Itunes tv shows sd version no longer included

Several tv show I downloaded quite a while ago originally came with both an SD and a HD version with purchase. At the time, I didn't know how to only purchase the SD version, so I ended up downloading both but then deleting the HD one. But apparently after the last itunes update, some of these videos only allow you the HD version (since that is what I actually paid for), which is causing me to get errors in my library. I am still able to play them, but there is an exclaimation point next to them and my other bar on my ipad is almost 1GB, most likely because of the errors. I tried to find an email to contact itunes support, but was unable to find it. Does anyone know the itunes support email? I want to see if they can arrange a redownload for the SD versions of the videos only (I don't care about getting my money back, I just want the SD versions only so that the error message will go away). I already tried using the cloud to download, but neither download version show up. Help!

Hi, just follow the steps above, it should bring it back. Alternatively, after installing this version and rebooting your PC sometime solves this problem.

ITunes Connect shows TWO versions

So I wanted to update my app's picture that shows in iTunes. I went into iTunes connect and updated the picture and all of the sudden on the "Manage Your Applications" screen I am seeing TWO seperate applications for the application I updated the picture for.
It now shows a version 1.4 ( old version ) and a version 1.5 ( current version ) instead of just showing version 1.5. Did I do something wrong? Is this going to mess me up at all? Each version shows the ability to "Edit Information", "Remove From Sale" or "Update Application".
How can I get back to just version 1.5?

I think mine are all still in alphabetical order, but :
* movies I deleted from my library and told "hide this purchase in the cloud" are showing up again. If I try to play them, I get the "cannot find the file in its proper location, would you like to locate it" error message.
* for movies that have "iTunes Extras," the extras show up as a separate item, with another copy of the movie artwork. Most of these I believe I had DELETED the "iTunes Extras" anyway.
* Items are showing up multiple times.
* A few MUSIC ALBUMS are listed in my Movies section.
* Some movies (I believe ones that I deleted off my HD but are still in the cloud) are showing random album covers instead of their proper artwork.
* Just rented a movie, and it didn't show up anywhere in my library. It downloaded properly and completely, was in a suitably labeled folder in my iTunes/Media/Movies section, but didn't show up in any section of the library (or via a library search). Had to manually find it and tell it to open the file using iTunes.
Running the latest version, even checked for updates. No other changes made lately since the last round of apple software updates. This was wonky before the latest small update to iTunes - now it's even wonkier. And it is very, VERY effing annoying.

- Try moving the backup file to a safe location so iTunes has to create an entire new one.. It is locate here and you may have to have show hiddn files turned on.

After a day of trying, both iTunes and my Apple TV are telling me that the episodes of Scooby Doo I purchased are incompatible due to QuickTime. I still don't understand how I purchased something from iTunes that doesn't work with iTunes.

How can I contact Viber support? When I go to their website there's no such thing as 'email us' or 'contact us'.

Why will my new iPad no longer sync my non-iTunes TV shows?

My original iPad, as well as my iPhone 4S, synced perfectly with iTunes 10.6. I usually use the option Sync 3 Oldest Unwatched for the TV Shows that I add myself, but this no longer works for my new iPad; it does not recognize non-iTunes TV shows in my sync settings, and refuses to sync any of them unless I manually select the episodes. If you have iPhone 3G, the latest and greatest is IOS 4.2.1.
If you have iPhone 3GS or later, you can only update to IOS 6.0.1.
For iPhone 5 and iPad mini, you can update to IOS 6.0.2.

Well, I don't want to buy an optical drive if I buy a new Mac without one. However, iTunes will not allow "burning" a playlist to anything except a real optical drive.
Now, I am not running Mountain Lion so I don't know if iTunes for Mountain Lion allows it or not - could someone please let me know if it is possible.
For me, on Snow Leopard, I cannot find a way to burn, create, duplicate - whatever you want to call it - a playlist to a virtual drive, a USB drive - nothing but a physical drive.
It just makes me wonder if iTunes provides (will provide) an alternative when there is no physical drive included.

Some of my older itunes tv shows no longer play sound?

I recently reformatted, installed my operating system and files and have noticed that some of my previously purchased itunes tv shows no longer play the sound, i tried redownloading one or two and those have no sound either which leads me to believe it's a problem with my machine somewhere.
Now, I did lose power today for about 5 mins and noticed this problem *AFTER* the power came back on, but every thing else about my mac seems fine, any thoughts?

Hi I have an apple tv 2. I don't recall the last time I updated, but I was always advised against it. I was turning on apple tv but had tv on wrong output and I guess I accidently hit update. It says not to unplug or turn off, so I went ahead and let it update. I have a collection of old movies that I owned before RedBox came out, so I downloaded them to my itunes library. Now a lot of my newer movies will not show up on my playlists. Movies that were there before. Anyone know what happened, but better yet, please tell me there is a way to undue this new update? PLEASE!
I know it's not the internet connection, because I can go to my computer and airplay it to the apple tv with no problem. But this will be such a pain.

My iPod will no longer turn on after attempting to update my iTunes to the newest version.

Pretty self-explanatory for the most part. I was attempting to update iTunes to the newest version because I have been putting it off forever. It's not currently the newest version..however when it was updating, my iPod went into recovery mode (the screen flashed to the iTunes symbol & the USB symbol) & then after a few minutes of trying to restart it (pushing the home & the lock button) it went completely black & will not turn on whatsoever. My iTunes STILL will not recognize it & I have done everything to try to turn it on/get it to work, but nothing happens.
Additional details that just happened: When I try to get it out of the black screen of death by holding the home & the lock button now, the Apple icon flashes for a few seconds, but won't fully turn on, which I don't understand why? Now it's back to the recvovery mode screen.
Any suggestions? It's fully charged, I know that for sure.
I would really appreciate the help though! I walk 20 minutes to class every day & always have it with me. It's a 4th Generation iPod Touch.
