ITunes won't open (i need help!!!)

iTunes simply will not open no matter what i do i've uninstalled and reinstalled it 5000 times, i've downloaded ewido anti-malware, i've done msconfig, i've disabled my firewall and all have failed i don't have norton anti-virus or microsoft spyware thing so if anyone can help me with my problem please help!!!!!!

i was having a **** of a time, too. it took me about 4 days to finally get my itunes working (keeping my fingers crossed!). nothing anyone suggested helped... until i rid my computer of the screwy Norton Security System. it was not easy. i had to do it several times before i finally got it to delete. i had to restart my computer a handful of times, too. after all this, i downloaded ewido anti-malware. after a 30 minute cleaning, i had to quarantine and delete 98 sticky stuff. then after that itunes worked. it was time consuming and frustrating but worth it. i have all my music on itunes. oh, one other thing i tried i chose realplayer as my default player and like magic itunes opened! without me wanting it too. so i hope this works for someone. good luck!
