ITunes Store is Broken Today - Downloads Don't Work

Hello - For the past 1 hour I have tried to purchase Season 2 of Mad Men on iTunes with my Mac. I am running the latest version of iTunes and every time I hit the buy button I get "accessing the itunes store" message and nothing happens.
I then tried to download a small application for tip calculations and the same thing happened.
Is the store down today? What's up? I made sure to update my credit card information.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unplugging the AirPort is essentially powercycling...that just means restart it, or turn it off and then turn it back on.
Do you have any other user accounts on your computer? You might want to see if you can log into one of them and use the store. If you don't, try creating one, logging into it, and seeing what happens:
1. Open System Preferences from your Apple menu
2. Click on the Accounts icon
3. If you see a closed padlock in the lower left hand corner, click on it and enter your admin password to allow changes
4. Then, click the + button
5. Enter the information you are prompted for, and then click "Create Account"
6. Restart the computer and log in to the new account

It's nice to hear someone is having the same problem. Yeah, it could be a problem with the episode. I bought a 99 cent song to see if that would download and it wouldn't download either, but that website http://posterous.thisux.com/fixed-itunes-9-error-unable-to-check-for-avai said that just one bad file created the problem. I looked into contacting an Apple Expert to fix the problem, but I don't have an Apple Care contract right now so it would cost a lot of money. Do you have new hardware or an Apple Care contract so you can get some help? No one is responding to my discussion board post with help and I can't find any posts with a solution.

How to delete the loadings list in the itunes store (1000 tunes are downloading with no reason)

I switched from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5c and now the itunes store app wants to download 1000 tunes (I guess it cannot try more) and it blocks.
I don't know how to delete the list (not one by one of course .

Check the BADI "TRIP_WEB_CHECK" method "USER_CHECK_GENERAL_DATA".
Here based on the schema you can modify the "estimated cost" field.

What country are you in ? Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload them on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage
If you're not in a country where TV programmes can be redownloaded then connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and use the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over from your iPad

Search for music and then buy it.

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

Try a reset, hold the home/sleep button until the device powers off then powers back on and you see the apple logo. Release when you see the apple logo and allow it to finish booting. Once it is done try updating your apps again.

My credit card banned from Itunes Store so can't download free APPS on my Iphone?

I had some charges put on the Best Buy $50 Itunes gift card that I reported on Dec 23rd, 2011. So I was refunded $40 and they banned my only credit card that I have from any transaction thru the Itunes Store, which I was not informed of, even though the unauthorized charges were on a gift card issued to me from Best Buy? So from that point on I was never able to download any APPS to my iphone I purchased in May 2012 which I didn't figure out until I tried to download APPS! I don't know why they want credit card info for downloading a free app on my iphone?

If I dispute charges with my card issuer, it gets processed as fraud. I myself would ask for a new card to protect myself from more unwanted/unauthorized purchases.
I would assume that since you disputed iTunes/Apple charges with your card issuer, Apple was made aware that fraud was on your account & to protect YOU they disallowed the card & your account (until you called in to get it reinstated).
In MY opinion, Apple did you a favor. If you report purchases to your card issuer- why would you keep the same card? Why not protect yourself & get a new card.
Since your current card isn't allowed- get a new card or use iTunes gift cards.
If it is a poor policy to protect you… thats sad..
Try putting restrictions on your devices and inadvertent purchases won’t happen. :]

ITunes Store Search, Broken the last 4 days

On and off the itunes store search has been broken for the last four days. Searching the store for a specific author "courtney brown" will time out about 2 minutes later with a "504" error. Trying anything else does the same. It's been this way on and off for the last four days, my friends on IM say the sam thing.
When is Apple going to fix this? I'm really frustrated so much so that I signed up with audible.com to buy my audiobooks because there webpage search isn't broken like Apple's iTunes.
try searching for hemi-sync or something else it just hangs!

I'm not happy with iTunes Store search either. I haven't gotten a timeout error but sometimes, I'll be searching for something I know is there, and iTS search can't find it. Google has been helpful in those cases. Google found your hemi-sync download on iTunes:

If you have a music downloader app (depends on which you have), plug your iDevice into iTunes, go to your device (on itunes), go to your apps, scroll down, and select the app thats holding your music, click on "Save As" (should be located bottom right corner), save the music to your specific folder. Once done, follow through this: Adding music and other content to iTunes and you should have your music on your iDevice music app.

Changing iTunes Store accounts with Automatic Downloads

I use my Mac Mini at home as my media server/HTPC, and contains my iTunes library. I want to copy all my music to my MacBook Air for work, as my internet at work is too slow for iTunes Match to work effectively. Therefore, I was going to set Automatic Downloads for music on both Macs so that they would stay in sync.
However, I have both an Australian iTunes store account and an old UK one, which I still use to download BBC TV programmes from. According to the Apple KB though:
"Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days."
Does this mean that I can't change the store from AU to UK for 90 days? Or is the Apple ID you use in the store different to the device's Apple ID?

I'm having this problem too (except with from Japan to US)! Did you ever get a solution? I don' want to create a new account because I want to keep all of my purchases.
