ITunes stuck on redeem screen
I was downloading a free song from a website and after it redeemed my code, it is now stuck on the redeem code screen. Any info on how to get back to the main music page would be greatly appreciated.
I just got the SAME problem after being gifted an album. After redeeming the album, I'm stuck on the redeem page no matter what I do!
It just says "the code you entered has already been used" there's no back button or cancel or ANYTHING!
Even restarting the iPad doesn't solve the problem. I'm now effectively locked out of the iTunes music page!

Back up your content to icloud, take a trip to an apple store and download your content there. My 5s had the same issue with itunes it would say loading and never load but after 3 total erase and resets I took it in erased redownloaded my software and it works fine now.

how can I keep my data doing a hard recovery on my phone? You shouldn't have to restore your phone to keep your data. But first press home and on button at the same time until phone shows up Apple logo an boots up normally. When the phone comes back on plug into ituens and back it up by selecting "Back Up Now". Once backed up, you can press update and install 7.1.1 and it will restore and recover all your previously backed up data. You can also press "update" and itunes will automtically back up the phoen and install 7.1.1.

Try connecting the device to your iTunes library in recovery mode and restoring it. Here are instructions for getting your iPod into recovery mode.

So I was trying to update my 4th gen iPod touch when it canceled the update and told me that I needed to update iTunes. So while I was trying to do so, which didn't even work by the way, I noticed that my iPod was stuck on the screen that you get when updating your iOS. The bar was about a quarter way filled when it froze. I'm not sure how to fix this or what to google to find a solution so I came here. I'm actually leaving it alone to try to see if it runs out of battery since after all it has to be wasting battery from being on all the time. Please help!

Connect to computer and restorer via iTunes

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Downloaded a movie from iTunes to my iPad. 2 minutes into the movie it stopped and My Videos is stuck in black screen mode. So basically rented a movie and never watched it.
The EXACT same thing happened to me last night! Rented a movie; it had barely started and then froze. When I touch the video app icon, all I get is a blank, dimly lit screen. None of the other videos I own will display either. Was your problem ever resolved?

Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone4 on my laptop through Itunes. After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. My ipod 4th generation is stuck on recovery mode and is stuck on the screen that says to connect to the itunes store. I already tried using a non-damaged cable and connecting it to itunes, but the ipod is not showing up as a device on my computer or on itunes.
