ITunes Store displays everything in ITALIAN
I don't know when this happened could have been a while back and I missed it (haven't used the store for a while) or recently when I installed iTunes 7.0.1
Go to the bottom of the main iTS page and select the store from the drop down menu that you want to be browsing. It sounds like you are in the Italia iTS.

On the iTunes Store homepage, look in the lower right hand horner. There should be a small round Russian flag icon. Click on it and you'll see a list of all the international stores to choose from.

Cannot connect to the iTunes store - tried everything, new Ipad
Hi,
I got my iPad2 2 days ago and everything was going fine until last night.
It suddenly stopped allowing me to install any apps, even though previously it had been installing apps just fine. I changed nothing, did nothing, it just stopped working last night.
I have tried all the solutions I can find so far: Change the time and back again, sub DNS servers (I used opendns), changes to location services, etc. I can access everything fine from my PC.
Please keep in mind that this happened within the space of an hour and I had changed nothing in my settings. The error started occuring and no matter what I do, I can now not download apps.
This is my first apple device, I have been an Android person, and I though Apple was supposed to be easy and just worked. This is far worse than any problem I have had on an android device in the last 4 years and I have to say I am disappointed with my very first experience.BUT (very important!!! please read!) I do noty want to have a discussion on Android vs Apple please - I like both, and am only insterested in getting my iPad working. I would be very grateful for any help you can offer.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

ITunes Store display albums by year
How can I get the iTunes Store Search results to display by release year? I thought that I found it once but can't find a way to do it now. It seems pretty hard to find what the most recent release of a particular artist is.
I've got the exact same issue. I haven't done anything to cause it. Like you, it's an iPad Mini (Retina) and there is no content displayed on my iTunes Store app - I get the framework of the page, as your right hand picture shows, but no items at all - white background for Music, Audiobooks and so on, black background for Films and TV. Other apps with similar interfaces such as the App Store are not affected (yet, anyway). The only way I can get the iTunes Store to show anything is by doing a search, or tapping the Top Charts icon, but this is hardly satisfactory.
Having tried all the possible fixes I found on the internet to no avail, I've spent about 2 hours on the phone with Apple support during which time we went through them all again, and even wiped the iPad, set it up as a totally new one (and tried the iTunes Store without using my Apple ID, then with it), restored the iPad to 6 days ago in case the problem hadn't arisen then, and the problem has been totally unaffected each time and still remains. Apple Support are equally stumped and want to generate a repair on it, which feels like it oughtn't to be necessary as this "feels" like a software issue rather than hardware (and luckily I can exchange it for a new one at the retailer - it's only 2 months old and has been cherished and hardly overworked at all). But it's really, really odd and I would love to know what's happening, why, and how to fix it. This is my first ever Apple product ....! -
ITunes store displays items in 'Recent Bestsellers'order by default-can I change it?
I'm a new convert to the iPhone and iTunes world and generally I find things are easy to use and it's easy to get answers to questions
if I get a little confused,however I do have one question that I can't seem to find an answer to.
I am a big comedy fan and lately I have been downloading episodes of my favorite shows from the iTunes store but one thing I find
annoying is that if I go to the store,click on tv shows,then comedy,iTunes displays items available in 'Recent Bestsellers' order by default,
I can click the arrow in the corner and it will display them in alphabetical order for me but if I click on an item to view the synopsis of the
particular episode then use the back arrow to return to the category iTunes has changed it back again!
Is there any way that I can change it to display items alphabetically by default? I can't seem to find any option for doing so but maybe
I wasn't looking hard enough,may seem a trivial issue but if I want to find an episode of a series that isn't that popular I have to go looking for it.
Anyone able to help?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the issue you are describing. If a movie from the iTunes Store supports multiple languages, they can usually be changed as outlined in the following article:

I just downloaded the new itunes and finally installed it and it opened fine, but when I go to the iTunes store, it displays half of the words on the page as vertical lines, and the other half is readable. Any ideas on how I can fix this???

ITunes Store displays incorrectly
Looking for a solution to the vertical display issue of the iTunes Store. I have tried turning off Firewall, no change. Also, have tried accessing through two different ISP's (cable and dsl).

I've also seen similar effects in some web pages in Safari.
The problem isn't consistent tho, sometimes the pages in iTunes look okay. -
Why won't my Itunes store display on screen?
I have an old Mac OS X Version 10.6.8
I have been having a few issues recently, one of which is that when I try to open my Itunes store, this happens.
Another is that my safari is old, and when I haven't been able to update as my version is too old to take any update form the Apple website, meaning that mine is extremely slow. Don't know if the two problems are interlinked. I am using the Safari below

Itunes store displays text, no pictures
When i open itunes store, all the information appears but
the no pictures. Instead little question marks are in there places.
I'm very frustrated because i think its effecting my purchases.

I need help. I cant update my apps because of I cannot connect to iTunes store. I have tried all suggestions with no success.
Ok, I found a solution that worked for me when trying to connect to the iTunes store by tapping the "update" button in the "App Store" app on my iPad 2. Before the solution was implemented I'd always get the error message "cannot connect to iTunes store". Once the solution was implemented I now can connect to iTunes using the "update" button in the "App Store" app and I get the normal message "All apps are up to date". The solution is this: go into Settings, then General, then scroll to the bottom where it says Date and Time. Tap Date and Time and then turn OFF Set Automatically. When you do that a new option will be added that says Set Date and Time. Tap it. You'll now get a drop down feature. Set the Date AHEAD 2 YEARS. The Time you can leave alone.
Once you do that you might get a bunch of reminders and messages that your apps and stuff haven't been updated in two years. Click cancel or close on each of those messages or reminders. Now go back into Settings, General, Date and Time, and turn Set Automatically back to ON. Reboot your iPad. Open the App Store app again and go to the Update button. It might ask you to log back in to your iTunes account. It should now work. If not, close the App Store app completely and open again and try the update button. Hope this helps. -
everything is in the backgroung i can't tap on anything, i even tried to put it on sleep mode or shut it down it doesn't work because it's in the background and i can't slide.plz help!!!
Apparently there has been an issue with the App Store for the past few days, so you are not the only one that has reported this problem. I was having the same issue yesterday, but I can use the search feature fine today
Try this for now. Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to search again.
Or try this....
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -

since the latest upgrade for iTunes the connection time has been getting longer and longer. Now when i click to open store the display is all wrong!!
the centre window for the store is almost like looking at old html language with the contents being listed underneath each other instead of being laid out in one page. to see it all i have to scroll down for ages.

I have unistalled itunes twice and even gone back to version 9 but still same problem.\
