Ive forgotten my security answer how do i find it out or disable them?

ive been using apple ID on my phone for about a year now, and ive forgotten what i set my security questions/answers to be? now all i want to know is if  there is a way i can reset them or disable them or if i could get an email through informing me of what they are?

The Three Best Alternatives for Security Questions and Rescue Mail
    1. Use Apple's Express Lane.
Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the
bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then
'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Forgotten Apple
ID security questions' and click 'Continue'. Please be patient waiting for the return
phone call. It will come in time depending on how heavily the servers are being hit.
     2.  Call Apple Support in your country: Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support or

  • I have forgotten by security answers, how can I get help without calling ITunes?

I have been trying to log in to my apple Id in order to make a purchase, but i created my security answers over six years ago and the answers I produced no longer apply. Due to this, I am unable to make a purchase although I have Itunes credit in my account. Is there any way of talking to Apple about the problem without calling?
    Thanks

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the security questions.
At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
    Good Luck friends!

    Welcome to the Apple community.
You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go tomanage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

  • HT2589 i have another account that has money in it already  but i had forgotten my security answers so i created a new account with a recovery email but my money is not added into my new account. how can i recover the money and added to my new account

i created a new account because i had forgotten my security answers. now the problem is that the money i had in my other account wasnt transffered to my new account, even thou i put in a retreive  email address into my new acount. how can i tranffer the money into my new account?

You can't transfer a balance from one account to another account, it can only be used on the account that it was originally redeemed onto.
If on your old account you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address on it then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
