ITunes Store is not working

I recently switched to iPhone and I'm feeling like I did a big mistake. Hope this is feeling is temporary..
1. "iTunes Store" App in my phone is not working at all. when I tap on App it just says 'loading..' on a white screen, but it never loads.
2. Mail facility in iPhone is just to read mails, but not to reply mails with any attachment ? (A major disappointment)
3. If any of your friends captured your best moment in his phone(non iPhone) you can never get that photo into your gallery until and unless you go through a big process like "ask him to upload to SkyDrive or Google Drive and provide access to your Outlook or Gmail Email Id. then you download the respective app and download the photo from it" ?
4. Can't we see the time stamp of a message in "Messages App" ?
Somebody please please help me for the first query.

    Anyone else having problems getting onto the itunes store. Not working at all on either of my ipads or phone, just a plain white screen and the spinning circle at the top? Noticing lots of little glitches lately, letting standards slip a little I think. May look elsewhere on next contract renewal.
    Just noticed App store is the same. Have reset devices, logged off account and logged in again etc etc. Must be apple for it to be on more than one device?

    There are a couple of things you can try.  Try closing all open applications and power cycle the device.  Second, would be to reset all settings.  Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings.
    If the issue persists, try signing out of all services that require signing into your Apple ID and then signing back in.

  • BUG:  skipping songs (next / previous) in iTunes Store is not working

    It's unbelievable that in over a year the song skipping (only in the store) is still totally buggy. does anyone actually beta test this app? this is the only reason i have stayed on version 8.2.1 until today b/c i suddenly got an error saying i had to upgrade b/c the store no longer worked. if you click next or previous from the controls menu, button to the right of 'play', or the arrow right key, the song just stops. If you click 'preview all' now it now responds to next, but if you hit previous, it still goes to the next song. also, if you 'preview all' so you have the ability to skip thru each song and want to start in the middle then you can no longer use the next control.
    the other strange thing that seems very erratic is that if i hit preview all in an 'itunes essentials' collection and then switch to a different column list (like 'next steps' to 'the basics') and click on a song in the basics, the song playing automatically switches back to the previous list i was playing 'next steps'. why cant the itunes store browsing just work flawlessly like it has always done all these years until version 9?

    the other thing is that unless you click on an actual album or itunes essentials, the preview all button doesnt even show up.

    Any restrictions set up in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them.

    I've tried all of the suggested options and still can't get the itunes store on my phone to work.
    I have:
    -updated iOS 7
    -cleared history/cache in Safari
    -cleared cookies in Safari
    -signed in and out of my apple ID
    -closed and restarted itunes
    -tried to open itunes from the music app instead
    -and restarted my phone.
    Still, when I open the iTunes store, it just looks like it will load and then never does. No other response.
    Any other advice would be much appreciated -- thank you!

  • ITunes Store Pages not working correctly

    Since a few days ago iTunes Store (on full page) is not working correctly. The "pictures at the top" do NOT rotate any more (usually every 10 seconds or so before) often with blanks too. Also when clicking on an Lp information the box appears but Blank too. I have tried all the usual methods - permissions and disc checks etc. If I use small page (not full) it seems to work OK. The problem began after Safari 5 arrived. Anyone else having iTunes problems like this? (Similiarly the Dictionary Application with Wikipedia is not working correctly - but thats another issue!). Any answers out there??

    This issue has now been completely resolved with the introduction of iTunes 9.2 Everything up and running again - thank you Apple! (Still an issue with Dictionary app/Wikipedia not functioning correctly, this has not been resolved)

    Help. The store button in iTunes is not working
    When I press it nothing happens and if I follow a link to download a song it tells me the link is not valid.
    This only seems to be an issue for the iTunes store, app store working fine.
    Have tried all the usual things of restarting, resetting and logging out and back in again but problem persists
    Using an iPad 2 with iOS 5 which is fully up to date. This has only happened since the upgrade to iOS 5

    Not sure about the layout on PC but try this.
    (1) Starting at home screen (click the house icon top, middle). (2) Top right, click on Library button. (3) Next screen, top left, click the icon that says Music.  It will pull up a menu where you can select Apps (also movies, tv, etc).
    At the bottom right you should see your update button for your apps and telling you the count of those.

    Every time I install new Apple software upgrades I cannot use the Itunes store. Everything else is fine, but I just get a blank screen. I removed and re-installed in the proper order 3 times. Still cannot see the store.

    You need to, even it is if a free song. Anything you get from iTunes needs a vaildated credit card. iTunes doesn't care if that is free or not. That isn't Apple' fault, the record companies want that way. You can add it and delete it again.
