ITUNES STORE HAS NO CONTENT

Can anyone help. I have a Apple Iphone 4 which I purhcased this year from the apple store. I did the new ISO7 update, everything works fine apart from when I click on the iphone to the apple itunes store there is no content there.
Anyone help.
I have signed out and signed into apple id.
I have done a reboot of the phone
I have shut down and restared.
I have called and web chatted to Apple but I get put through to people that only deal with billing and not technical. This is Apples big failing, no support or help.

Search for music and then buy it.
If you already have music you want to import to the iPhone, connect it to your computer and open the iTunes application on the computer, and start a sync (in the lower right of the window).

All of my music that wasn't purchased from the itunes store has been faded out on my ipod, despite me being able to play them in itunes. half my songs have exclamation points but only in the 'on this ipod' section, and when i double-click no window appear

I'm freaking out because almost all my music except for those songs purchased directly from the iTunes store has been deleted from my iPod - about 35 gigs. The songs show up, but they're all faded out and unplayable from my device (I have the newest version). Exclamation points appear beside all my songs in the "On this iPod" section, and yet I can't double-click to locate the files as nothing pops up. Some of my music has a weird circle next to it and is even more faded out when I'm in the "On this iPod" section - that's been happening for a couple of days. Yesterday I tried to set my settings to sync with my library only, and it worked, but this morning everything got even worse with the rest of my songs disappearing. What's happening???? Help??

Itunes store has stopped working On windows 8

with the most recent update of iTunes (2015, 12.1.1.4- or even later) The iTunes store has stopped working. Every time I open it a window pops up saying "ITunes has stopped working" and then I am forced to close the program and can't get back on it. I own a PC with windows 8. Previously I've never had this issue before. Even when I open ITunes in SAFE MODE the same window still pops up with "ITunes has stopped working'. What is happening and how can I fix this issue?

My feeds are updating but the iTunes store has not updated

I put my rss feed up on feedburner and all my feeds have updated but the iTunes store has not updated. I was wondering if there a simple explanation for it. Subscribers to the podcast have gotten the most recent update but the store hasn't reflected the new changes.

When you add a new episode to your feed and upload it, it appears immediately for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the feed directly and the Store is not involved.
However because of the huge number of podcasts in the Store (thousands) the Store caches the feed and checks it for updates periodically. For this reason it usually takes 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the Store: sometimes it can be less, and occasionally the whole process seems to get stuck and it can take several days.
All this assumes that you haven't made an error of some sort in adding your episode: it's not possible to comment on that unless you would like to publish the URLs of both your feed and the Store page - this latter can be found by control-clicking on the podcast image (or where it should be) - and choosing 'Copy link'. Please include the http:// in both cases to make the links clickable.

Since i updated my itunes to 10.5, my itunes store has been blank. I cant purchase anythg from my itunes and my connection and security setting seem fine. Any ideas?

This tutorial for downgrading says you have to do this when that notice appears after you've downgraded:
iTunes 10.5 upgrades the iTunes library file and won’t let you downgrade, so you will need the prior version library file. Here’s how to go about that
5) You will need to rename iTunes Library.itl to iTunes Library.bak
6) Go into the “Previous iTunes Libraries” folder where you will find several files with dates in their names. The most recent one will have the .itl extension, but the others don’t. Copy that to the parent folder ~/Music/iTunes/ and rename it iTunes Library.itl
7) Congrats. You’re done.

ITunes Store says all content for Apple ID has been downloaded when it hasn't.

I have multiple Season Passes for TV shows. When I got to Store: Check for available content after receiving the e-mail that the episode[s] are available, I get a message saying that there are no purchases to download for this Apple ID.
When I go to the store, I can find my pre-paid purchases and download them from there. It's quite annoying to have to manually download all my Season Passes.
Why would my purchases not be available for download using the Check for content menu option but available in the store proper?

I wanted to follow up here because the problem turned out to be a problem with iTunes billing, something that other people may experience. Specifically, turns out the account was blocked because of a billing dispute, and that dispute was caused by the iTunes store's practice of not billing some sales at the time they take place (in this case, days or weeks afterwards). This led me to believe a charge was incorrect and having the credit card company block it, which in turn led to the account being disabled (without explanation).
The iTunes store needs to improve their billing practices so that charges are reflected promptly in customers' accounts. Otherwise problems like this will occur.

Why can't I open iTune Store on my PC? When I click on the iTunes Store box, I get the message that the iTunes Store has stopped working. This happens everytime. What is wrong with my download?

There's an issue currently that a lot of us are experiencing in that we all get the error message "iTunes is currently unavailable; please try later"

As it stands iTunes cannot be accessed via ATV's and nor can it be streamed via AirPlay from iTunes to the ATV
However I can access all films/iCloud content via my Mac Mini with no issues!

ITunes store has not deleted old rental films

My husband has been trying to download a couple of movie rentals from the iTunes store onto our iPad. He keeps getting download errors saying that we don't have enough storage space, despite dumping almost everything we've got on it. We have NO movies or TV shows on it, and yet iTunes is showing 6Gb worth of video in the status bar. I investigated with iExplorer and can see two movies that we rented from the iTunes store and watched weeks and weeks ago. They are no longer accessible through the iPad and without iExplorer I would not have even known they were there.
I know I can re-set to factory settings, but if I do I will lose two rented movies that I don't have room to download. Any ideas how I can delete the old films to make room for new ones? Many thanks.

option discovered in preferences. Really this and any feature that moves deletes or edits a users data should as far as possible be OFF BY DEFAULT. It shouldn't by default and without the users specific say do this dangerous and unnecessary thing without even letting the user know what it's doing!!! And then cause me a few hours (as i'm new to mac) searching for the option so as to switch it off. If i hadn't noticed the status cage declaring that it was copying files then i might never have twigged that this insane thing was occurring. And if i hadn't of noticed i would have been left maintaining the contents of the folder i copied the files to, the folder which as far as i was informed and so believed was also the location of the music files i was playing. How does Apple justify this 'genius' piece of software non-design? Surely it will hurt no one if this was off by default for new users - overall at least i dare say it would cause a lot less distress in the future for the unsuspecting public at large. Itunes store has blank white screen

When clicking on the iTunes icon, my music library comes up, however, when I try to acces the iTunes store, there is a blank white screen. It has been like this for several days. I have tried all of the support suggestions with no luck. Any one else had/have this issue?

What does one do when they get "secure link to itunes store has failed." got this while doing diagnostics test. clicked on help but just got a blank white window. original problem stems from inability to access the itunes store.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Itunes Store Has not updated my podcast for 5 months

I have been maintaining 4 separate podcasts for about a year and I have one feed that will not update in the itunes store but if you subscribe to the feed then all of the episodes are there. I do not use any program to create the XML files, I just edit them with the required info. Any help with this would be great.

Your feed is littered with  ; these are intended to enclose comments and prevent them being shown except when viewing the feed directly for programming purposes. They are excluding large chunks of your feed from being read. How did they get there? You should look closely at the feed (which as it stands only seems to contain three viable episodes:
Numbers: Zhongwen Vol 1 Lesson 1
Dixie 400: A Flea Market in North Georgia
Jobs
and remove any of these tags you don't need. I can't check on iTunes until tomorrow morning but I would expect it not to show the other two episodes either.
Also FeedValidator comments 'Feeds should not be served with the "text/plain" media type' - I don't know whether this could be an issue: please see this note at FeedValidator:

ITunes store has script problems

when i go to the itunes store after opening iTunes, the descriptions below the album icons is in code or script instead of english. Some of the other info on the iTunes store homepage is also in code or script.
I reinstalled iTunes but it did not fix the problem.

Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged back in and seeing if it then works ?

TS1702 Purchased book from the iTunes store and the content is blank. It was ok when originally purchased

Book I was reading has no content. Index is ok. Book structure is there but no text. Was ok when purchased

Quit the iBooks app and restart the iPad and see if that helps.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesn't work, delete the book and download it again. If you use the same Apple ID that you bought it with, you do not have to pay for it again.
