ITunes won't sync anything to my iPod

I tried resetting and restoring it. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling iTunes. I tried upgrading it and it now no longer needs any more updates. But iTunes still brings up an error message when it attempts to sync with my iPod. So far nothing has been synced. I'm really not sure what else to do. Please suggest something! I have no idea what this error even means. But whatever it is, it pretty much makes my iPod useless.

This happens almost immediately after iTunes starts syncing with my iPod

Part of that error is complaining about QuickTime.

See if you can install QT standalone and get your iPod working.

ITUNES WON'T SYNC MUSIC ONTO MY IPOD!!!!!!

k, so a while ago, i was messing around with realplayer, and noticed that i could make it the program to put music on my ipod(i already have itunes) and now, itunes won't put music on my ipod, i press sync and it shows up for a second then says complete, i check my ipod and the new songs aren't on it, and realplayer screwed up so i uninstalled that thinking itunes would then become the main source of putting music on my ipod, so does anyone know how to make itunes the main program for music syncing on my ipod?

So you have 1550 songs in your iTunes library on your dad's computer, but only 130 synced to the device and only 22 (the purchased songs) will actually play on the device? Is that correct?
How is your iPod configured to sync music from your iTunes library on your dad's PC? In other words, what options do you have enabled from under the iPod's Summary and Music configuration tabs in iTunes?

New iTunes won't sync music to my iPod Classic

I plug in my iPod Classic and my laptop reads it just fine, as does iTunes, but the music won't sync. The "syncing" screen comes up on my iPod for about three seconds and disappears.. Any idea how to fix this?

I had the same problem . First delete all of iTunes off of your computer thru your control panel anything with apple beside it ,your files , music is stored in a different area and will not be affected. Before you down load the new iTunes turn off Norton or any protective software you have ,just for as long as it takes to down load the new file. Then reinstall. Worked for me

I got it in the mail a week ago, and updated it to iOS 7 before I started syncing anything. And I updated iTunes to 11. It syncs all of my apps problem free. And it syncs my photos. But the music is not transfering. My iPod touch 4th gen is working just fine. So what do I have to do to my new iPod to make it work?

You may want to try setting up syncing in iTunes again by following the steps in the article below. If music doesn't seem to be syncing, try un-checking and then re-checking the "Sync music" checkbox in iTunes.

Itunes won't sync video's to ipod anymore after changing pc's

I've recently bought a new pc, so I transferred all my ipod contents onto the new pc, however when I plug the ipod in it syncs all my music and photo's but for some reason doesn't appear to sync the video's! I don't get any error message and all the video's are in the correct format and play fine in itunes.
I just don't get it because they were all on my ipod before and now they won't go on.
Can anyone help me out please?

I am having the same problem. I had Season 1, 2, and some of 3 of Desperates Housewives, and music videos, and games all purchased from Itunes, on my Ipod. One day I plugged my Ipod up to Sync my newly downloaded shows, and it erased ALL of my music videos and TV shows and games. I have checked the settings and they are all correct. Can someone please please help me?
(My Itunes didn't work for 3 weeks, I had to reinstall Itunes and Quicktime, maybe this is part of my problem now. All of my music transferred without any problem.

I recently tried switching the computer that my iPod syncs to. At first I got an error that there wasn't enough room on my ipod. I reset my ipod, I restored my ipod, I repaired itunes. Nothing has worked. Yes...the sync music box is checked. I'ved tried both entire library and individual folders. I have 1,485 songs that I'm trying to sync and it has only put 110 on my ipod. These were all on it before and I never had any issues on my other computer.
I'm at a total loss and getting really frustrated! Help please!!!!!!!!

ITunes won't sync but iPod working...?

I downloaded the most recent iTunes and tried to sync my iPod (an 80 gig with video, fyi). iTunes said it needed to restore, that the iPod was corrupt, etc.; I did as it said and waited for the iPod to restart... just to have iTunes say it needed to restore again. After repeating the process a few times I unplugged the iPod and found that it was asking for a language and that it showed the menu options and the games worked, but because it had been restored there was no music on it. Now iTunes won't sync it but the iPod itself is turning on and doesn't show any music (except for, you know, the lack of music.)
It is important to know, I guess, that my iPod hasn't been working perfectly lately; she's been freezing up, won't play some songs, working sluggishly... Last night she was particularly diifficult and after restarting a few times refused to play more than one or two songs (before freezing.)
I can't think of any time I've dropped her from anymore than a few inches off whatever surface, and every time she was in her case so I doubt that had anything to do with it...
Can anyone help? I thought it might just be a problem with the new iTunes so I don't want to send her in for service just yet, but the sooner she's fixed, the better.

It sounds like you could do with going through them - make sure that you have the very latest iTunes software before starting.

The best way to manage your music when you have multiple iPods is to change the settings under "Options" so that you manually manage your music instead of it doing an automatic synch each time you connect. To add only the songs you want, highlight them and then "click and drag" them to your iPod. This way none of your daughter's music gets added and you're not in danger of deleting your playlist as well. It will show you how many songs you've added and you can then click on your iPod to verify. To delete her songs off your iPod now, click on the music tab under your iPod so show everything you have stored. Find those songs you want to delete, click on them to highlight then go up to the Edit window and click delete. This will erase them off your iPod but be careful when you highlight. I did that and then had to reload a cd on my boyfriend's, lol. hope this helps

My ipod nano and itunes won't sync with nikeplus website what do I do?

Please could anyone advise how I can check why my itunes won't sync with nikeplus.com?
I have done several runs and set up a nikeplus account but everytime I try and sync my ipod it won't connect to the website.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
