ITunes Store "Purchased" list doesn't include all items actually purchased

I noticed that some songs seemed to be missing from the "purchased" list of songs under ITunes Store. There are 358 items listed. I created 2 smart playlists "Kind Contains Protected" and Kind Contains Purchased" and got a total of 383 items, and it includes the songs I noticed are missing from the Purchased list.
However, If I go into my Purchase History, the songs show up there! What could cause the Purchased list from not showing everything?

Are you saying that it is not listed here:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Is the computer signed into the same iTunes account that purchased the song?
Is it listd in your Purchases History? iTunes>Store>View Accountc>login>Purchase History?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

TS1424 I downloaded an album off of the itunes store that had the names of all the actual artists in the artists column but the songs that were downloaded are clearly not being performed by the right people, how can I get my money back?

Are they really gone? Look in your Home > Music > iTunes folder and folders inside. Do you see media there? Also try to use Spotlight to search for things you know you have.
If you keep media on an external drive, are they there? If it is all there, try starting iTunes with the option key held down and guide to the external.
If really gone, use a backup of your drive to restore the iTunes folder.
If no backup and they are really gone, you can download some items from Apple again. You'll have to re-construct the library though as all the playlists, ratings, date added, and some other things will be gone.

Should I have purchased unwanted music to the exact value to change country? Why cant I just agree to wipe the credit? it's less than one dollar. Why can't I just transfer it at going market rates (or even cent for cent) when it is only such a small amount and I would make a profit? I don't want to start another iTunes account, it will only lead to problems with what I have already purchased.

You cannot.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
You must be physically locates inside the borders of a country to use that countrys itunes store and a credit card issued in that country with a valid billing address in that country.
The owners of the distribution rights of movies/music/etc differ by country. These distributors decide who can sell their content in that country.
Buy from another source if your countrys itunes store does not carry somehting that you want.

It's been going on for a time now and no matter how many times i remove and install again it will not work

I was having the same problems after downloading 10.4.1 IStore would only download half way then nothing attempted reinstall no goood checked the Diagnostics with IPad connected, indicated no errors. more than a few hours browsing possible solutions. Found one stating 'Remove all Itunes connected software, i.e. Bonjour, ITunes, Safari etc from PC via the Uninstall Safely Feature and ReInstall. Hey Presto it worked now no issues.

What country are you in ? If you aren't in the US and the address on your account isn't in the US then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

I'm on a SRM 7.0 SP 5 system (ext-classic scenario). Here i try to create an invoice with reference to a Purchase Order, but none of my Purchase Orders can be used for reference. I get the following warning message 'All items from purchase order cannot be invoiced'. 
 
- Created via POWL (create with reference -> invoice/credit memo) i always get the warning message 'All items from purchase order cannot be invoiced'. And no items are converted / can be used for invoicing. Additionally when i use the search option 'find purchase order' within the create invoice transaction i can not find any purchase order to use, it shows 'There is no search result' while there are plenty purchase orders marked with 'invoice expected'. 
 
I am able to create invoices without reference. 
 
I tried vendors set up only for 'invoice expected' and 'GR', 'invoice expected' / 'GR' / 'GR-based-IV' and 'invoice expected' only none of them works, indicators set on vendor master are correctly used on the created purchase order. Outputting PO doesn't make any difference neither. 

I have not set up the following (do i need to?): 
- Deactivated the 'CRME' transaction type, no Credit Memo transaction type has been configured/is active. 
- I have not defined the 'INV' transaction type as a follow-on document for my ECPO transaction type within the define transaction type transaction. 
- Tollerances 
 
edit -> i've already searched thorougly for SAP notes but no note seems to cover this particular problem.
