IView for Activating Compensation Process Records (IT 759)

Does anyone know the iView for activating compensation process records (IT 759). There are iViews for compensation planning and compensation plan approval in the stndard MSS package but don't see one for activation.

Unfortunately, we do not have an iView for activation. You may need to develop a custom iView to pull in report RHECM_CHANGE_PROC_STATUS. Since that report is intended to run from R/3 and in bulk (read: background), you would want to consider data volume, browser compatibility to display results and last but not the least, security.

TECO status for Prod order for which Post processing record exists

Dear PP Gurus,
We use BAPI_PRODORD_COMPLETE_TECH to TECO production order. Program doesn't TECO orders , if there are Post processing records exsiitng for order giving message "Postprocessing records for order 1000068 prevent technical closing" . I think this is standard BAPI msg.
When same BAPI is run in Foreground mode, it gives "Confirmation Prompt" , 'Order 1000068 : There are still reprocessing records . Set order to Technically Complete" with YES/NO/Cancel option. You can save TECO by selecting YES
Is there a way to achieve this in Background mode.

Call function DIALOG_SET_NO_DIALOG before the BAPI, then system handles the BAPI as in the non-dialog mode and the pop-up does not appear

A handy guide for Activity Monitor processes?

Hello. Is there a handy guide to all (or most/many) of the processes going on in Activity Monitor? I am thinking along the lines of this page:

..but with more processes (e.g., this one does not have "System Events")
I'd like to see what each process does, and, if possible, what the normal cpu and memory usage ranges should be on an idle computer with little to no applications running.

Create compensation process records-----add BADI in the standard program

hi: all.
here, the consultant require me add BADI implementation in the standard program HRECM_CREATE_COMP_PROCESS. follow is the budi implementation which i must add in:
1), add BDAI implementation of BADI HRECM00_ELIGIBILITY, and use the method CHECK_MICRO_ELIGIBILITY which used to check the eligibility of the person,
2),add 3 BDAI implementation of BADI HRECM00_MATRIX_SEGM, and use the method CALCULATE_SEGMENT_VALUE which used to calculate segment value,
3),add BDAI implementation of BADI HRECM00_GUIDELINE, and use the method EVALUATE_GUIDELINE which used to determin the amount adjusted for the person.
but the function consultant not sure what condition is satisfied, then the program will call this method, so he ask me to debbug the standard program to found the logic, but there is not data could used to debug the program ,so is there some guy know the logic of the standard programHRECM_CREATE_COMP_PROCESS ?

BADI are use to enhance the functionality of standard program.
BADI are similar to Uer-Exit with few differences like BADI are object oriented and you can have multiple implementation.
Tcode: SE18-> For BADI Definition.
SE19-> For BADI Implementation.
In SE18, you can find different methods in Interface tab and all the parameters you can use to customize to your req.
In SE19, you can create your implementation and pass all the parameters(as required) and Activate it.

For the issue,
Background process BCTL_DBA2WH3T6167YSRG2JOPWJAHC terminated due to missing confirmation
You should make some adjustments to the Data Store object parameters, then you should be able to activate the request.
Please make the following adjustments in transaction RSODSO_SETTINGS (you can adjust this for each DataStore object):
1) Maximum package size (for activation).
   This you should reduce to 10000. Then the package processing would
   be less time consuming.
2) Maximum wait time for process (for activation)
   This could be increased to e.g. 600

I am using the Order Analysis Toolkit and want to get more information about the compensation for "Reference Signal Processing", which is scarce in the manuals, the website and the examples installed with the toolkit.
In particular, I am analyzing the example "Even Angle Reference Signal Processing (Digital Tacho, DAQmx).vi", whose documentation I am reproducing in the following:
DESCRIPTIONS:
This VI demonstrates how to extract even angle reference signals and remove the slow-roll errors. It uses DAQmx VIs to acquire sound or vibration signals and a digital tachometer signal. This VI includes a two-step process: acquire data at low rotational speed to extract even angle reference; use the even angle reference to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Run the VI.
2. On the DAQ Configurations tab, specify the sample rate, samples per channel, device and channel configurations, and tachometer channel information.
NOTE: You need to use DSA PXI-447x/PXI-446x and PXI TIO device in a PXI chassis to run this example. The DSA device must be in slot 2 of the PXI chassis.
3. Switch to Extract Even Angle Reference tab. Specify the number of samples to acquire and the # of revs in reference which determines the number of samples in even angle reference. Click Start to take a one-shot data acquisition of the vibration and tachometer signals. After the acquisition, you can see the extracted even angle references in Even Angle Reference.
4. Switch to the Remove Slow-roll Errors tab. Click Start to acquire data continuously and view the compensate results. Click Stop in this tab to stop the acquisition.
ORDER ANALYSIS VIs USED IN THIS EXAMPLE:
1. SVL Scale Voltage to EU.vi
2. OAT Digital Tacho Process.vi
3. OAT Get Even Angle Reference.vi
4. OAT Convert to Even Angle Signal.vi
5. OAT Compensate Even Angle Signal.vi
My question is: How is the synchronization produced at the time of the compensation ? How is it possible to eliminate the errors in a synchronized fashion with respect to the surface of the shaft bearing in mind that I am acquired data at a low rotation speed in order to get the "even angle reference" and then I use it to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation. In this application both operations are made in different acquisitions, therefore the reference of the correction signal is lost. Is it simply compensated without synchronizing ?
Our application is based on FPGA and we need to clarity those aspects before implementing the procedure.

Standard MDM iView for Creation of Record

Hi All,
We have requirement to create a record in MDM through Portal.
Are there any standard iViews available in Portal content of MDM, which can create or update a record in MDM repository?
In the Portal content we have found following two SCA
BPMDMAPPLI04_0.SCA
BPMDMTECHN04_0.SCA
We have deployed them on the portal server, we are able to see search and itemdetail iViews for standard repository.
But we are not able to see iViews for creation of record.
In one of the document it has been given that SP 04 extended (imporved) functionality offers Data Entry and Maintenance (CURD operations) can also be performed.
But availability of the iViews not mentioned anywhere.
Anyone has already implemented such kind of functionality or scenario?

I have followed the same PDF also.
But I am not able to find out the SCA's which are mentioned in the above document for GP and CAF.
I tried searching on service market place also.
In portal Contenet of SP 04 i have found only two SCA's
BPMDMAPPLI04_0.SCA
BPMDMTECHN04_0.SCA
I am not able to find following SCA files.
H2G_GuidedProcedures.sda
H2G_SourceCode.zip
Can tell me how do i get those SCA's?

Did you set what OWB guide says:
To execute a process flow with an email activity, you may need to access different host machines and ports. New security measures implemented in Oracle Database 11g Release 1 restrict access to hosts and ports. You must explicitly grant access to hosts and ports that the email activity accesses using the DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN package.
For example, the user OWBSYS needs to send an email through the mail server mail.example.com using port 25. The DBA must perform the following steps:
1. Create an Access Control List (ACL) for the user OWBSYS using the following command:
EXECUTE DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.CREATE_ACL
(’acl_for_owb_cc.xml’,’ACL for Control Center’,’OWBSYS’,’CONNECT’);
The ACL has no access control effect unless it is assigned to network target.
2. Assign the Access Control List (ACL) to a network host, and optionally specify a TCP port range. Use the following command:
EXECUTE DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.ASSIGN_ACL (’acl_for_owb_cc.xml’,’mail.example.com’,25)
3. Commit the changes made using the COMMIT command.

Want to run compensation process for all employee at once.

I have created Compensation Adjustment which use an user exit to read employee appraisal and create the compensation amount.
its working fine by this transaction code HRCMP0001C - Change .
but i want to run for all employees simultaneously, and here on this transaction, its only one employee can be select at a time for compensation adjustment.
any body hv any idea how to run this compensation process for all employees at once?

Did you try to change through FM "HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION"?
If so try calling the FM "HR_INFOTYPE_GETDETAIL" before the modification to get the infotype record details.
Also check whether the infotype record in 759 has Status of Process as '3' - Approved.

There is a technical problem on the database.

I am also getting the same error like i have loaded the data into DSO and tried to activate the init request but it has become red and checked in log found that there are some SID Generation errors so please give me the step by step solution.
