Infinite loop when trying to purchase a subscription in the sandbox environment

We have set up a newsstand app with subscription functionality. We are testing the subscription functionality by using test users that have been set up in itunesconnect. When testing, we find that we get into an infinite loop when trying to subscribe to a magazine. After getting the pop-up to validate payment information, we are directed to the app store with a grey box, that looks like it should contain purchase information, but the page keeps reloading and we never get the option to enter this info. Finally a message appears that says the this is a test environment. I have included some screenshots below. Any thoughts?

It asks me to accept the iTunes terms and conditions. I am expecting to see an accept indicator to activate or check. But nothing. Pls help

OK? I just wanted to make sure because it is a family common mistake that other users have made in the past.
What are you trying to download - not that it really matters. Can you quit or clear put of what you are doing? Is there a cancel option?
Do you see a spinning wheel by any chance?

"iTunes Terms and Conditions have Changed" - every time I unlock my phone

Everytime I unlock my phone I get greeted with the pop up that itunes terms and conditions have changed, I keep clicking OK because I am not prompted to read anything. Howver it says I must read and accept the terms, where is that?
When I plug in my iphone and purcahse material I am not prompted to review anything. How do I get this pop up to stop? Where is this magical location I can approve it?

After logging into Itunes, I try to click on the Update all app updates. It tries but a box saying itunes terms and conditions have changed comes up. After OK ,the 52 page terms and conditions comes up and I clilck on agreeand again on the I have read the and agree to the conditions agree box.Right after that I get A Session timeout box (your session has timed out please try this operatin againfrom the beginning. DONE. I have done this repeatedly with to no avail. Any suggestions?

hey guys.... i have now found the solution to this problem. In fact, I accidentally noticed that my date and time in the ipod touch was incorrect. I corrected it and 'lo & behold' , my problem is solved. It accepted , my agreeing to the new terms and condition and i can download all the Apps or update them as i wanted. hope it helps u too...

I am not sure what you mean by "Flash Player for steam"; the only Flash Player installers I know is the ActiveX (for Internet Explorer) and the plugin (for other browsers); you can find both at http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player- windows.html#main-pars_header

Go on to your computer and log into itunes go to download ain app thats new and the terms and condtions will pop up. click 'I have read the terms and conditons' click 'agree' and it should be done across all of your devices hope this helped

Just Can't download, buy or even update apps...

I use only one Apple ID and only one ID. I did have to change the password at one point but I had no issues at all with updating apps after I changed the password.
If you can download new apps with the ID that you changed the password for, I would think that you will be able to update apps associated with that ID as well.
Did you try restarting the iPad after signing out of the one account and then sign in to the other account/accounts?

Just a note. The Send by Email does not work on iPhone. I click on all the pages and at the end (pg. 54) there is no Accept capability. Is this Apple's way of saying F You?

TS1717 iTunes "Terms and Conditions Have Changed Before you can proceed you must accept the terms and conditions" is on an infinite loop. No matter how many times I agree, when I go to update my apps the terms and conditions have changed link reappears.

Can anyone help me? Suddenly (i.e. just a few minutes ago) this problem has appeared. I attempted to update two apps on my iPad. The Terms and Conditions agreement comes up, I read the terms and conditions, I agree to them, I click AGREE, it disappears, I reclick on update and the Terms and Conditions agreement appears and we start the mobius strip all over again. I tried to see if it was just on my iPad by trying to download a new app on my iPhone. same problem. Anyone have advice on how to resolve this issue? I updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song. Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.

HT4623 Terms and Conditions screen hangs when updating to iOS 8.0.2 on iPhone 5c

I have iOS 8.0 (12A365) on my iPhone 5c. The phone has 32 GB, 16 GB available.
Tried to update to iOS 8.0.2 over the network, but after touching "Agree" on the pop-up from the Terms and Conditions screen, the Settings app froze. The screen did not close, and everything on it became un-responsive. The home button still worked, and other apps still worked, but I had to reboot the phone to get back to a usable Settings app. I'll try updating via iTunes next. Meanwhile, has anyone else had this problem?

FWIW, updating via iTunes (11.4 on Windows 7) worked
