Itunes wont download on windows HELP

Hi all im new to this so be easy on me please
well i have tried loads of times to install itunes on my windows 7 laptop. i put my email in and then press download, it states that i have downloaded itunes but then its no where to be found, it does not even ask me to run the programme or anything which makes me think it actually has not even been downloaded. Any suggestions as to why this is?. Many thanks in advance

when attempting to download the latest itunes the website immediatly goes to the thank you page but does not start the download. I have disabled the pop-up blocker completely along with all antivirus and malware software and even suspended the firewall but nothing seems to help. The current version of itunes wont open. I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

Itunes wont download my movie HELP!!!!!!! err - 3150

I am trying to download a movie adn ieverytime i try to download it it comes up with a message that says that itunes could not connnect threw network, and yes my computer is on a network andyes it is connected to the internet, becuase if it wasn't i wouldn't be sending this to you know. HELP I need this and i wont let me download it. the error code i keep getting is "err - 3150". HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my itunes wouldnt recognise any ipod/iphone i plugged in, so i deleted the version of itunes i had and tried to download the latest version. this wouldnt work it would get half way through installing and a message pops up saying it cant download. any ideas what i can do?

ITunes wont download using windows 8.1 - your system hasn't been modified

I recently bought a HP pavilion g6 running Windows 8.1. When trying to download itunes i get an error message saying can't download because your system hasn't been modified. My laptop as well as windows is fully up to date. Any suggestions?

I have similar issue only the download is not taking place. From the apple site I hit download 3 different times, the file is not saved anywhere on my Lenovo Idea laptop. I have itunes on this laptop, the latest version it worked fine until I upgraded to win 8.1 last night. What a mistake!
The only error message I get is iTunes not working--stop program, try to search for solution, and wait, etc.
Any suggestions on how to get itunes working or a new download to actually work?

Ok, Below is what worked for me somewhat.
Okay ... try downloading and saving a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe to your PC from the Apple website:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Now download a trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/download.php
Open the iTunesSetup.exe with WinRAR, and try to run the standalone install of Apple Application Support from the AppleApplicationSupport.msi you find in there.
It works now BUT there are still problems. It is not allowing or recognizing my Cd/DVD player and i CANT burn. Looking still for this fix.

Had exact same problem. Rang Apple support and various apple repairers. All of them said in effect, too bad, you'll have to lose everything since your last backup. It's a work phone with very important stuff on it and the latest backup was on a computer that had a virus. Convergence of crap :/
Happened to talk to a friend who said to try replacing the battery. Did that. Problem fixed. All data saved.
To all Apple support people: rather than say 'once it's in recovery mode you lose all data' try saying 'replace your battery and see if that works first'!!!!

I downloaded Quicktime seperately from iTunes and i got that with no problem and it worked just fine but i cant get iTunes at all
and i have follwed the instructions on the website about uninstalling everything but nothing seems to be working

I'd first try experimenting with a different browser. If you've been using IE for the download, try Firefox instead (or vice versa).
If no luck there, there's some other suggestions in the following document. (You're not getting the error message, but your problem here falls into the same general class of download trouble.)

You can watch your movie rental on your computer, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch (with iOS 3.1.3 or later), iPod classic, iPod nano (3rd, 4th, or 5th generation), or on your TV using your Apple TV. You can watch HD movie rentals on your computer, iPhone 4 or later, iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or with Apple TV.
How many times can I view the movie?

ITunes stopped working,C++ library error, removed iTunes, now iTunes wont download

Have been using iTunes for years on laptop with windows vista (32 bit). recently started getting itunes errors such as C++ runtime library error and R6034 error. Itunes stopped working. Read the boards, I deleted itunes and other products from the trouble shooting directions (e.g., bonjour, mobile me etc), and tried to download itunes again. now itunes wont download (I have 20 MB/140MB available memory). stuck at this point - Itunes not on laptop, but cant download new itunes.....

Sorry for the delay. Tried running the fixit program (1 time via internet explorer, 1 time via firefox), the firefox attempt downloaded the fixit program, but when trying to run it I get a pop up window that indicates that the troubleshooter is not available and that the fixit program is invalid or has expired and a new website is given for the new program (same happened with the internet exploere attempt- it directed me to the same window and to the same website)......the website is:

there are several buttons to choose from and reviewed them- I found the uninstall fix that you described in the windows button. I tried to download and run the fix from both internet explorer and firefox, however after downloading, when i run the program I eventually get the same window that says that the troubleshooter is not available......

Snow Leopard = OS X 10.6.x
It is Not available as a download... It is a Paid Upgrade.
Do this first...
Check that your Mac meets the System Requirements for Snow Leopard...

Helpp ITUNES wont download on my computer for some reason whn i download the newest version or any version of itunes to my computer the file shows up as itunes.mpkg and the icon is just a blank paper... any ideas what could be wrong?

So which is it, iTunes will not download or will not install? They are two seperate processes.
No one can offer relevant solutions if the user cannot or will not clarify what the issue truly is.
