Itunes video purchase never downloaded

Hi, I purchased the entire season of "Lost" from Itunes and only received 3 out of the 25 episodes. Does anyone know what I have to do to get the other 22 episodes. I already emailed customer support but they still have not gotten back to me...Help Please. Thanks

Download it to iTune on your laptop or computer.

How do I delete apps from itunes so they never download again?

If you have the left-hand sidebar showing click Apps under Library, if you don't have the left-hand sidebar showing then click Done at the top right of the screen to go back to your library and then select Apps via the selection button top left.
You will now be able to permanently delete apps from itunes - Select app - right click - delete - send to recycle bin

  • ITUNES Video purchase

I purchased 3 videos from the Itunes store. 1 will load or sync to my IPOD 5th gen but the other 3 will not. When I click on the file and get information I see it is protected. that is the only difference I see between the files. How can I get these files to sync to my IPOD. I have read the FAQ related to this subject but i only have 3 IPODS so this should not be a issue.
Can some one tell me what is wrong?
How does purchased video differ from other video?
Videos purchased from the iTunes Store have FairPlay digital rights management embedded in the files and are in a format that can be readily synced to a video capable iPod. Just like with music you purchase from the iTunes Store, you own the videos you purchase. You can authorize up to five computers to play purchased videos, and you can sync the video to as many iPods as you like. An iPod can contain purchased content from up to five accounts; iTunes will not allow you to add data from a sixth account to iPod.

Take a look here for some tips on how to look for the missing episode.
If you can't find it, iTunes Store Customer Service (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find a button to send e-mail to them) and explaining what happened.

  • I purchased a TV show from itunes, but it never downloaded!

They charged me the $1.99, and as it was downloading the program "closed unexpectedly", I reported the problem to apple and all, but I want my TV show or my money back! I also searched for the show on my hard drive and no such luck. I haven't received a receipt yet in my e-mail, but i did get something saying "thank you for your itunes purchace". Should i go to the mac store? Is there somebody who can help me?

Fill out a customer service request, they will respond. I had a problem with my account and Apple was very helpful.
BTW... the store is still down.

  • ITunes video purchases corrupting my ITunes Library

Got a season pass for this season of "Mad Men" - but thus far two of the downloads have corrupted my LIbrary and seem to be lost for good (along with the other episodes that were in the Library).
In both instances, when ITunes crashed, this alert message came up on the screen: +"The file "iTunes Library" does not appear to be a valid iTunes library file. iTunes has created a new iTunes library and renamed this file to "iTunes Library (Damaged)"."+ - but when I look for these supposed files on my computer they are nowhere to be found.
Now - I am pretty new to the ITunes store - I've imported some music from other sources over the years and never had this kind of problem so am wondering: do people just EXPECT Itunes to crash and so back things up a LOT? My computer is pretty old and does not have that much storage space - do I have to back up each one of these TV episodes from ITunes just to be sure I'm not going to have to re-purchase them from the ITunes store?
Do people have any other suggestions about keeping these videos from corrupting my Library files?

Fortunately for me, the folks at ITunes restored the lost episodes to me - but I would still like to know if anyone has any words of wisdom about what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future.

  • Video purchase not downloading properly

    Newbie to ipod.
purchased 2 videos from iTMS & keep getting same error:
"THERE WAS AN ERROR DOWNLOADING YOUR PURCHASED MUSIC.
THE DISK COULD NOT BE READ FROM OR WRITTEN TO."
i've used the check for purchased music command & nothing happens. i wrote to iTMS support & their answer says it has to do with the permissions but they don't tell you how to solve it or change the permissions.
i've reviewed answered & unanswered postings for a solution.
the only thing i've learned is how to find the file where the videos are supposed to be ~ a file is there but for some reason it doesn't load into itunes.
i've also changed my firewall settings & NOTHING!
others seem to have the same problem.
i can use any help i can get!
    thanks!

But if it's similar to a song not playing, remove it from the iPod and then put it back.

  • ITunes video podcast wont download

Using the latest iTunes on WIn 7 and have three video podcasts which appear to download but when they complete they haven't downloaded and appear greyed out with an open circle on the left. Can anyone help please?

Yes, the file isn't where it's supposed to be, therefore it cannot be downloaded onto your computer.
This is a problem with the Podcast. Each episode is held on a server, the Podcast producers specify where the file is, and all iTunes does is list it according to the information supplied by the producer. (Neither Apple nor iTunes store the Podcast, they simply list it.) When you ask for it (either manually or via a subscription) iTunes asks the host server to download a copy to you. However, if the file is not actually stored where the Podcast's producers say they've put it, you get that message.
I suggest you contact the show's producers to let them know there is a problem. On the iTunes Store page for the Gadget Lab, you should see a link to "Website." Follow that and send them an email.
I've had this happen with Podcasts I'm subscribed to. Usually, all it needs is an email from someone to let them know, they correct the fault and hey presto, done!

  • ITunes Store Purchase not downloaded

    I have purchased
Seven Steps to Heaven, Miles Davis:
    Numéro de commande : M285056182
    Date de réception : 08/10/06
I got an error message and the music was not downloaded.
Yet, Payment was taken from my credit card.
How can I get the music without paying again?
    Claude Rondeau

Look under the iTunes Advanced menu for the "Check for purchases" command and run that. You may find the other tracks there to be downloaded. If not, contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They'll probably then reset the download for those missing tracks.
Forum Tip: Since you're new here, you've probably not discovered the Search feature available on every Discussions page, but next time, it might save you time (and everyone else from having to answer the same question multiple times) if you search a couple of ways for a topic, both in the relevant forums, in the User Tips Library and in the Apple Knowledge Base before you post a question.
    Regards.

  • Does iTunes retain purchased list/downloads after blanking C drive?

I am going to have to blank my Dell but don't want to lose my iTunes downloads. Besides putting this music on a CD, is there any way I can retain my "purchased" list when I reinstall iTunes?
    Thank you!

If you have enough room on your iPod you could use the Apple method for using the iPod to transfer to a new computer, which your new instalation effectively is.
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300173
A better option if you have a large external drive is use the same method but use the external drive rather than the iPOd. This means you haven't put all your eggs in one basket. An external drive is also an excellent investement for backup.
If you follow one of these methods you should get back exactly what you had before.

Each time I make an attempt to download the free book Year in Focus 2013 I get a message that states cannot connect to iTunes even though I am connected and after several hours of downloading.  I have rebooted twice now and making another attempt but so far does not look promising. Hi Tintin01,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If you're being repeatedly prompted to install the 64-bit version of iTunes, I'd suggest first completely uninstalling iTunes and all its related components using the steps found here:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
Once you've uninstalled iTunes and its components, install the latest version of iTunes found here:

I made an In-App purchase a few days ago and have been trying to contact the company to at least Talk to a representative and figure out what went wrong, but they have been in general, unhelpful, and haven't responded. The only email I've recieved simply confirmed that I sent in an email. Any ideas on what I should do?
