Itunes switches from Now Playing to the Itunes Store when I jog

While I am jogging holding my iphone in my hand, every minute or so the screen switches to the iTunes Store instead of the Now Playing screen. I am positive I am not hitting any buttons. It seems to only do this when I am running so I believe the motion has something to do with it.
Any advice on what may be causing this?

Well this was my first time using the support communities app on the web so when I tried to get the answer there were literally 1000's of post and I was not sure which one pertained to me and my iPhone issue. Sorry if I offended in some manner, didn't mean to.

I am using an ion piece of equipment to record vinyl reccords to my iMac and in turn save them in iTunes. I have recorded many records this way and have never had a problem until yesterday. I recorded three songs from records to iTunes and was successful as they are on the song list and will play on the iMac. When I tried to sync them to my iPod they showed up on the menu but would not play. The iPod just skipped over the new guys. Am I doing something wrong or has my ion program flipped out? This might sound weird, but here's an idea which worked for me re music that was newly added to itunes and showed up in my ipod but wouldn't play - I simply played the tracks in itunes first, just a second of time or so will do it, not the whole track, then connect the ipod and sync again and this time they played - hope this helps.

Getting about $3000 a day in iTunes charges I didn't make can't get history to pull up and can't reach a apple person, scheduled the next available call but it's the 2nd of next year and about 20,000 more dollars from, now went to the iTunes Store no help

My iTunes account is hooked to my debit card and I have thousands of dollars per day coming out of my bank account. I emailed apple several times to get a history so I can find out what the heck is going on and each time I get a generic message followed by a email with a bunch of links telling me how to access my iTunes history. I attempt to do this and I get a message stating iTunes can not be reached. So I go down to my local apple store and am told it's because I did not have wifi, they hook my phone to the apple store wifi and tell me they show no charges. Yet I'm down approximately $12,000 so far and climbing. I call my bank and cancel my debit card and attempt to contact apple again via a link they sent me to schedule a call. When I schedule the call it gives me a message that we are sorry we are unable to schedule a call for you please try again later, I try a future time and date and manage to schedule a telephone call for the second of next year. Is there anyway to access what the **** is going on with my iTunes account in the meantime? Apple doesn't seem to be able to see the charges I just see them on my bank side.

hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

I used a code i got with my moive to download the itunes version and i was watching the itunes extras, but now when i click on "play itunes extras" it plays the audio but the only thing it displays is the first frame (the movie is catching fire)

I haven't used my iPod in a few months. Gave it full charge, music showing on screen and in iTunes. But when I push play, it says "Now Playing", but the time isn't moving forward and nothing is playing. I have already reset it and that didn't help.

I've had this iPod Classic for a couple of years, and only use it every so often, mostly when I travel. Just bought a speaker so I can listen in the house. Gave it a full charge. The music is showing up on the screen, and it also shows up in iTunes on my computer. When I try to play something, whether it's a song, artist, album, whatever, the screen shows the name of the song and displays "Now Playing". The time stays on 0.00, however and doesn't move forward; and no sound is coming out whether on the new docking speaker or with a headset. I tried the reset procedure, but still no change. A 4th gen iPod can not be upgraded to iOS 8. 7.0.2 is the high version it can run.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

You need to establish if it was 1080p or 720p HD you downloaded.
If it's 1080p it will not play at all on AppleTV1 - the hardware is not powerful enough to decode 1080p h264 (or 720p above 25fps). When AppleTv1 came out most items were SD only and with time more 720p HD stuff became available. 1080p content cm after AppleTV 1 and 2 were replaced by AppleTV 3.
AppleTV2 can process but not display 1080p - it is stuck to 720p output.
AppleTV1 could only process 720p max, but could always upscale on output to 1080p!
Your iTunes Preference should determine what quality you are downloading/renting.
