Itunes took some of my music and wants me to pay for it again

I bought an album off of itunes off my Ipod Touch 4th gen a while ago, and recently i bought another Ipod touch 4th gen because i needed more space. I went to download my music to my new Ipod, and when i looked in that album only two of the songs were there. So i went on to itunes and it said i had only purchased those two songs and that i have to buy all the others again. How do I get them back without paying again???
