If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again.

Hi I just downloaded three games which is COD 4 MW, COD 2 , Assasin's Creed II. I already download the COD 4 MW but the problem is I cant download Assasin's Creed II and COD 2 in my house, I download the COD 4 MW because I go to app store to download and I dont want to go there every time I have to download from app store or the online games. My question is can I get a refund if I dont want to download the games because I got an error?Im using my mothers credit card. I want to know if I get a refund and if she can get the money.

If you have an issue with the App Store then you need to contact them, this is just a user-to-user forum nothing to do with sales at all.

I have installed InDesign and am now trying to download the app InDesign but get an error message "Update failed", "unable to exstract the downloaded files" Error U44M1210.
What can I do to get it right?

You can re download Mountain Lion for free on all your authorized Macs using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select Mountain Lion.
Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.

I have an Apple iphone 4s and for the last 4 weeks I cannot download or update any apps. I have an iPad and a Mac book pro and the apps download on these devices fine. My phone tells me that I have 12 updates but when I press update all or update any individually nothing happens at all. It also does not ask me for my password any more but my iPad and mac book do.
I have signed in and out of the app store and the password is correct. I have tried both kinds of reboot but that did nothing. I have tried to update the apps by connecting phone to Mac book pro...it shows the apps being download on the Mac book and says it will sync them to my phone but it does not. Everything else on my phone works fine.
Any ideas ...Please!

Ive had to reboot my Apple TV before I had the option to enable iTunes Match but it did not see my music library. I tried a second reboot and it still says my music library is empty. Its been several days and I can access my library on a Windows PC, my Mac and my iPad so Im all synced up, my Apple TV apparently just wants to be stubborn.
