ITunes Visualizer Button is gone in new update

Hello again,
I did the most recent update to iTunes and the visualizer button that used to be in the bottom right hand corner is no longer there.
I know I can use the hot keys, but I like to use the button.
Does anyone know how I can get that button back?

You can't get the button back, but pressing apple-T will do it. Check out the View Menu.

An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. Thank you for providing so much detail about the issue you are experiencing with the iTunes Store after updating to iOS 7.
The first thing I recommend is quitting and relaunching the applications on your iPhone:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the iTunes Store, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Put iTunes into a toolbar with the new update

So I just downloaded the new update and it removed the settings to put my iTunes player into the taskbar complete with all buttons. So I was wondering, how do I put that setting back on? Cause all I could find was how to put it into the small quick launch

Thanks this has resolved the issue I has after instal (Vista) where it kept minimizing to the taskbar as a mini player (I didn't want that).
A bit annoying that version 8 overrode all the prev settings I had. Some useful features but very annoying the amount of resetting you have to do.

Do exactly as the image suggests, connect to iTunes and restore.

ITunes Match button is gone

I recently reformatted my PC. Installed iTunes 11.0.12. I authrozied this PC and signed into my account. My iCloud music is there but I cannot get to my iTunes Match. The button that was there at first is now missing. I go the Store and Turn on Match but nothing happens. The first time I did this it ask me to subscribe which i did and not the Match but is gone and I cannot turn on match. How ever my iCloud content is still there and Genius work. Any ideas? I have look all over the interweb but to no avail.

I fixed this by creating a new Library.
Windows press and hold shift while starting the application and create new.
My Match is now working.

Publish Button is Gone!! Updated Reader 9.1

We just updated to Reader 9.1 and have noticed the Publish button/tools are no longer in upper right. Only in Tasks drop down.
In order to see the Tasks tool set you must right click tool bar and turn it on.
When re-launching browser, Task tools do not stick, you must re-check them/turn them on.
Are there plans to fix this issue? Oversight? or were this intensionally done?
I am a little worried that other features have disapeared with this new release of reader 9.1.
Please help anyone.

I'm thinking it was intentionally unintentional. I'm guessing that in order to fix the security flaw, they had to re-write some of the user interface, and didn't take the time to make it look like the previous version (because they promised a fix by March 11).
I realize this update was to fix a major security flaw, but why can't we have the same user interface? In version 8 and 9.0, it was so much easier to tell that you're on a document that was comment-enabled as well as easier to publish your comments. The ease of use was part of the reason we went with this solution.
Now what happens is you load the document (either in Reader or your browser) and it looks like every other document instead of having nice, clear commenting functions at the top of the window. Sure, it asks to connect to the commenting server, but after that, in order to comment, you have to add the "Tasks" toolbar EVERY TIME you load a comment-enabled document. That preference doesn't seem to stick - even if you load Reader and tell it to show that "Tasks" toolbar.
To make things even worse, this change only happened in the Windows version of Adobe Reader 9.1. The Mac version retains the same look and feel for commenting as in 9.0 and 8.x. So now, in order to create documentation, we'll have to make separate documents for Windows vs Mac users.
Adobe- please unify your User Interface again.

ITunes tells me it has a new update . . . but won't load it.

The Updater says 10.2.2. is available to me, but when I ask it to download the new iteration, the window then says that no updates are available. What am I missing? I have closed the program, restarted, and tried with and without my iPad connected. Nothing.

Yes, I tried all that several times. I finally simply downloaded and reinstalled iTunes 10.2.2 (my application kept telling me that I had had 10.2.1(1), even though my update history said that I already had 10.2.2.

Itunes visualizer button on the front from old itunes would be nice

it would be nice to have the old button back on the front of itunes so that you can start the visualizer like genius, or speakers without having to go to the menu. Why was it removed from itunes? I am speaking of the very old itunes from 2001 which had it.

I went into the profile folder and found these files but it will not allow you to delete them so now what do you do. I am wondering if I go in and search the hard drive and delete everything that has to do with bookmarks then try to down load the up grade and then load my book marks from a disk would that work? cw

Send Button is gone from new message toolbar

I was forwarding a mail message and when I went to "send" it, there was no send button to select. I think thhe default mailbox might have been my defunct .mac address. I toggled the correct email account and still no send button. I rebooted, nothing. The 3 other users all have the send button still.
What happened and how do I get SEND back onto my mail toolbar?

To get the Send button back go to the File menu and select New Message, then go in the View menu and select Customize Toolbar. In the Customize Toolbar drop-down drag the Send button into the New Message toolbar.

Itunes preferences get wiped out with new updates

Under itunes preferences I like to keep my files organized and to copy over files when I add them to itunes. Every time i get an itunes update and download it, these settings get wiped out. It's really annoying. Any thoughts?

I have a similar problem, but my speaker comes on when my face touches the screen and I have someone yelling in my ear before I realize what I have done. This just started happening after I updated on Wednesday (has happened multiple times now). Have you found a solution to your mute button problem?

ITunes visualizer gone "jerky"

Hi folks,
I've had my new Mac pro ((stock 2.8/ati 2600) for three weeks now and all is well.
However recently my itunes visualizer graphics have gone noticeably jerky compared to what they were initially.
It still shows the same frame rates but is definately less smooth, particularly when playing inside the window.
I have installed 10.5.2 and the graphics update but i'm not sure if it's all linked?
I have never (touch wood) experienced the graphic issues that people are reporting.

I'm going to take a stab at this. First I ask you two questions. Question one do you use windows on your mac also? Second question if you answered yes to the first one. Did you update your drivers for your video card in windows off the ati website instead of using the boot camp drivers that came with your mac? I did this to myself and when I loaded up OSX it seemed to have some graphic chug to it. So I reinstalled the boot camp drivers the problem was solved. If you answered no it might be poor ATI drivers. They never have been really good on the software side of graphics. I dont know why, but thats why I use Nvidia never had any problems and they run cooler.
