ITunes Store on my iPhone 5S is not working!!!!!
I can't open iTunes Store anymore. I've waited too long and the sign "Loading..." doesn't go off. I don't use iTunes Store very much but hey, iTunes is the key for iOS and I can't open it. App Store is fine. But iTunes Store is something wrong. The connection is good but it still loading. Help!!!!!!!!
Turn off and on your device; and if that doesn't work go to SEttings > General > Reset > Reset all settings; don't worry only settings will be reset no data will be lost

ITunes Store 10.5 white screen issue, not working
So I've had zero issues running the iTunes store on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit prior to the 10.5 update, and now all I get is a white screen. I can connect to the Store from my iPhone, iPod Touch, and laptop running Windows XP Professional with the SAME version of iTunes. I tried clearing out iTunes based on other discussions I've seen, IN ORDER, twice, and reinstalling. No dice. I've cleared my hosts file...same issue.
The weird thing is that I can update Apps in iTunes on my PC, which connects to the Store and downloads just fine. I've made zero changes to my network router, port range filtering, and the Windows Firewall has always been disabled. I don't understand how every other device aside from my PC can connect to the Store on my wireless network, but not my PC all of a sudden. I've even tried logging in as the Administrator and clearing out my Local, LocalLow, and Roaming profile of anything related to Apple and iTunes after uninstalling iTunes and rebooting...no change.
Something is wrong with this version running on Windows 7, period, and it needs fixed. I can't redeem codes except on my iPhone and it's rather annoying.i have the same problem. the store works on my windows vista and my ipod touch just not on my windows 7. i sent a msg to support and they told me to delete itunes,check if there are any updates on my computer and then reinstall itunes but still dont work and i tried it several time and it is really starting to make me realy ****** off. it all started ever sence the last update. i thought this new update would work but still nothig at all.

Music will not play in iTunes store OR library. Quicktime also not working.
I am quite nearly at my wits end trying to figure out the problem I am having: I just started up a brand spanking new Mac Pro today, and aside from other problems, am unable to play songs that I migrated over from my old Power PC G5, which was running the last version of Mac OS 10.5 before it kicked the bucket; I luckily had an external drive running Time Machine backups.
The songs all show up, I checked my Library, checked permissions, ran my disk utility just to be sure, I have already gone through the authorization mambo in iTunes--I was able to sync my iPod Touch just fine, aside from a few issues with apps that I downloaded directly to my iPod not wanting to transfer over to my computer, it did tell me my new machine was authorized, of course I have two machines authorized because I was unable to deauthorize the last one before it died--but they just do not play. The play button shows, the little sound icon comes up beside the song, but no sound issues forth. Same thing seems to happen in iTunes. I attempted to play a Quicktime movie preview, also, but that did not work either, so I am wondering if there might be a connection between the two.
This too, after I migrated over everything, iTunes did not want to start up; I was prompted to reinstall it, as I was told it was corrupted or installed incorrectly. Which is weird, seeing as how I had only just started up the machine for the first time, and had nothing to do with installing iTunes in the first place. I downloaded it from the internet, and it seemed to be working fine until I attempted to play music.
If anyone can help me, I will be so very grateful. Just about next to tears, and am trying all avenues; next will be calling Apple Care and hoping for someone who can help.I am having the same problem with my iTunes. Support had me uninstall everything and reinstall iTunes again thinking it was corrupt. I did that and it worked for a couple of days. Now they say that cannot help since it is iTunes and not my iPhone and sent me here. Sometimes I can get it to work sporadically if I reboot my laptop a couple of times, but I have rebooted a few times already and nothing plays...no song previews, nothing from my library. iPods and iPhone play fine, it is isolated only to iTunes and is super frustrating. I get the same task bar up top as if it were going to play, but the play timer doesn't start. Help please!!!

Adding Ripped CDs via iTunes 10.5 on iPhone 4 iOS5 not working
Why can I no longer add my music from my ripped CD's to my iPhone's iPod player since upgrading to iTunes 10.5 and iOS5?? Is this a bug or is Apple now not going to allow people to add ripped music from CDs or downloads from the internet outside of iTunes unless you subscribe to their iCloud & Match service and their CD music into iTunes ver??
Anyone have any insight on this??
1st to clarify, I have never synced automatically my music to my iPhone. I always manually manage my music & thus the "manually manage music & videos" section on iTunes is always enabled.
Adding purchased iTunes music works fine, but when I add anything I've ripped from the 1,200 CD's I own or songs I've gotten from Amazon.com or other places, they show up in iTunes under the music section of my device and even on my device, but they're all greyed out and unplayable, with a little "sync" symbol to the left of the song info. You seems not to understand what I mean and what I'm having like problem. I still have my payment receipt from October of this year when I bought 9 songs in the iTunes Store from my iPhone 4S. The problem is from all the 9 songs I've paid for, only 7 are still available from this list on my iPhone. There is no possibility to download the other 2 without paying for them. I've spoke to the lady from Mississippi on the phone 2 days ago from about 2 hours calling from Belgium but unfortunately she couldn't help me. It's the 3rd time I complain about this. How many time shall I pay for the same songs?? If you can access my music list and my past receipts payment you will be able to find out what I mean. I went back on iTunes I've found the the songs I already downloaded in October that should be on my playlist but if I click on them it will charge me again 0,99 cents. It's been 3 years I've been using the same apple ID with my iPhones. I just wand to get my songs back without having to pay them twice or 3 times
1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

After installing the latest itunes/quicktime update I can no longer acces the itunes store nad my iphone does not complete syncing. What can I do to fix this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled windows updates. I have checked the firewall settings. what else?
The problem is with version 10.4.1. I had to reload 10.3 to get it to work. The recommendation from a previous poster worked for me. Here was their list of steps:
Go to Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall
2. Uninstall the following Apple programs in the following order:
a. iTunes
b. QuickTime
c. Apple Software Update
d. Apple Mobile Devices Support
e. Bonjour
f. Apple Appllcation Support
3. Reboot PC
4. Find, Download and Install iTunes 10.3 (you can find it at FileHippo.com)
If you start iTunes now you will get an error message saying that the current iTunes library was created by a newer version of iTunes. To correct this:
5. Go to your Music>iTunes folder and delete the "iTunes Library.itl" database file
6. Within this iTunes folder find and open the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder and locate the most recently dated "iTunes Library (date).itl" database file.
7. Copy and Paste this file back into the iTunes folder
8. Rename this "iTunes Library (date).itl" file by removing the date. It should say "iTunes Library.itl"
9. Reboot PC -

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.

I've just updated my iPhone to the new iPhone OS and now it won't work and iTunes won't recognise that it's there. I've uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled twice and it's not working. Please help.
I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version. I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again. I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again. My blue tooth doesn't work either. I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this. When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue. My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!! I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue. Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it. Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple. -

Well then it is somewhere on one of your Home pages or in a Folder:
Do a spotlight search to see if it accidently got moved into a Folder: Swipe down in the center of the screen to bring up the Spotlight search and type in iTunes. If it is in a folder, the folder name will show up to the right.
If it is not in a folder, but shows up on the Spotlight search, then you need to look at each Home screen to see if you can find where it got moved to.
Finally, you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout, which will reorganize all of your icons so that the original Apple core apps are on the first Home screen as they were originally. Of course, if you have a lot of app icons that you have set up on specific Home screens you would have to move them all back to where you wanted them. But that should put the iTunes icon back on the first Home screen.
