IVR Based Campaign Error

Dear All,
We are using SIP dialer for a IVR based campaign. On the event viewer we are getting the following messages.
Aug 12 09:55:04 192.168.1.1 160402: ccmpg1a: Aug 12 2013 04:55:03.669 +0000: %ICM_BADialer_BlendedAgent-6-1438044: %[comp=BADialer-A][pname=baDialer][iid=prod][mid=1438044][sev=info]: [Skill group (ID=5750) in the IVR_Camp ] has insufficient records [581] in the last one minute on the dialer machine [CCMPG1A]
we are using ICM 8.5(4). I have performed some R&D but there is no information available on the support forum.

Amir

Would be able to restart the dialer ? just a try not sure if this can re-sync the data.

  • Giving Priority to AgentBased Campaigns over IVR Based Campaigns

    Hi,
We are using Cisco ICM 7.5.9 with outbound option. We are running various campaigns. IVR Based and agent based. We want to give more priority to agent based campaigns over ivr based campaigns. We want agent to be in talking state as max as can. please advise how to set that.
    Regards,
    Hammad.

I've not tried these, but I would think these could do it.  1. You could change the query rule penetration for the agent based campaigns to get more records than the IVR based campaign.  2. Give your agent based campaign more IVR ports than the IVR based campaign.

  • Overflow Queue in Outbound Agent-Based Campaigns

    Hi everyone.
I've been given a requirement to have a blended outbound campaign overflow to a queue in predictive or progressive mode.  This would happen if an agent is dialing 4 lines at once, and two callers pick up.  Rather than dropping the second caller, they should be routed to a queue until a blended agent is routed the call.
I've been told that an IVR-based campaign can accomplish this, but I don't have enough ports in CVP to be able to Send to VRU for each one.  Therefore, I'm wondering if there is a way to do this using Agent-Based campaigns and only transfer to the VRU for queuing treatment when necessary.
The closest thing that I have been able to find is within the skill group configuration for a campaign, there is a field that says "Route points for transferring to an IVR" and one of the options is "When no agents are available."  Would plugging in a directory number for a route point work there, or is this field not what it sounds like and totally off-base for what I'm trying to accomplish?
    Thanks!!

You're right on the money there James. Configure a number under the "When no agents are available" section as you mentioned, then configure a CTI route point in CUCM, associate it with the pg user, create the Dialed Number for it in UCCE and then go abouts setting it up as a normal inbound type call flow (remember to translation route) etc.
    Cheers,
    Nathan

  • How to get info from imported file in an outbound campaign IVR-based. UCCX 8.5.

    Hello.
Somebody knows if it is possible to get the information inside my ivr script from the file imported when I create an outbound campaign IVR-based?
I want to store in variable data like first name, last name, account number... And use them in the flow of my IVR script.
    I´m using UCCX 8.5.

did you get this to work ?

  • Uccx 8.5.1 ivr-based outbound compaign

    Hello,
I'm quite new with uccx. &I need some info about uccx 8.5.1 ivr-based outbound compaign.
    1) When trying to create a new outbound ivr-based compaign, at some moment we have to enter the application trigger. That means that there a script whi gonna be used to make calls. what is the STEP ( in the uccx editor ) really used to pass calls ?
    2) How come the script knows what is the number to call even if the administrator didn't yet created the outbound compaign neither imported the contacts ? the contact should be an parameter of the step ( Q1 ) , any details please.
    3) Is it mandatory to have SIP gateway , if there no need to know if the called is an answerin machine or fax ,... JUST we need to know if the call succeded or failed?
    4) the non support of MCS 7816 with uccx outbound ivr-based compaign concerns just the support or there is struct verification even in Lab installs ?
    Thanks in adavance.

    tka,
Did you get a resolution to your questions? We are implementing the same outbound campaigns and would like to know how you have been supported on your project.
We are specifically interested in the setup of the SIP gateway and the requirements therein (Question #3).
    Thanks,
    Dave

  • CCMS monitoring for SAPconnect based on Error Message Numbers

    Hi,
We are trying to use the CCMS monitoring to produce alerts for SAPconnect based specific Error Message Numbers for emails for example, however the monitoring function or data collection method for SAPconnect (BCOMAL_SXDS) does not provide that level of granularity.  Has anybody faced this same problem and can provide a recommendation for this?
    Thanks,
    Javier

    Hello,
You can see the message details in SE91.
In FI, you can control the message number in OBA5. Normally message numbers are issued like this
    AA165
First two digits (alpha) is called application area next digits are called message number.
Sometimes, you may not be able to see the messages in OBA5, in such case you need to go to OBMSG transaction code and include the message number to your application area, then you need to come to back to OBA5 to make it information / warning / switch off / error (as the case may be)

  • Time based chunks error - WORKLOAD ANALYSIS (INTROSCOPE DATA)

    Hi All,
I'm getting time based chunks error for WORKLOAD ANALYSIS (INTROSCOPE DATA) extractor repeatedly. None of the extractor run is successful. I'm using Solution Manager 7.1 SP10.
Any kind advise is most welcome.
    Regards,
    Pragadees

    Hi Pragadees,
the string "... time based chuncks ..." indicates that you have a backlog which is processed by the EFWK currently. Normal process is indeed to improve the resource capacity of SolMan (as Roland suggested) or at the managed system.
Please have a look at the link below for further explanation.

  • Scenario Based Campaign Planing

    HI Gurus,
Can anybopdy tell me what is Scenario Based Campaign Planing? How to configure this?
    Thanks,
    Prasanna.

Hi Satish - Not that we are using it, but from what I learned in the marketing class, scenario based planning actually refers to creating various scenarios and using it to build a particular marketing strategy. Using BI as your source for assumed data points, you will configure scenarios that will depict how a marketing plan will evolve. The inputs to this process are basically your company's marketing objectives, market data - i.e. trends in market and predictions for the FY and your strengths and weaknesses. So Scenario A can show a marketing plan that works when the market is headed north for a particular product segment, while Scenario B can depict possible performance for a marketing plan depending on governmental regulations expected...Likewise...
Using artificially generated data in BI (based on the market statistics/predictions), scenario planning will predicted roadmaps for a marketing strategy. Based on all such scenarios the best suited ones will be selected and subsequent campaign plannings are performed.
All - If there's anything more to this or something that I wrongly understood than please correct.
    Thanks

  • Outboud dialing modes for agent-based campaign

    Dears,
i have configured agent-based campaign ,by setting the variables of dialing modes as DIRECT PREVIEW and it's working fine, but when i changed the mode on the set Node as Progressive or Predictive , the campaign didn't work .so how can i configure properly the agent-basde campain in Progressive or Pridictive mode, are there any settings rather than typing the modes Name  in Administrative script SET Node??
    thanks

You are not looking for workarounds, you are looking for help in getting your configuration correct - because when it is correct, it will work.
So what is WRONG with your configuration?
When you run the import and the customers are now in the CampaignManager, is everything OK. Run dumprt out of procmon against the CampaignManager to see that it is as you think it should be.
See 7.0 Dialer User Guide Appendix A-14.
Now pay attention to what you see in the Dialer heartbeat. This occurs every 5 seconds. Change the window properties to have a small font 6x8 and make the layout wide enough so you can see the full extent of the dialer heartbeat without wrapping. I have no idea why Cisco don't configure these command windows correctly, but they don't and it's up to you to get them correct so you can use it. Once adjusted, make sure you click the radio button that saves for all windows with this title - so it will be set up to your liking on restart.
Now look at the Dialer heartbeat. What do all those columns mean?
They are the same as what you see in procom dumpalloc when connected to the Dialer. See page A-15 example A-5.
Look for Enabled = Y, Look for Av-Dlr - agents available to the Dialer for a reservation call. Check out how these things change as you login and out a suitable agent and make them ready not ready.

    Geoff

  • Unable to Print From from Web-Based Sites, Error Occurred in script.

When I try to print, I keep getting an error from a script running too long when I try to print anything web-based. I can print documents on my computer wirelessly, but not web-based (i.e.., financial statements). What is causing these errors from web sites? It is frustrating continually getting an error message. I have an HP 65000A Plus wireless CN557A#B1H, all in one printer and using Windows Vista Home edition operating system.
    When I hit print, an error message comes up saying;
"An error has occurred in the script on this page"
    Line:2053
Error: Invalid procedure call or argument
At the bottom, it asks " do you want to continue running scripts on this page?".
Any help would be appreciated. As mentioned, it is very frustrating.

I have the same exact problem as SandyStill. It tries to print, ejects plain paper and nothing pending in the printer. I am running a Dell XP Pro, Adobe Reader 8.1.2, RAM-1G, and an HPDJ 6940 printer. Tried tech support with HP to no avail because everything else prints fine.
I've even tried some of the suggestions of another thread using the Microsoft Utility to remove Adobe and then download it again with no success.
    Does anyone have a solution?

  • Can you report a fault based on errors ?

I seem to have a lot of errors on my broadband line and I was expecting a speed increase when I 'upgraded' to the up nto 20Mbps service but the sync speed has actually dropped slightly.  I have used the test socket etc and checked out all internal wiring. The line seems to be noise free having done a quiet line test. It seems very intermittent - the errors come in bursts so I guess I could have missed 'noise'.
The question is can I report a fault based on the errors shown on the router and perhaps more importantly will BT do anything about it?
    Any advice /comments welcome

Thanks Imjolly - The results did not change when I connected to the test socket but that was only for a few minutes. How long should I be connected to the test socket? Does it really matter now as I now have a ADSL faceplate connected so i am effectively connected directly am I not.? If you think its worth connecting direct to the test socket for a longer period then I will try that.
With the adsl faceplate there is no real point in connecting to the test socket
From what you say it would appear that I could not report a fault as such with the error rate I am getting.
    No
Here's another question then - Should I expect an increase in download speed when upgrading from up to 8mbps to up to 20 mbps?? it seems odd to me that I have actually dropped my sync speed .
Your noise margin may still drop to round about 6 which I would hope will increase your down sync.  There are quite a few posts on the forum of people upgrading to 21CN and not getting any increase or in some cases a decrease in down speed
    Thanks again

I didn't really (production wise)work yet with VPD. I know a lot is based on DBMS_RLS and I guess (IF it is VPD related) it should be to hard to find in the doc's how you could check what is beyond your privileges. As a DBA I noticed that even the dba account SYSTEM isn't always allow to export the full content for the tables anymore.
There is a privilege that grants you all access that you need, despite the fact that you are not allowed to read certain rows from a table. Look it up.
In all, as I said, it looks like account is not allowed to see all data from a table. In that respect it sounds logical that you also are, in that case, not allowed to build a function based index on that data

  • Webstart version-based download error

    Hi guys,
Are there known bugs in Sun's JnlpDownServlet? After installing the JNLP developer pack and configuring the directories in how Sun suggested in http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/docs/downloadservletguide.html (but using exploded directory structure instead of a WAR file since I am still in development), I keep getting "Missing version field in response from server when accessing resource: (http://localhost:8080/myApp/foo.jar, 1.1)" for <jar href="foo.jar" version="1.1"/> in foo.jnlp,
but if I don't use version-based as in <jar href="foo.jar" /> the application is downloaded launched properly.
What am I missing? Please help..

    JayP,
I've had this error before when there was a mistake in my JNLP on how I specified the jar name and the version.
Why don't you post your JNLP so we can take a look.
