Iweb 2.x slideshow not appearing on host

After publishing me website, my pages with slideshows work perfectly on my local machine. after uploading to my site host, my slideshow pages load all elements correctly, except for the actual photos and slideshow buttons. this part of the page appears blank. when i view the source for the page, all the source appears correct. does my host provider need to update something on their end to make the slideshow page load properly?

Thanks for that.... I just assumed it was the case as I am getting trouble with blogs and podcasts built in iweb and supported externally. The strangest thing is that on a .mac account it works. On the external I have the subscribe option working, but itunes gets an error. Having checked the url, the folder structure is correct.

Crystal Report Viewer is not appearing after hosting on server

Dear Friends
I developed a web application in Visual Studio 2010, and my Database is SQL Server 2008 R2.
I created reports using Crystal Report 13 in Visual Studio and my Operating System is Windows 7 32-Bit.
All reports are running fine at my machine.
When I copied published folder into "wwwroot" folder and hosted, all reports are working Good.
Here i have my web application in "Default Web Sites" in IIS.
Then After I added a new website in IIS with a port No. and created a virtual folder and hosted my web application.
The application is running fine, But the problem is Reports are not appearing on Web Page.
I have created an toolbar to export the report. And when I am exporting the report to PDF, It is working well and reports are exported successfully.
I didn't understand why this is happening?
Is this a problem of port no. ?
or
Is this a problem of IIS?
or
Is this a problem of Browser?
or
Is this a problem with CrystalReportViewer?
or
something else?
In fact I have the folder for "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\system_web\4_0_30319\crystalreportviewers13". for crystal reports.

In iWeb, blog entries are not appearing

in iWeb, am entering blog entries which are appearing in the blog archive but showing up as an entry for people to see. Any suggestions?

Do you mean 'appearing in the blog archive but not showing up as an entry for people to see' ?
By default iWeb limits the number of entries in a blog feed to 5; it then moves older episodes to the archive page (and out of the feed) as new entries are made. You can increase this number to 50 in the RSS section of the Inspector.
New entries should not be appearing in the Archive, though if you were giving them older dates then they presumably would.
Posting the URL of your blog might aid in finding a solution.

Images in flash slideshow not appearing

Other people have recently asked this question, and I've
tried some of the solutions offered to no avail. It will play in DW
and locally, but when uploaded, no images.
I have photos.xml, photogallery.html, photogallery.swf,
AC_RunActiveContent.js, and photo image folder uploaded under the
main folder on server.
I feel like "photos" folder is not uploaded correctly,
because when I try to access the images by typing in thier address,
I get a HTTP 404. Could someone take a looky? site is

I am trying to add text to a slideshow like in that link.
However, the text won't show up, even after I follow the directions. I've been at this for an hour and the same result has occurred time and time again: THE TEXT WON'T SHOW UP.

click each keyframe that contains a problematic textfield, click the on-stage textfield and in the properties panel there will be an embed option you need to use.

Target computer not appearing on host computer during Firewire Target Disk Mode

My 2009 iMac recently started getting stuck on the white Apple loading screen and disk utility said it has an error that it can't repair. I asked a question on here about this and was told I can back up my iMac files on my Macbook Pro using a Firewire cable.
I bought a 9-pin to 9-pin Firewire cable and have been trying to use Target Disk Mode to connect my two computers but my iMac is not showing up on my Macbook Pro anywhere (desktop, finder).
Here is how I have been told to do this: 1. Connect the two computers with the FW cable. 2. Boot the iMac and hold down T to boot into TDM. 3. Boot up the Macbook Pro and I should see the iMac HD on my Macbook Pro
I have also tried connecting the FW cable after I boot the iMac into TDM (I read somewhere that this works also) and my iMac HD still doesn't show up on my Macbook Pro.
Am I doing something wrong? Please help me with this!

Full qualified host name not appearing in url within WSDL generated from PI

We are on PI711 ( AIX OS ) and are stuck with an issue of the fully qualifed hostname not appearing within WSDL file generated in PI71 for a webservice it exposes using the Integration builder
We changed the host name in exchange profile ( all locations ) from hostname to hostname.companyname.intra and also in the ABAP stack as recommended in all OSS notes.
We use the Integration Directory --> Sender Agreement --> Display WSDL option to generate the WSDL.
Its to be noted that all locations ( including url for WSDL ) have the fully qualified hostname except the url within the WSDL.
Dioes anyone come across this issue/ know which parameters to be updated on the PI server to make the url within the WSDL for the PI webservice to have the fully qualified host name ?

As Mentioned by Baskar donu2019t use proposed URL .. while creating WSDL in Id.. but instead provide URL in following format and use it in that place and create WSDL.. details about URL format..
the URL format is fix. and it is simple.
http://host:HTTPPort/XISOAPAdapter/MessagingServlet?channel=party:sendersystem:CC_sender
in above URL provide your sender service component name instead of sender system.
and provide SOAP sender communication channel name in place of CC_sender
provide your PI system host and http name in place of host and https and use this..

Web-object interaction/widget does not appear in published slideshow

I added the web-object interaction/widget using my notes from the instructions in the relevant Lynda.com video (as the Captivate 7 User Guide makes no mention of the web page widget, web-object widget, web object widget, web-object interaction, web-page interaction, web page interaction, or webpage interaction).
The web-object interaction, or web-object widget (or whatever you choose to call the thingie that should provide the user of the published project slideshow with direct interaction with a web page from within one of the slides), it sometimes works in preview; may have worked once when published; but otherwise does not appear on the slide.
On its not appearing in either the published HTML document or the SWF file:
--I had a Continue button on the slide, and tried removing that.
This did not help.
--Because the web-object interaction/widget automatically sets the slide's action on entrance to "Pause," I tried setting it to "No action" (thinking that the slide, being pause on entrance, might never get to the web-object widget/interaction).
This did not help.
--I thought that perhaps navigating in the slide show with various "Jump to slide" settings, I would watch it without navigation.
This did not help.
Any help will be appreciated.

In the published folder, I noticed a SWF called stagewebview. I guess this file has got something to do with Web Object interaction. When we link to published HTML file, this SWF is getting called automatically. But in your case since you are linking to published SWF file, the web object interaction SWF is not getting called. So, is it not possible for you to link it to HTM file?

FTP publishing on iWeb to replace existing site - files not appearing.

On iWeb, I used FTP publishing to replace my existing site files, then deleted the original files but not only has the new site files not appeared in my public html folder but I get the message:The requested URL /www.geofflevitus.com was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Founderror was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That's an indication that the index.html file that is created alongside the site folder by iWeb is missing.
Try publishing your site to a folder on your hard driive and use a 3rd part ftp client like the free Cyberduck to upload the site folder and the index.html file.
Cyberduck or Transmit will let you view your server folder in a Finder like window where you can see which files are missing.

Agent not installing correctly and host not appearing in console

I encounter troubles with agents on some servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 5).
*1)* The install script doesn't run correctly. It hangs after some times

If I install the rpm manually, the packages is successfully installed. I then just copy the .uce.rc file at the correct location.
*2)* On those servers when the agent it running, it fails to connect to the SDS with this error in the error.log :
29739:2007-11-21_17:01:13 ERROR [ default_logger: source_unavailable: #0 ] 17236224 Failed to initialize application. Check that you entered passwords and keys correctly.
Any idea of what could be done ?

Still don't know why the agent installer doesn't work correctly, but I found the reason of the host not appearing in console :
The uce.public file had to be installed in /opt/local:uce/agent/bin

Yes, I am signed in to iTunes match on the macbook pro, iPhone , & iPad (all updated & correct music libraries) where I bought all the tunes but still no updated tunes on the iPhoto music library after 3 days of being on iTunes match.

Favicon does not appear when accessing a site via an alias but does if you use the actual host location?

We have created a new website and are hosting the website on the Shaw server. The address is generically www.members.shaw.ca/member/directory.
We created a website address for our association by registering our domain address - something like www.associationXYZ.ca
The domain registration folks have redirected our domain address to the hosting location address.
The favicon can be seen under Tools->Page Info->Media but does not appear beside the bookmark entry?

The redirect address is www.northsaanichresidentsassociation.ca
From other info on this subject the problem may be related to the type of redirection and/or missing script to handle the redirection.

VMs on Hyper -V Host Cluster not appearing in Private Cloud in VMM

We are running our production VMs (around 70 VMs) on a failover cluster (let’s say ProductionCluster) of Hyper-V hosts. I created a host group of ProductionCluster in VMM 2012 R2 (with Update Rollup
4 installed), added all the Hyper-V hosts to this host group.
Then I configured a Private Cloud using ProductionCluster, the job successfully completed. I verified it that my cloud was appearing in the VMs and Services workspace
à Clouds, my cloud is appearing there. I also verified that the private cloud library was
created, from Library à Cloud Libraries.
However, any of our production VMs is not appearing in VMs pane. I want to assign user roles and services to the private cloud.
I can see all the VMs when I go to VMs ribbon of host group, but not in private cloud pane.
Please help and guide me.

I am just getting started w/ iWeb anad have 2 questions:
1. I have iPhoto 6.0.6. My iPhoto library does not appear in the iWeb media browser. How do I fix this?
2. Why can't I highlight a movie from my iPhoto library and publish it to iWeb? How do I get a movie from iPhoto to iWeb?

Where are your images sourced from? Are they all coming from the same camera for example? It could be that there is actually a white border on your images.
Try opening a few images up in an image editor and checking if there is a trim around the edge.

Host not appearing in OMS console

Hey folks.
I have 12.1.0.2 of the OMS installed. I pushed/installed the agent on a Linux host from the OMS. Everything was working just fine. It the host on which the agent was installed showed up in my OMS console and all the databases and other targets showed up just fine. I was going to de-install the 11g Agent from some other hosts and then do the same 12c agent install on those hosts. Unfortunately, I was in the wrong window when I ran the deinstall agent command and deinstalled the 12c agent which I had just installed.
So I figured that I would re-install the agent again from the OMS to that first host. Before doing this, I removed all of the original targets and then the host from the OMS console for that particular machine. I re-ran the agent install and it installed fine. I could not find any way to actually delete the agent from the OMS though.
I re-ran the 12c agent install on the first host which went just fine BUT, now OMS blocks the agent that was re-installed. So I went into the OMS and resynchronized the agent. This unblocked the agent but now there are no discoveries happening. The Agent shows up and running but it does not report the host on which it is running to the OMS nor does it show any of the targets.
Anyone have any idea what my next step should be?
