IW21 Classification screen structurre for extended view for a notification type

Hi Guru's,
In Spro I added a screen structurre for extended view for a notification type
I have well the subscreen now but the labels are missing and the button classification doesn't work.
I guess that I should implement an user-exit or a badi.
Any idea please ?

Notification -- Functions - Sales order - CreateSelection of Order Type.
But I get following message:
'Sales order creation is not possible for this notification type'
The message says: No sales order type is assigned to the notification type.
But I did not find any such configuration where I can assign notification type to Sales Order document type.

Reg classification in freground for 531 mvmt type

Dear all,
Here for by-products we are giving - ve sign in BOM and we are giving backflush for the material in process order and because of it in the confirmation screen in COR6N in the goods movement tab we can see the by product with 531 movement and here we want to enter certain details in classification screen
Please give the steps to do it

Dear,
In standard there is no pop-window which will allow you to classify batches when performing an automatic goods receipt during confirmation of either a production or process order
If you want that your batch is classified in the background you can set in the transaction OMCV (classify batches within goods movement overview) that the classification is to happen in the background. You can then utilize the user exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_004 to valuate the characteristics .
Else you need to go for MB31.Turn off automatic goods receipt and classify your batch through the pop-up that is presented during MM goods receipt.

Screen no. for HERS Material type

Hi Friends,
I am trying to write a mass uploading program for HERS material type.
When I go to Purchasing view of HERS material type "Manufacturing details" subscreen is showing below (like Internal Material no. & Mfr Part no). i.e. it is showing the sequence as General data - Purchasing values - Manufacturing detailssub screens. Actually I want the sequence as Manufacturing details- Genaral data - Purchasing values.
When I check in OM3TE 12 is assigned to HERS material type. When I checked in OM3TB for screen sequence of 12 --- in Purchasing view I could see screen no. as 3002. The sub screen sequence is also correct.
But when I go to trnasaction MM02 --purchasing view the screen no. is 4000. (it is the screen no. to come for standard 12 screen sequence.
Am doing corectly ?
I want to get screen as 3002 in Purchasing view of HERS material type and sequence should be Manufacturing details- Genaral data - Purchasing values.

Goto OMT3B and change the Screen no of Subscreen ( Last Column ) to :
2312 -- 3rd Row
2311 -- 4th Row
2302 -- 5th Row
At first note all the numbers in last column and then change it.
Leave the others without any changes.

No Order number in QMEL table for Q3 notification type

Hi All,
I am new to QM part, and trying to understand concepts here.
a notifcation got created for a internal problem encountered in Production process. Notifcation type Q3, Order number, Operation Number and othere required data was maintained.
But when I look into QMEL table AUFNR field is blank. Is this a standard behaviour ?
Actually this information is required in Custom report-->The link between Notifcation number and Order number. Is there a different way of fetcheing this information.

In QMEL; AUFNR is Maintenance Order number, Usually used in PM notifications.
You can use QMEL- FERTAUFNR : Prod. Order field to get link between Notification and Order.
(CO_AUFNR = QM Order.)

Screen Sequence for Mov Type 301

Dear All,
I am doing two step transfer from one plant to another plant belonging to two diff company codes. When I use 301 movement type, the item detail data is coming at the top and the header data is showing at the bottom of the screen.
Please suggest where can I change this screen sequence for this movement type.

I am sorry, Its a typing error. I am talking about 303 itself. When i try to post material document with 303, the item detail is showing at the iter overview's place and vice versa. Could you please suggest where can I change settings so as to get the correct screen sequence?

I am trying to make some changes in the screen template for the notification screen for F2 notification type.
On creating a new Notification by copying from the std. F2 type, When I try to see the details in the Item tab at the header for the Overview Sub-Tab, I am fing Greyed code group option which is not similar to the standard F2 notification.
Please advice how to go for this.

Hello Vivek,
first of all I agree with my precessor that the standard settings for the notification are not copied when you create a notification type from an existent notification type.
In this case you have to go through all customizing steps in QCC2
Once this has been done you can then change the appearence of your notification.
If you want to add your own additional subscreens you should look at the exit QQMA0001 or QQMA0008.

Screen variants for particular orders

Hi,
I have a querry.
My client wants to make the material and quantity fields uneditable in CO01 and CO02 T-codes. For this we have created a screen variant. But the practical problem is we are having Rewqoek Order types also. For this Rework Orders the material and quantity fields should be editable.
So is it possible to tackle this problem by screen variants?
Is it possible to call screen variant only for a set of order types?

You can create a different screen variant for Rework Order type & then use to solve this issue.

Addition of extra subscreen for the notification

Hi All,
I have requirement in which I need to add an extra sub screen in the notification creation tab for certain notification types. There are 5 subscreens being displayed for the Notification header tab.
When I checked in SPRO for the screen settings for Notification creation the limit for subscreens is 5. As per my requirement I need to add one more subscreen to this.
Let me know how can I do this.
SPRO path used is - SPRO --> IMG --> Plant Maintainance and customer service --> Maintenance and service processing -> Maintainance and Service notifications --> Notification creation --> notification types --> Set screens for notification type.
Here give any notification. click on the notification 1 tab - 10\TAB01. In the screen area you can see there is space for 5 screens only. I need to add one more in this. let me know how can i do that.

Seems that we cannot include more than 5 sub screens in the iw22 notification data screen. Using the Custome data tab provided to enhance further.

Digital Signature for QM Notification

Hi GURUS,
We have ECC 6.0 EHP 4 and want to implement Digital Signature functionality for Quality Notification (Type Q3). When I try to maintain Signature level under "Specify Digital Signature" node in SPRO, system is not allowing me to maintain level (neither header nor task level). It gives a message "Message no. Q0339 -Business operation is not allowed to be initial" Even if I ignore this message and save my entry, when I go back and check entry, entry is not maintained there...........i.e. entry is not saved.
As I am not able to maintain above entry I donu2019t know how to proceed.
Any input from all you SAP GURU will be great help indeed.

Hi,
The "Tab Page Allocation" setting determines how many sub-screens can be added to the tab. It is therefore not possible to change this field for some tabs which are designed to be single screen only. Example - 10\TAB10 (items), 10\TAB11 (tasks).
Should be changeable on tabs that allow multiple subscreens. Exampel - 10\TAB02 (Additional data).

HP LP2065- Need to connect 2 together for extended view

Hi,
I'd like to connect 2 HP LP2065 monitors together for extended viewing. ( Dragging files from one screen to another, not mirroring ). Can this be done without a Dual Monitor KVM switch? Thanks for any feedback or help in advance.

I currently run 1 HP LP2065 monitor with 2-3 laptops using a 4 port single monitor KVM switch. This set up works fine for one monitor. Online forums suggest getting a Dual Monitor KVM switch to run 2 monitors. But those switches cost $225 plus. And I can score another used HP LP2065 for less than $75

My first thought would be to add the Radeon 2600, it does work in 2007 models running Leopard. And the cost is acceptable.
As long as the X1900 is fine, no need to swap out for the newer 3870 just yet.

Yes, you probably have the tripple-click Home button option off.
Just visit the Accessibility pane under General settings (as described by King_Penguin above) and choose to assign what you need for your tripple click command, in this case toggling the black & white option.
You can also tell it to 'ask' you what you want from that command each time.

Batch Classification Screen for Goods Movements

SAP Gurus,
Very recently (24. April), we experience the following issue: (PP-PI Process Order)
At the moment of process order confirmation, for any new batch assigned in the good movement overview, there's no pop-up of batch classification screen which allow our user to entry the classification data. And this functionality works fine in the past.
Do you have an idea that how it happens? We checked the configuration OMCV and master data as well, the settings are all fine to me.

I think you talk about the 101 movement, don't you? In this case this is not possible at all, check SAP note 85310
Because goods movements can be decoupled from confirmations and
processed in background, it was decided that this functionality would
not be implemented; therefore this is Standard R/3.
Solution
As a work around for this you have the following options:
1. Classify your batch manually through Batch Master Maintenance.
2. Turn off automatic goods receipt and classify your batch through the
    pop-up that is presented during MM goods receipt.
3. Do not create your batch during Order Processing. Instead have the
    system create it during confirmation and at this time you will be
    able to classify your new batch from the Goods Movement screen
    COMPONENT>BATCH MANAGEMENT>CREATE BATCH.
Note :
If you want that your batch is classified in the background you can set
in the transaction OMCV (classify batches within goods movement
overview) that the classification is to happen in the background. You
can then utilise the user exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_004 to valuate the
characteristics if it is valid for
your release.

Tax classification screen for item level not appearing in sale order under Billing Doc tab

while creating sale order Tax classification screen is not appearing for item level under Billing document tab.
Tax classification for customer and Material has already maintained. Tax classification screen is not appearing for USER but same time from our USER ID we can able to see that screen.
please help in above issue. is this related to Authorization issue or other thing need to check.

Hi,
As per standard in Sales Order Document you will be able to see the Tax Classification fields in Billing Tab at Header level (for Customer Tax Classification) and at Item level for (Material tax Classification). The values from Customer M<aster is not populated at Header level as per standard but you can populate the value by using the Exit. Material tax classification populated from material master as you can see that at item level.
If for one User you are able to see and for other you are not able to see, kindly check first whether both are using same customer and material, and if yes, then check the User Exit.
