unable to create a new account or log into existing accounts ONLY from my Mac.....no issues from my windows based laptop. both on on the same home network. issued has occurred for over a month.

Replace the X509Anchors file found in Macintosh HD->System->Library->Keychains with that of one from a known good computer (Make sure iTunes is closed first). Problem should go away. - H

    Well, I haven't seen this yet on the Forum... I've recently purchased a new Mac a
    2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac. I was fine for a while, not sure what happened... But I'm getting:
    iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store.
    An unknown error occured (-9813)
    Make sure your network connection is active and try again.
    Now I also have a powerbook that I have no trouble conecting to the store and
    signing in... Can anyone help me with this?

    It has nothing to do with your computer, I don't think so at least.
    A lot of people have had trouble connecting to the iTunes store. I cant connect, myself.
    Not sure why your powerbook can and ur iMac cant tho...sorry

  • ITunes store error code -9810

    While trying to update iTunes Match (I have about 40 songs "waiting") I get to step 3 and it appears to start uploading.  Then, after awhile, I get a badge that says, "We could not complete your iTunes Store request.  An unknown error occurred (-9810)."  This has happened several times.
    These 40 songs with "waiting" status were converted from low bit rates to AAC 128 bit.  They were previously "ineligible" but are now "waiting."
    Any ideas what is going on here?

    Some additional info:  I downloaded 3 songs from my local library and dragged them in to iTunes.  They were statused as "waiting."  When I returned from walking the dog, they had been "matched", but the original 40 songs are still "waiting."  However, no error code was produced.  I'm puzzled!
    I have to admit that, as a long-time Apple consumer, I am really underwhelmed by iTunes Match and iCloud. Music on my phone keeps getting interrupted or stops for no apparent reason.  I've subscribed for a year, but unless things get better, I likely won't renew next year.  I feel like my iTunes experience has taken a big step backwards.

    hi. i downgraded from itunes 11 to 10 and now i cannot authorise my computer and download anything from the itunes store.
    i get an error when i open itunes and an error when i try and download something from the itunes store.
    ive so far scrapped the prefs, tried the sudo code terminal script, trashed the SC Info folder and had no luck.
    can anyone help me try and find how to sort it out?

    I have tried the last two days to get into the Store and keep getting error code 3212. I have done everything suggested in the support area of Itunes store to no avail. I have the the latest version of Itunes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    1-800-MY-APPLE (692-7753) to contact the Apple Store, from there you can get help. I can't find anything for error 3212. sorry.

    I couldn't access the itunes store, where after 3 minutes or so the error code 504 turned up and a 'please try again later'. Spent an hour looking for a solution on forums etc etc.
    Simple solution: select Store -> sign out
    et voila! there it was
    signed in again. Problem solved

    my error 504 message still wont work i cant connect to the app store on my computer or ipod... itunes is so dumb.

    When I try to sign in, I get an error message that says to check my internet connection and try again. It also gives me error message -9813.

    Since thousands are able to connect to the store, this is most likely an issue with your computer, network or ISP. Make sure you don't have any Norton or McGaffe type software (Firewall / Anti-Virus) running that is blocking the ports needed for iTunes. Even though you have been able to connect in the past, any updates to those programs or iTunes (or something your ISP changed without telling you) can mass with the iTunes connection - even if you can still connect to the internet.

  • Problems Installing App Downloaded from iTunes Store; Error Code 0xE800000C.

    I am unable to install a new app downloaded from the iTunes Store.  I can connect with and download from iTunes with no problems.  But when I go to install the new app, the installation first appears to proceed okay, but after several minutes a message shows up saying that the app was not installed, and giving this error code: 0xE800000C.  During the installation, the progress bar pauses for quite a while at about one-fourth of the way across, then suddenly goes all the way across, and after that is when the message shows up.  I also tried installing another app, an earlier version of the first one, with the same result.  I have tried rebooting the phone and disabling my computer antivirus.  I have been able to install apps to this phone in the past using this same computer.  My iPhone has the latest software and I have the latest version of iTunes.
    Any ideas how I can resolve this problem?

    I actually found the answer to my problem. After posting this question I still proceeded to trying to find the answer through internet searches and noticed that my specific Fault Module Name was Quickset.qts. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it and now I can play the videos just fine.

    I haven't been able to get iTunes store to work on my older (2008) Macbook.  When I go to the store, half of it looks like basic HTML with some pictures of new albums coming out, but when I go to try and download any music it gives me an error of "We could not complete your iTunes store request.  An unknown error occurred. (-1202)".  I believe that the issue is that the latest version of iTunes is not compatible with my older OS X (version 10.5.8), but there should be some version that still works with this computer, right?  Any help would be appreciated.

    You are correct that the current iTunes cannot run on OS X 10.5.8.  Neither can several previous minor release versions.

    Hey, I've also tried all of those things and none of them worked for me as well. I called apple tech support (i'm still under warranty) and they sent me an e-mail fixing it and that was all they told me to do and none of it worked. I think it's complete BS considering how much these computers cost. If you find a solution to this please let me know I've been trying to fix this problem for a while now. Thanks!

    That's a hardware problem which will require a trip to the Apple store for evaluation, unless your phone has been jailbroken, then it's a corrupt hosts file (and we can't help you with that here as it is against the forum's terms of use).
