Itunes summary say I have 874 pictures and iphoto says I have 110-how do I delete the 764?
When I connect my mini to my computer, Itunes says I have 874 pictures stored on my ipad. I can only see and have the option of downloading 110 using Iphoto. I noticed a difference when I deleted photos using the automatic prompt after downloading to Iphoto, but how do I delete the remaining 764 that I cannot access?
Give this a try:
Open you iPhoto Library Package as shown in this screenshot
locate the iPod Photo Cache folder and move it to the Trash bin.
Make no other changes. Close the package, launch iPhoto, launch iTunes and test again to see how many photos are indicate by iTunes.

Thanks!If you Control click on the iPhoto Library, you'll see a list of folders - one named "Masters". Inside of this folder are all of your original, high-res photos. You can copy them to other folders if you like.
You can't delete iPhoto pics without deleting the ones in the iPhoto Library.
You can copy all of your Masters pics out of the Library, ensuring that you won't forget any.
I don't know of anyway to determine if there are duplicate photos - most (if not all) have a unique name assigned.

I use Entourage as Mail sender. I don't use the adress book.
When I tip a wrong adress and make the correction, the old one stays in the memory of my computer ( apple I Mac ).
When I wish to send a new message to the same adress, the wrong one appears in the same time , and some time I don't remember wich is the good one .

I can highly recommend migrating to the Address Book. You won't have the typo'ed history in your email.

I updated my iPhone to ios5. Receive error message " could no activate iPhone" iTunes message says there is no SIMM in phone. The SIMM I have used all along has not been removed.I know I answered you before on this but can't find the thread. Guess you didn't like my answer. Your phone was illegally hacked to unlock it and when you updated the phone it relocked it back to the original carrier. This made the sim you had in the phone useless and therefore it cannot activate the phone. Nothing can be done in these forums to help you fix your problem as it is against the TOS to discuss illegal unlocking or jailbreaking the phone.

I have 2 Apple ID's, how do I delete the old one as its interferring with my new account and the music I have already purchased through ITunes does not want to play. Any suggestions?
Why would you create a new account?
All purchases will be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
You will have to authorize your computer for all the accounts from which music is purchased. -
Hi, just need to know how to get my music, video, pictures and apps form my iPhone to my new laptop as the old computer, which I used before was stolen. I only have my phone left and if I try to conect it to my new laptop it's trying to delete everything.
I have also noticed all my settings won't stay set, example....I removed the check mark from "third party cookies", the when I close Firefox and reopen the check mark is back, also my tool bar has screwed up....can't reset, been having trouble the up grade.

It sounds like you have a credit card saved to your Apple ID payment information and you would like it to be removed from the account and set the payment method to None. You should be able to do this with the following article:

Connect your iPhone to your computer.
In iTunes towards the upper right of your screen you will see the name of your iPhone. Click on it (not the eject symbol.
This will open a series of windows with tabs.
Select the tab for photos.
Untick the ones you do not want on your iPhone and at the bottom right click on Apply.
They will be removed.
