Itunes8 won't download at all!! :(

PLEASEEEEE can someone help me??
My friends got me the new ipod nano for my birthday but I haven't been able to use it because iTunes8 won't download!
firstly it came up with a sign 'Error' (and then a number i can't remember) and now that's stopped and it says something about the 'VBScript' not being installed??
everything I try it just finds something elseee...
am i definately downloading the uk one? i go to apple.com/uk and then download but when the lil installer thing comes up it says '99c per song' (instead of £..) ahhh.

It's hard to be sure as you have not given the exact error message and number.
However the latest iTunes doesn't use Visual basic script, but earlier versions of iTunes did so if you are upgrading from an earlier version of iTunes you may run into trouble with it.
Here is a quick thing to try.
Click on Start, go to Programs -> Accessories, right click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
When the command opens, type the following text:
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
(there is a space between 32 and vbs)
Close the windows and try installing again.

Music won't download on all my devices via iCloud. Help?

Hi, I have an iPad 2 and an iPhone 4 and I depend a lot of iCloud. I would be lost without it. One annoying thing that is happening is that when I purchase music on my iPhone, it won't download automatically on my iPad. And the other way around. If I purchase music on my iPad it doesn't automatically download on my iPhone.
I have checked the setting in Settings>Store>Automatic downloads. On both devices, all 3 (music, apps, books) are all ON.
The feature works with books and apps. If I purchase an app or book on one device, it automatically appears on the other. It's just annoying that music won't download.
The apps and books even download on my PC when I open iTunes. But music never downloads. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Most likely those missing songs were purchased under a different account.

Creative Cloud won't download at all

Hey, so I've been trying to download Creative Cloud so that I can start a free trial of Adobe Premiere, anyway the problem that I'm having is that Creative Cloud will not download at all. I've started running the creative cloud set up several times now and each time the installer fails and I get a message saying that Creative Cloud set up has stopped working. Any ideas how to fix this?

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like the actual crash info.

My i tunes on my i pad2 has frozen. I can get the various displays, ie 'film', music etc, but the page is blank. ony my main computor it tells me to download itunes 11, but it won't download at all-what am I doing wrong, why has my tablet i tunes seized?

You are being asked to Install iTunes 11 on your Computer.
iTunes free download from www.itunes.com/download
You need that if you have iOS 7 on your Device.
What type of Computer do you have and what is its Operating System

Bought movie, won't download at all

I bought a movie using my credit account (from buying an iTunes card). My account was debited but the movie did not download at all. I didn't even get an error message.

Try the iTunes Store Support link. From there I think you can get Apple help on failed downloads.

ITunes 5.0 won't download at all.

I've been trying to download iTunes automatically and it just won't download. I have clicked on the reminder when iTunes first loads and I've tried holding down ctrl as windows sometimes tells you to do this when your browser is blocking downloads. No bar drops down from top of screen or anything. Would quite like 5.0 so please could someone help, I know it probably is stupidity on my part but could someone point out the obvious.

(mutter mutter) okay, Blandine Catastrophe is our guru on this one. maybe doing a search on "Blandine Catastrophe" and working back through his relevant posts might turn up something useful. (i seem to recall that most of Blandine's focussed work on this happened fairly early on in his advice career, so you may have to go back a way.)

I use to automatically have my picture messages downloaded, but lately they won't download at all how can I fix this

When my contacts use to send me picture messages they use to automatically download or if not when I hit download they downloaded,but lately they won't download. How can I fix this? I have a samsung galaxy legend.

Itunes won't download at all onto my laptop, please help!

itunes wont download onto my laptop, ive tried atleast 3 times and it just says error at the end,
this is a print sreen of it...
PLEASE HELP!!

See if running the installation application "as Administrator" helps.
It could be windows securtiy keeping the installation from configuring anything.

Itunes 7.5 won't download at all. I'm losing it.. someone please help!

Help me please I'm going crazy. I have tried at least 5 times to download the new version of itunes because I got a new ipod for Christmas. I have read other posts and tried the support options on this site. Nothing seems to be working. I have a really slow internet connection and I think that may be the problem. Out of my many attempts (each taking at least an hour) the furthest along it got was 20%. That was a miracle, but then it showed up with a "win26" error or something. I deleted my temp files, and have restarted. Is there anything I can do? It just stops downloading after it's only like 4 % done. Can apple send me a disc or anything so I don't have to do it over the internet? I'm so sick of dealing with this. I don't even have music now because I deleted my old itunes.

i'm not very computer savvy, but i dont think that it is your computer speed....i think it is the itunes 7.5....everyone seems to be having problems with it! i tried to upgrade mine and have now lost my entire itunes and am on here trying to figure out what to do! i'm sorry i can't be any help but wanted to let you know that i don't think it's your connection speed that is the problem!

Just had replacement iPhone 4S but my music won't download? All my purchased albums are showing on iTunes Store and my iPad but won't download onto new iphone. I just bought another album on my phone and that won't download either. My phone is on IOS 6.1.3 iPad is on IOS 7.0.4

You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

Photoshop elements 10 file 1 won't download

There are two files for Photoshop Elements 10 download. The second one downloaded immediately, but the first won't download at all.
I have windows 7.

What happens when you try to download, do you get any error message?
Are you trying to downloads from Creative Cloud Desktop application?
What is the Operating system you are using?

Did you actually download the installer from Apple or did you use Software Update. You can download the installer http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Maybe I'm old fashioned but I would consider repairing permissions first using Disk Utility because something caused this to go wrong the first time. And of course make a backup of your whole library first. It shouldn't happen but some have complained about their libraries being wiped out by iTunes updates. Better safe...
