Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Once I did the update it will not charge as quickly as it used to I mean like could be on the charger all day and not reach 100% and my friend has an iPhone 5 and she had the same problem the charger isn't broken and nothing is wrong with with place on the device for the charger she had to end up getting a new charger but I'm not buying a new charger when this was not my fault

This "hard" reset is essentially pulling the power from the phone without giving it a chance to clean up and power down gracefully.
Would you recommend to people to pull the power plug from the wall on a running computer to solve an issue?
The proper way to restart is to hold down the Sleep/Wake switch, then Slide to power off. Push the switch again to power back on.
This gives the phone a chance to shutdown properly by flushing the caches and buffers, closing open files, and terminating running processes correctly. Pulling power with a "hard" reset can corrupt the data on the phone and make things worse. It achieves nothing extra than a proper restart.
The only reason to do what you are advising is when the phone is completely frozen and will not respond to the normal shutdown. -
My iphone turned off after I got off the phone today. It was more than half way charged and it went totally black. I plugged it into my wall charger and my computer, but nothing has showed up. It doesn't register on the computer either, the charge symbol doesn't appear, and there is no apple logo to be found. I have no idea what happened! It was totally fine before. I tried charging another ipod with my usb and wall charger to make sure that they were still working, and they weren't the problem. What happened? Is the phone dead for good? I have a 3G if that changes anything. THANKS!
Press and hold both the on/off button and the home button and release them both when the apple logo appears. That will reboot the phone. try that.

I updated my phone to ios7.0.2, and now I am unable to transfer my photos to my computer via photostream. I've even tried turning off photostream and starting all over again .. nothing has worked ! Help Please !

I just put in a new C drive and now my pictures will not come up in Bridge and CS3.
Most of my pictures are .nef and now they open very tiny, not big at all. What am I doing wrong???

I just recently downloaded the newest iTunes and moved all my purchased and already owned music to another PC. Every since I did that I cannot get my iPad 1 to even be recognized in iTunes. I have Authorized the PC in iTunes, but my iPad still will not allow me to sync. I'm at a loss...PLEASE HELP!!!
1. You need to authorize iTunes on the new computer with your Apple ID.
2. Make sure you turn off auto sync in iTunes
3. Connect your iPad to iTunes via USB and when it is recognized, right click on the device from the Device list on the left of your iTunes page and choose transfer purchases.
4. Once purchases are transfered and you have authorized the iTunes account, you should be able to sync. -

Updated my Iphone 4s to iOS7 and now imessages won't work
After updating my phone my imessages aren't working (one of the many problems caused by the update). I've tried going under settings to turn on the imessages and logged in with my apple ID but it says it says "iMessage Activation: Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again."

However I also have no facetime, and every time I use an app I get a message asking me to review the icloud terms and condition. Would happily do this but all it does is take me to a blank page. Apple support suggested resetting everything via settings, but icloud, facetime and imessaging are"greyed out".

Finally updated to iTunes 11.1.3 and now TV shows will not play?
With the HD videos, it says "This movie can be played only on displays that support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection)." With the SD videos, the audio plays, but the video is just scrambled colours. Is there any way to fix this, or remove this update (without using Time Machine)?
