Iweb and frames,want to create a link to open outside the frame set

Iweb is using Frames and I need to create a link that opens outside the frame set. Can this be done?
IMAC Mac OS X (10.3.9)

iWeb does not use frames. Can you explain a little further?

I have a seeded page.. and i want to create a Link on the page which will redirect to new custom page...
When user clicks on the link, the values of some LOVs should be forwarded on the custom page......
I created a link through personalization... But I have doubt about how to attach the values of LOVs through url....
Is it possible to do the same???

Yes the LOVs are created through personalization....
Since i dint want to touch the code... so i created everything through personalization.....
The only problem now is to get the values of these LOVs in URL....
Is there no other method other then extension to do this???

I want to create a link (or a button) from a cell in one sheet in a spreadsheet to another cell in a second sheet in the same spreadsheet. Some people call it a Hyperlink in Excel. So what happens when you click on the cell in the 1st sheet it takes you to the specified cell in the second sheet. Does anyone know how to do this? Or is there a way to do this.
I am using Numbers V3.2
And my operating system is osx 10.9.3

Numbers can only (at this time) link to URL (on the internet) or a file on your computer NOT an anchor in the document. There are not buttons in Number on Mac OS X.
You can post feedback to Apple using the menu item "Numbers > Provide Numbers Feedback"
SGIII posted an Applescript to jump between sheets so maybe a quick search for that would help you script this behavior by jump to specific text (anchors):

Move the domain.sites file from one computer to the other.
The file is located under User/Library/Application Support/iWeb/domain.sites. Move this file to the same location on the other computer and double click and iWeb will open it. Remember, it is your User Library that you want and not your System Library, as you will not find iWeb there.
Just create a new site on the same domain file and it will appear below the other site. If you want them side by side then duplicate your domain file and have one site per a domain file and they can then be side by side.

Creating two links to open external forms...

I understand how to establish the option to open a spreadsheet. I also understand how to create a link to open a pdf file on our server. What I need help with is creating 2 separate links at the bottom of my report to open one or the other. The only other solution I've come up with is to create a "dummy" report in a new region, underneath my main report and all that region has is the name of the pdf and the user can click on that. It works, but not clean looking. I would prefer to have the 2 links, one underneath the other or side by side. I found a forum discussion that mentioned modifying the report template along with creating a new application item. I tried that. The app item doesn't ask me for the drive on our server. When I modify the report template, I get no results. It's obvious I am doing something incorrect. please help me.

option to remove a connection. Just select the connection you no
longer need and click Remove.

What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

You can also check if the issue occurs in
Clean Boot. If the issue disappears in the Clean Boot environment, you can continue to narrow down which entry is causing the issue.
Besides, uninstall it and re-download
a fresh copy of FireFox to check the result. If the issue still exists, create a new user account to see if it occurs.
If the issue persists, you can contact Mozilla Support directly and use Internet Explorer (IE) during the time.

Choose one or more Projects, and then use Export as New Library (from File). The resulting export will be a fully functioning Aperture Library to either transfer and open on the Macbook Pro, or to Import into a library you already have on the MBP.
