ITunes won't download from Apple Site

I keep going to the Apple website to download the new 7.4. It goes to the second page and says "Thank you for downloading iTunes 7.4" but nothing has happened. I deleted my old version and tried again, but I got the same results. Any suggestions?

I had to download iTunes 7.4 thru another web browser other than Internet Explorer 6.0. I used Opera and it downloaded fine. I had to download Opera first then use it to go to the Apple site to download the latest versions of iTunes & Quicktime. I hope this helps others.

itunes won't download from the Apple iTunes page. Apple website states, "Thanks for downloading. You're only a few steps away from enjoying" but the site doesn't show any steps to take, just product info. and the program does not show on my computer.

Your download or install was corrupted. Before you do ANYTHING backup your computer. Repeat before you do ANYTHING back up your computer. Then boot into the Restore partition and then reinstall OS X.

Can't install itunes or ipod software from apple site.

i have been having this problem for a long time now. Everytime that itunes prompts me that there is a new version of either itunes or my ipod software, i decide to download it and i am sent to the apple download site. and then everytime that i click on the link that says "download here" it goes to the download site and nothing happens. no downloads and the page never loads completely. internet explorer displays an error that says "error on page" and says that there is an error with the page that might cause it to not load correctly.
does apple use some script on there site that my ie settings are blocking?
this is getting pretty annoying and my itunes and ipod are getting pretty out of date.

Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

Why cant i find itunes 7.2 download from apple or any other website

I have been trying to find a copy of iTunes 7.2 for download - using google - I am able to find old versions for windows, but not for the mac.

Apple doesn't like other sites providing downloads for its Mac software, but then itself only makes very limited versions available for download. Right now only version 8.2.1 and 9.2.1 are openly available. I got this link to 7.5 off a website but it isn't on Apple's pages though the actual server is an Apple server so technically it is above board.

I see that you are having some problems downloading the drivers for the printer.

You might have to temporarily turn off your Antivirus Software in case it is blocking the download.

Illustrator CS4 won't download from Adobe site

Hello!
I would appreciate some help. I bought Photoshop and Illustrator CS4 for Mac on disc a few years ago and have since lost the discs in one of my moves. I want to install them both on a different Mac so I found where to download directly from Adobe (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs4-product-downloads.html). I clicked on on the link to download Illustrator File 1 of 1 for Mac OS X and it initialized a download but after waiting half an hour nothing had actually downloaded (it was still stuck at 0 of ___). I cancelled it and clicked on the link to download Photoshop and it instantly started downloading and I had the program installed in a few hours. Went back to Illustrator and tried again, but the same thing happened (as in, nothing actually downloaded). I don't see what I can possibly be doing wrong and can't find a way to actually contact Adobe, and I would love some help - I really just want to get this set up!

I have gone to the download screen on the iTunes app and under each song it says "download error. Tap to retry". I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

If the songs still do not download, next I recommend downloading the songs when connected to another network. For example, if you are using the cellular network, you could switch to Wi-Fi, or you could try an alternate Wi-Fi network. Yes, the tone is available and checked in iTunes under the Tones library.
Yes, it is also listed under the Tones tab for my iPhone, but it is grayed out.
Yes, tones are selected under "sources" in General Preferences, along with everything else.
SyncTones was NOT selected under the Tones tab for my iPhone. I did so and it synced.

My new Iphone 6 won't download from itunes, whether it is a new purchase, previous purchase or update. Itunes keeps asking for password. Icloud seems to be working, find my phone works, so what do I do? I've signed out and back in to the app store. Restarted my phone. Ugh!!
