Itunes store wont load - no error message :-/

Hi everyone,
Recently, for some unknown reason, itunes store will not load on my laptop. Strangely no error message appears it just starts loading and then stops half way through. I have tried diagnosis, repair, re-installing it completely, checking internet connection and nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this and if so can anyone help? I thought it might be down time at first but this has been happenning for over a week now :-(
Cheers,
Nick.

Your signature in 1st post was 10.8.2.
    You went backwards?
Did you reformat and reinstall when you first purchased it?
If not I HIGHLY recommend you do that before you do anything else.

For access to the itunes store, I get an error message -45054 ¿what can i do to fix this problem?

    Close your iTunes,
    Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
    (Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
    netsh winsock reset
    Hit "ENTER" key
    Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

iTunes is a program on your computer, it is not "the Internet".  The fact that the program runs has no bearing on Internet connectivity.
Maybe if a little more information was supplied, like version of the Operating system on the computer and version of iTunes, then a little more assistance could be provided.

when I try to access iTunes Store I get an error message stating feature not available in the uk store

Exact same thing is happening to me. Couldn't find where to view the Itunes version number after a quick look. I hate the "simplified" interface by the way. On windows 8.1. Really starting to hate itunes, very buggy, and apple device locked down content (I'm looking at you TV shows and Movies) make it a pain to use.

For the last few days, I have been unable to access the Itunes store on my computer (windows 8) Itunes (11.1.4) or my Ipod ( iOS 6.1.5). On both it comes up as loading but continues that indeffently.
On my computer it occasionaly partly loads, I can see the itunes store cant click on anything nothing loads no pictures show. I also cannot update any apps I have but am not getting any error messages they will just continue to say updating.
I have checked that everything is up to date, My internet connection is working as any other program that uses internet is working fine. I have also had no recent changes to internet security and my itunes account is the only one on the computer. I have tried many fixes that seem to work for other people but no sucess.

  • Itunes store wont load- Windows vista

My itunes store refuses to open. It gives me a notification that says "Itunes could not connect to itunes store. The network Connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again"
Im new to itunes and dont know what is wrong. I completely shut down my antivirus software, I added it to my firewall exceptions list, I uninstalled it and reinstalled, I changed my internet sharing settings to media sharing on. I have no clue what to do.
It wont let me use the itunes help and the notification says "iTunes Help is unavailable because your computer isn’t connected to the Internet.
To view iTunes Help, make sure you’re connected to the Internet, then choose iTunes Help from the Help menu." But my internet is connected and Im able to surf the web.
    Please help!

This is solution for XP, but similar should work for you:
Open Internet Explorer (even if you have been using Firefox), which iTunes uses.
Go to Tools >  Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings >  De-select  the Proxy server Box.
The upgrade turned it on and it should be off.

This doesn't work for everybody.   Case in point:
How many of you use the gaming NICs from Bigfoot Networks like the Killer Xeno Pro and so forth?   You can type: netsh winsock reset   all you want, but when Windows 7 reboots, you get a message box saying the "LSP needs to be reset.  Do you want to do this now?"
If you say NO, it will keep popping up and annoying you until you do.   In the meantime iTunes Store loads perfectly.  Once you allow that message to reset the LSP, the iTunes Store no longer loads.   I have brought this up with the people at Bigfoot Networks by putting in a trouble ticket...for whatever good it will do.
These NICs are supposed to be fine tuned and tested for online gaming and I've never had an issue with it until now.  My iTunes has always loaded just fine with it before iTunes 10.5.   So, maybe it's an issue on Apple's end as well.    I just wanted to post this an let everyone who owns these cards know what I found.
    Thanks.

  • Whenever I try to download songs from iTunes store I get an error message

I just got my Ipod and when I tried to download songs from the iTunes store I just got an error message, but it took my money. A sample message read,
"There was a problem downloading 'I Walk the Line/ With His Hot and Blue Guitar/ Johnny Cash"
The file seems to be corrupted. To redownload file, choose "Check for Purchases" from the Store menu.
I tried the "Check for Purchases" several times, but I just got the same message. I then went to the Downloads menu/page where another message was displayed under Status,
zero KB of 2.6 MB - stopped (err = -100008)
Please help me. I don't want to have wasted my money for nothing.

    Hi ...
    Might be a Wi-Fi issue...
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    Now restart the iPad.
Restart your device: Hold the power button until "slide to power off" appears.  Slide to power off.  After it is off, press the power button to turn it back on.
