ITunes updated this morning (9/20/2012) to a new version. Now iTunes will not start...anyone else having this problem?
This morning iTunes was updated to the newest version. Now iTunes will not open...it attempts to access the iTunes store and fails. This is only happening on my fiancee's computer...not mine. And it works with other user accounts on her computer, so it's got to be something specific to her. I've tried opening in safe mode and uninstalling/reinstalling with no luck. Is this happening to anyone else? And how do I fix this?
I am also facing the same problem.
I have been a big fan of Apple but now its getting sour.
I don't know what kind of QA people Apple have started recruiting. They cant even test the Product on different environments.
I have been facing problems since iOS 6 upgrade.
God please help Apple.

Supercam Pro,latest update yesterday 25-05-2013.Now cannot connect to my DVR.Anyone else having problem with this update,worked perfectly before???
The OP is correct, I have done many tests. With IOS6 there appears to be a dns issue in some cases with IOS for both ipad(2) at lease (my wife won't let me upgrade here v1) and the iPhone4s in my case. Pretty easy to diagonse, I wish Apple would fix it.
1.) I use a Juniper 5GT wireless firewall and all of my other devices (many apple, ipad, MBP, iMAC,3 ipods etc) are fine: Not ipad2 or iphone4s running IOS6
2.) after upgrade nothing worked. narrowed it down by messing with dns (I have my own dns server)
3.) Strange thing; dns works over MiFI (Verizon) and Carrier
4.) confirmed that it is a dns and not network issue.
-down load free tool called ping-scope-lite. (obviously you need to turn off wifi to do this)

turn on wifi
- ping Level3 dns server 4.2.2.2 or Googlesdns servers 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 these worked.
-now ping by name google.com or ipchicken.com

Apple did say that they would give me another iphone 4s: I just wasn't sure that would fix my issue. I tried downgrading to 5.1.1 but I got an error saying my device wasn't able to do so (tried even blocking itunes from contacting Apple) I whis this could be fixed. I did even have it working using my own dns server but now I can see that my phone over wifi isn't even trying to make a dns request now.

Subject kind of states it all. Tried throwing out the preferences a few times, restarts, disc permission fixes- no luck.

Scroll to Sharing & Permissions, adn set you to Read & Write. This will allow you to delete it. -
I have already swapped this phone out once for a new I phone 6. First one I was having same issues with.
Now I got the new one and it was good for about a month and now its doing it to but worse. It freezes completely.
Won't let any of my text messages get through to me. All my messages disappear completely and randomly come back when they feel like it.
This time its frozen where I can't even read any texts or get any texts and when I click on the messenger app it just goes to the NEW MESSAGE and won't let me get out of this screen. Should I once again take this back? or are all the iPhone 6's bad like this?It's not the iphones, it's more likely one or more of your programs causing this issue. It's not the iPhone 6's. The possibility of you getting 2 bad iphones from different batches is extremely remote or you have the worst luck on the planet. lol If one iPhone has it, then you get a new one and the same problem comes up again, it's most likely due to an issue with a program that you keep getting back from restoring an old backup. Restore the iphone again and set up as a new iphone. Then manually import your music and your photos. Once that's done, try to use your iphone to see if everything is ok. If it works good for a few days, then try to add some of the apps. At some point, you'll end up loading the malicious app and the problem may come back. Make sure that the apps are all updated. If you still have problems, call Apple so that they can run a diagnostic report and find out which app is causing this issue. Then you can simply delete it and/or update the app. More solutions are available but that's all I will post for now.

Down in Washington DC too (on the web-site and in all IMAP clients), since about noon, local time. The "All services are online" at <http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/systemstatus/> looks quite annoying. Especially, since there are multiple threads reporting the same problem, all over the country and even abroad (UK).

IMac update crashes computer won't start anyone else having this issue?
The latest update keeps causing my iMac to restart over and over the first word that comes up when it begins to restart is "panic" I'm guessing that's not a good sign!

HT4864 Mail once again not "online"; Anyone else having this issue?

iCloud support indicates systems are all online; however, when I login to iCloud and try to access email from there, I get the message that an error has happened and there are "missing resources." Same thing that happened when somebody's server went down for nearly 48 hours a couple months ago!You are right, the chances of finding a Comcast support person who knows how to do that is minimal, but it is very easy for you to do it.
Go to the Comcast website (Mail), go into the settings and choose to forward your incloming mail to your iCloud address, you can choose to delete the mail from Comcast when it is forwarded or just leave it in place.
No changes of email address are required but when you reply it will come form your iCloud address.
I'll post back with more info if you need it.
Go to your Comcast email page, select 'Email and Voice Preferences' then select Email, scroll down to 'Forwarding', it is self explanatory. -
Why is the new Illustrator so buggy?! Is anyone else having this problem?
I am wasting so much time waiting for the program. The things that nearly crash it are, "moving linked images", opening my layers panel, selecting linked images, clicking off linked images will even stop everything.
I am running on an iMac QuadCore i7 processor with 16GB RAM and the 1TB fusion drive. According to the specs the computer isn't the problem. When illustrator is thinking, I can open an internet window, make edits in PS, open and play iTunes, while downloading something...all while illustrator is frozen. I am having most trouble with links. simple selecting a linked image (full frame, high res), inside a clipping mask stops illustrator for a good 5 minutes. Then releasing the clipping mask takes another 5. Any idea what is happening?

Since updating to IOS 7.0.2 my iPhone 5 regularly cuts out during phonecalls. Anyone else having this problem?

settings - wifi- click network name - enter password - join
if issue persists backup info and restore via itunes

I have had over 5 time out err-3259 trying to update my Ipad 2 on my imac from last night and all this morning. Anyone else having this issue? It is definitely not my internet connection etc. Right in the end at 99% this error message comes out. Help

Well, if they have truly disappeared then something is really messed up. For really messed up stuff, you need to set it to factory default condition, and then afterwards, restore it from your backup.

After installing the above mentioned update, my ipad will no longer turn on. I have just a black screen with the apple logo when I attach it to a power source. Anyone else having this problem, please advise on how to fix.
IF RESET DOESN'T WORK, FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Well, if you don't have enough space, then there's nothing wrong, right?
You can check available space under Settings> General> About or by plugging it into iTunes and looking at the color-coded bar. -
