Ive put in an incorrect iCloud email address and cannot verify my password any ideas

I got the iPhone 5s and when doing set up I put in an email address that doesn't exist and a password , after set up it tells you to follow email to verify , now I can't get in to my iCloud due to not being able to verify password, and when I am trying to put password in it tells me its incorrect

If you want to use another Apple I.D, you can go to SETTINGS - STORE. Click on the Apple I.D; select Sign out and Sign in with a valid Apple I.D.
If you want to change the password of an existing Apple I.D. you need to sign in to the account first which apparently you can't as the "password" is incorrect. Here is what you can do to change the password.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com
Login with the Apple I.D. and you will see these 2 option.
Select your authentication method.
Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the address(es) on file for you.
Answer security questions: To access your information, you will answer the security question(s) provided when you originally created your Apple ID.
Proceed with the one that's easy for you.

What version of iPhoto do you have installed? Is if one of the versions shown as not compatible in this screenshot?

To change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). This is the answer that I had expected, so in this case you could only change your gmail.com address to another providers email addres e.g. outlook.com, yahoo.com, etc., but you won't be able to change the gmail.com address to a icloud.com email address. Apple just won't let you do that.
Your iCloud account with @icloud.com email address and you Apple ID with gmail.com address are already connected and as I said before, Apple just let you merge this two IDs together.

You can't delete either the account or the email address. If you are getting messages to it you don't want to see, go to http://icloud.com and to the Mail page: click on the cogwheel icon at bottom left and choose 'Rules'. Then set up a Rule to move all messages to your address to the Trash.

To tell me to mark it as spam is just not good enough. I do not want this rubbish cluttering my inbox.

Nobody want to receive spam, but it's a fact of life. Apple is certainly not selling your address on to spammers, and it's possible that the spammer has been guessing at possible addresses and has hit on yours.
A good third-party program for dealing with spam is SpamSieve - after a training period it's very good at identifying spam and shunting it to a Spam folder where you can check it and delete at your leisure. It works with iCloud.

If I forgot my iCloud email address and password, which are different from my Apple ID, is there any way to retrieve it? I've looked everywhere thoughout the discussion boards and cannot find an answer. My phone had reset and is asking me to use only my @iCloud.com ID to restore all of the data and I cannot remember what it is, thus I cannot reactivate my phone. Does anyone know if there is any way to have this email and password sent to a different email? Again this is not my normal Apple ID which I use for iTunes and such, it is my iCloud account. If anyone has any idea how to help me I would greatly appreciate it!!

OK, you need to follow these instructions:
1.     Go to Manage your Apple ID and sign on with your current Apple ID and password. Then EDIT the Apple ID and change it back to the old Apple ID (this is temporary - Do NOT verify it, Do NOT change the password): Apple - My Apple ID
2.     Go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account. Use your current Apple ID password when asked. Follow the prompts to complete the deletion of the iCloud account
3.     Go back to Manage your Apple ID, and EDIT the Apple ID back to the New ID (you may need to verify it)
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your new Apple ID
You should be all set.

Once you have created an iCloud account and chosen an @icloud.com address to go with it you can't change the address (short of creating an entirely new account).
However, all is not lost. You can add up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account. (In fact it's a good idea to give out alias addresses, rather than the main address, because if they attract spam you can easily change them.)
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account or move it to another account.

to remove that account.
go to settings > iTunes & App Stores > click on that apple ID then sign out.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
