ITunes store is unavailable please try again later
I have been through all the trouble shooting steps, I have downloaded the current version of itunes, made sure my windows updates are current (windows 7), made sure the correct ports are available and reset the hosts file.
I cannot log into the Itunes store on my pc. I can over the same network on my ipod, just not on my pc. It's very frustrating.
I have this same problem but with windows xp. Wont even let me sign on to my apple acoount. Only thing that I have heard that works is reinstalling windows. That i refuse to do.
I have checked proxies, fire wall, downloaded the latest itunes and safari. Gone through all the apple trouble shooters.

I Have this issue too except I can log into my sons Apple id and watch his shows. I can AirPlay non-itunes content such as a tv show that has AirPlay but not my iTunes purchased items. I have tried all the fixes as suggested even resetting and reinstalling. It is bizarre, why can I watch my sons shows, movies....? I can see mine but they won't load. our family is not on family share. my son when he uses his own Apple tv in his home has no issue. All other Apple devices are working fine and I can watch from iPhone, iPad etc, just not Apple tv.
very disappointed with Apple at the moment. There updates, fixes and bugs are getting to be as bad as windows. i am seriously thinking of going back to android. Apples communication marketing people need to make a statement about this issue. I won't be buying anymore movies etc Apple til you sort this out. -
I am trying to stream video from iTunes store for the last 2 days and all I get is the message "iTunes store is unavailable. Try again later." I have tried turning it off, unplugging all cords, restarting it, reseting it, restoring it, and signing in and out again. Netflix works, but iTunes seems to be bugging out. If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know - but I am having the same problem and have not had any useful help from Apple Support. Everything they told be to do has been done and it hasn't fixed the problem.

I keep trying to play music through iTunes match and it playing a song for about 23 seconds then puts this error message up on the screen "iTunes is currently unavailable. Try again later". I need help on how to fix it!?!?

I have been calling them everyday and they are great they also think its itunes and after this last call I had they itune store support said it might be my network which is BS, I have 2 xbox consoles that have every video app installed hulu, netflix, vudu and zune and not one of them are having issues and my apple tv netflix plays perfect along with streaming from my library. I tested my network and also have the lightening speed service from my isp.
they want me now to go to the apple store and visit the genuis bar and have them test it on their tv's, and I am unable to do that for almost a week and honestly its not my network it is them, I even opened a new Apple tv I got for the family room and tested that out and same thing every 9 min (8min 59sec) it cuts out and I have to resume it till the next 9 min.
If everyone calls them and they get flooded with complaints they will see its not one persons network but something with itunes servers -

I hit "DELETE THIS ACCOUNT" on my iphone (this is the Yahoo I tried to set up by "picking" it from the list that the iphone5 gives you) and then confirmed to delete everything.
THEN: while in Mail (still in the Settings Section) I tapped on "ADD ACCOUNT..." but this time tapped on "OTHER" and manually put in my yahoo ID and password and I did not even have to go to the SMTP or IMAP incomming/outgoing stuff at all. But I checked it out under the "ADVANCE" tab and it was already correct for yahoo. (ALMOST SEEMED TOO EASY)
Went to my home screen and tapped on MAIL and my yahoo email loaded up just right!
Now, I have no idea if I have any other issues like if I delete mail on the iphone; does it delete properly on my ipad...etc..etc. but one problem at a time is getting fixed. THANKS! -

jeannieOK this is what I had to do; Not sure why but apple does not support yahoo email on the new ipad 2 so I had to create a gmail account. Deleted my yahoo account on ipad and entered new gmail account on the ipad, and it worked. I can now get email on ipad. Also gamil will import all contacts and mail from yahoo.

ATV will play movie extras and all other content. Put will not play the movie it self! iTunes is currently unavailable. Try again later. Shows up every time!
Did you activate home sharing in both your iTunes and ATV?
Also try signing out of the ATV (Apple ID) and signing back in again. -
re-setting up a Yahoo email account, I repeatedly get the message "server unavailable, please try again later", is there something different I don't know about?
If you have two-step verification turned on, turn it off by logging into your Yahoo mail account on a browser.

I am getting constantly the message: itunes store is not available. try again later
Both in my Apple TV (Latest 1080 version) and my Macbook Pro I am getting constanlty the message "itunes store is not available. try again later"
I have checked my network and it is working while this is happening so it should not be a problem related to my internet connection.
I have also used without problem my three apple tv so it cannot be a firewall.
This is happening randomly but more frequently.
All software versions have been updated and problem persistsI tried today turning OFF the Dolby Digital feature in the apple tv. testing......

I am getting an error "The catalog selected is currently unavailable:Please try again later" when select a sold to party. I am not getting this every time. Only sometimes i am getting this error. When i delete the temperorary files from internet explorer sometimes this error is not coming. What might be the reason for this error??

Please let us know whether the error is thrown for all the sold to parties or for some.
This error is caused because the catalog cache is flushed out . A quick solution would be to replicate the product catalog from the CRM system to TREX system. -

There seems to be rather more of this type of issue being reported currently, than there normally is, there may well be a problem with the servers. I would be inclined to wait a while, then try again later.
