ITunes Store says it's on two computers when it's not

I had to re-install iTunes onto my computer after I lost it due to a virus. I put my account back onto it for the iTunes store and it says that it's now on two computers out of the five I could put it on. But, I only have iTunes on one computer. How can I see what other "phantom" computer has iTunes on it so I can delete it?

Since you redid Windows and it is a fresh OS and fresh start. To iTunes this counts as a new computer.
You can have up to 5, once you reach five you can reset that count to 0 and start it again. Once per year.

So here is my problem, I purchased over 40 dollars worth of music today trough my iPad, which where I entered my billing info. Now when I try to purchase more music on the store on my PC, it says I owe an outstanding ballance.
This I do not owe, I even have proof on my banking statement that money was indeed taken from my account for the songs. I really don't know what apple is trying to pull here, this is not the first problem I have had with the iTunes store and to tell the truth it is getting tiresome.
And now it says: Credit card information cannot be processed at this time.
Anyway, has anyone elese had this problem? is it some sort of error on apples end? because really, I really enjoy apples products including and iPad I bought which I really didn't have money for.

Did you have enough money in your account to cover the entire amount of the purchase, including sales taxes if any? Check your Purchase History and confirm. If you did have enough, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them.
Problems with credit card processing do crop up from time to time, some on Apple's end and some the fault of the credit card processing companies. With the huge load on Apple's servers from people downloading iOS4 yesterday, I'm not terribly surprised that problems have occurred.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

I'm trying to move my itunes from one computer to another, but in syncing my ipod to to computer, it only loaded the songs I bought from the itunes store. I have around two hundred songs which were not put onto my new laptop in itunes. Is there a way?

I'm not sure if my question entirely made sense. Basically I had an ipod nano and itunes on my family desktop, but my nano got stolen and I got a laptop for college. I synced all of my music from the desktop to my new ipod touch to replace the nano. I was told by a friend that I would sync my ipod to up to five different computers, and that snycing my ipod would put all of my music onto the itunes I downloaded onto my laptop. I dad everything, but the music i bought from itunes has transfered. That leaves me with around 200 songs I got from CD's which did not transfer. Is there a way to get these non-intunes store bought songs into my newly downloaded itunes library?

Almost a year later and I'm experiencing this exactly situation now.
I was in the middle of the process of data migration from iPhone 4 to 4S and due to really slow download speed restoring iCloud backup, I interrupted the process and started a new full restore process through USB and iTunes (reset all setting and configurations on the 4S and did a local machine backup of the old 4 and asked to restore from that).
After a full successful restore process, I'm trying to delete the old iPhone 4 2GB backup in iCloud and the error message saying that "this backup cannot be deleted because its being used to restore another device, or backup is currently in progress".
Of course I ran out of spece (iPad, old iPhone 4 and new iPhone 4S backups) and I tried everything, disabling iCloud, deleting from my MBP, from iPad, and no success.
I cannot restore the old 4 and deactivate iCloud backup because I don't have this phone anymore, probably it's already in use by another person.
PS: iOS6, Mountaing Lion
