Itunes store will no longer load

after the latest update itunes store will no longer load ive tried re-downloading and choosing the reinstall fix and replace damaged files and what not... i dont know what else to do.

just uninstalled ALL of itunes and reinstalled and it still does the same thing just the accessing itunes store at the top and itunes in the middle... i tried the autorun thing but there were only apple stuff under the tab

ITunes Store app no longer loading on iPhone 5 (using iOS 7)

I've upgraded to the new iOS 7.0.2 and everything was working fine but all of a sudden the iTunes Store app no longer loads properly. When I tap on the icon the app flickers but loads in the background. It doesn't actually open. If I double tap the "home" button, I can see the app in the background with any other app that hasn't been closed. When I tap the iTunes store app, when it's in the background, to try and open it from there, it just stays in the background. This was initially working fine when I first loaded the new OS. Has anybody experienced this? I've tried to completely shutdown the phone and restart it with no success. I've also tried re-syncing it with iTunes on my Mac with no success as well. An email to Apple over a week ago still hasn't been answered. If anybody has experienced this and can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Problem resolved. A friend suggested that I go into iTunes on my Mac and backup the phone then try and do a restore. This seems to have worked. I'll update again if this fix doesn't hold.

I have the Mac Os 10.4.11, and iTunes store will no longer come up on my screen to order tunes. A download screen appears for the new iTunes. I can't download the new iTunes unless I get the new operating system for my mac. Is there a way around this?

ITunes store will not completely load on my laptop

So this has probably been asked before, and I didn't want to search because the one thread I found through Google on it was over 2 years old. So my problem is with my computer (laptop) and being able to connect to the iTunes store on my account. So for the last 6 months I have only rarely been able actually connect to the store. More times than not, it will load approximately 40% of the way and just stop. I have e-mailed tech support, they have not helped, and I have searched the internet and nothing has helped. I have uninstalled and re-installed iTunes twice now in hopes that that might help, I have checked my firewalls to see if that is the problem (I may not have done this correctly), and nothing has helped. Hopefully someone will have had this problem before and been able to fix it! Like I have said, I can connect to the store on all the other computers in the house, and I am currently running Windows 7.

I also have not been able to upload iTunes store for the past two months. I recently logged on to the store to redeem a $15 gift card and it let me put it on my account but whenever I press on anything it never loads. It will go almost halfway then stop. There is no error code. I have downloaded the newest version of iTunes and nothing changed. I really don't want to uninstall my iTunes and risk losing my music. Does anyone have any ideas. I also tried checking my firewall and i don't think it's blocking it. Help!

My iTunes and iTunes Store will NOT play on my computer any longer

For some reason none of the songs in my iTunes library or the iTunes store will no longer play on my computer. I can double click the song and it appears in the little box at the top of the screen but it WILL NOT play. Very frustrating. Is there some setting that got changed some how that I can not find??

I have a MacBook Pro and it could be a really simple solution. I had the same problem after updating my iTunes. I finally got through to a guy at Apple who took the time to help me. I use Firefox everyday, but apparently the iTunes Store runs off of Safari. All I had to do was download the most recent version of Safari. Literally, that was it. So easy. Itunes will not longer load, how do I troubleshoot the issue?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

In the end I found a software conflict with Speedbit's SpeedOptimizer v2.xx aka SPO.exe in my taskmanager's process list.
I found that by watching Norton Firewall complain about stuff while running in ADVANCED mode.

Itune store will not load it stops half way I get downloads from itunes but the store will not load it all started after i upgraded to 10.5

happened to me too.
uninstalled, installed again- NOTHING
uninstalled tried to install 10.4- NOTHING apparently theres a .itl file that was created by a newer version of itunes (the 10.5)
uninstalled anything apple on my computer, deleted the .itl file, installed 10.4- itunes store was back. And I could even sync my iphone.
Updated to itunes 10.5 via the check for updates tab (under 'help' on itunes)- NOTHING
so yeah, am back to being stuck. can itunes release an update to this already, sigh!
Reason I cant stick to 10.4 is thta iOS5 doesnt sync on 10.4, sigh sigh!

Itunes store will not load to create a new account

There are four members of my family. Each family member has their own Windows user account, three with an itunes account. I have been trying to create an account for my youngest son for three hours. The itunes store will not load and gives a "not connected" message. The internet is working fine, and all three of the rest of us can access itunes and the store. I have turned off all parental controls that could have been messing istore up. How do I fix this?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Itunes Store will not load again.

Here we go again. Upgraded to iTunes 10.5, now iTunes Store will not load again in iTUnes. Tried the prior answer in Aug. 17, but does not work this time. Uninstalled iTunes and Apple App. Servce and Quicktime. Reinstalled iTunes from new download. Still not working. Using on XP sp3 machine. iTunes diagnostic says nothing wrong. It connects, but nothing shows in iTunes, just a blank screen. HELP....

That's exactly like saying, "Hey, try this. It didn't work either. Good luck!"
It's the high-percentage play with the particular symptom set being reported. High-percentage implies that it doesn't work for some people. (Otherwise it'd be a 100% play.) So, it still makes sense for people to try it, even if it doesn't work for some people, because it does work for most people. Check other posts by wiclee using that set of instructions to get a better feel for the reliability of the advice in these circumstances. (Granted, that's a bit tricky given that only about 10-20 percent of people report back to say whether or not any advice (on any given topic) actually works.)

ITunes store will not load. Im at a loss

For about 3 days now the iTunes store will not load. It merely reaches this point:

(note this message is not from Safari it is from the iTunes Store window in iTunes) I have looked at the FAQ on this site and it's best suggestion was to reset the keychain which I have done, and to check that I have the latest iTunes which I think I do. (iTunes 9.0.3 (15)) Yet it has not worked.
When I try to update my applications for my iTouch it comes up with a message box saying:
+Could not complete the iTunes Store request. The store may be busy.+
+Check your Internet connection or try again later+
As I said I have waited 3 days for the iTunes store not to be busy. I'm fairly new to macs so don't even really know how to go about diagnosing the issue or posting logs for you guys to look at if that would even help?

iTunes 9+ uses the Safari 4.0.3 or higher engine to connect to the iTunes Store. Check if your Safari is up to date. If you need an update, get it here (be sure to tick the Snow Leopard version): http://www.apple.com/safari/download/
Also, check in Safari > Preferences > Security and check that your cookies setting is either Always or Only from sites I visit.

ITunes Store will not load. Upgraded, diagnostic is ok, can get radio.

I've upgraded iTunes. I've run the diagnostic and it's ok. I can get the radio stations to play, but the iTunes store will not load. It takes about 3 minutes to "access" and then I get the Apple logo in the yellow top loading bar, and "iTunes Store" in the display area. No other messages. However, when I right click the iTunes icon on my computer (Windows Vista) and run as administrator, I get access to the iTunes store, but my music library has only 15-20 songs in it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, I read another discussion with the same issue and did a winstock reset. I thought it didn't work so I got ****** off an shut the computer down with yet another failed solution. When i logged back in it worked. Finally. I've been with out itunes store for over a month.
