ITunes wont load at all, BEX error?

Hiya, Not sure whats happened but my iTunes wont open at all. I am getting this error

I did notice a previous thread and looked in the sysWOW64 folder and there are no Quicktime folders in there so not sure if thats right or not :/

Interesting. I think an iTunes version 10.5.x ought to be able to launch without having a QuickTime.qts on the system. So the problem report might be lying to us in this instance.
