDER, twice, and reinstalling. No dice. I've cleared my hosts file...same issue.
The weird thing is that I can update Apps in iTunes on my PC, which connects to the Store and downloads just fine. I've made zero changes to my network router, port range filtering, and the Windows Firewall has always been disabled. I don't understand how every other device aside from my PC can connect to the Store on my wireless network, but not my PC all of a sudden. I've even tried logging in as the Administrator and clearing out my Local, LocalLow, and Roaming profile of anything related to Apple and iTunes after uninstalling iTunes and rebooting...no change.
Something is wrong with this version running on Windows 7, period, and it needs fixed. I can't redeem codes except on my iPhone and it's rather annoying.

i have the same problem. the store works on my windows vista and my ipod touch just not on my windows 7. i sent a msg to support and they told me to delete itunes, check if there are any updates on my computer and then reinstall itunes but still dont work and i tried it several time and it is really starting to make me realy ****** off. it all started ever sence the last update. i thought this new update would work but still nothig at all.

My App Store is showing white screen on features and charts display. Any ideas what I should do?

    Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year. Then see if you can connect to the store.

I have a problem with the iTunes Store, I have an ipod and an iphone 2. I have a PC with Windows Vista Home Premium 2007, entering into iTunes Store on the main screen I get only AppStore, Podcast and iTunes U. In my screen I get only ipad2 Podcast, iTunes U Downloads. My problem is I can not access any application to download music, videos, books, etc..
ITunes will be installed wrong or what should I do to activate these options?

Go to the front page of the Store, and click Change Country.  Make sure it is set to the country where you actually are.
Then you will be able to see everything that is for sale in your country, which, depending where you live, might or might not include music.

  • When I go to itunes store, some of my screen is blacked out. How do I get the screen to be readable?

When I go to itunes store, most of my screen is nearly blackened out.  The advertised albums show up okay, but I can't read anything else on the screen.  Is there a simple solution to this without doing a phone call with itunes?

With that one, perhaps try Drgoo's suggestion from the following post:

  • ITunes opens to a white screen and nothing more

    Hi all,
I updated to the latest iTunes 11.whatever and my iTunes just will not open despite my trying all the suggestions in help articles by Apple:  opening in Safety mode, restarting computer, reinstalling iTunes, updating Windows, deleting Security software.  etc.  etc.   Suggestions?  I've never had problems like this before.  I'm on an Acer Aspire laptop running windows 7.

I've been having the same issue. Updated to the latest iTunes and the first thing that happens is it displays "Checking iTunes Libary" for about 5 minutes. When iTunes finally opens, all I get is a white screen with my cursor displaying the spinning blue donut indicitive of waiting for the program. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes as well as completely uninstalling all the Apple software on my computer and reinstalling iTunes. I've never had this problem before and at this point I'm considering switching to different software if I can't get this resolved. I'm running Windows 8.1 on a Samsung laptop that is only around 3 months old.

  • ITunes Store - Drawing a Blank Screen ;; Troubleshooting No Help !

A month or two ago, I couldn't get into iTunes store because it would show that it's loading, then just keep a blank screen.  I did a few troubleshooting, then reinstalled and it worked fine.  This is happening once again, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, along with following some problem-solving tips, and it still isn't work.  Attached are a few pictures to show you my problems.  I can get into my library on my iTunes, but that is all.  Not the store or ping.  I would like this solved soon, because I am in desperate need of new music.
    Thank you for you support,
    Kylee

i have same problem with you, after trying trouble shooting by lots of methods in trust sites as microsoft webpape.

  • My itunes store is a blank screen of gray

why is my itunes store a blank screen of gray & colors?

    Close your iTunes,
    Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
    (Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
    netsh winsock reset
    Hit "ENTER" key
    Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

  • Itunes just shows a white screen that says "ipod"

    Hi!
My boyfriend just bought an 32 gb ipod touch. When he plugged it into his computer to sync with itunes, the ipod touch was recognized, but instead of the normal screen that shows the touch's serial number and other information, as well as the tabs for syncing music, videos, and applications, all we see is a white screen that says "ipod." I plugged my 32 gb touch into his computer and itunes worked fine. Any advice? Is the ipod the problem or is it itunes?

    Try:
    - Resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Next try placing the iPod in Recovery Mode and then restoring via iTunes.
