iWeb is not in libraries>application support any more. How can I find my website and move it to a different computer?
In Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
Then you will be able to navigate to the Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder and get the domain.sites file for copying to the other Mac.

You can try installing 7-Zip (free), then right-click on the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe file to unpack its contents, and install AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. It may still not install successfully, but if it doesn't you may get a more useful error message regarding the reason why.

I tried upgrading to leopard, even bought the software and brought it home but it wouldn't let me. So i went back to apple, gave them the specifications of the machine and been told my machine is simply too old for leopard. This is incredible to me because it really isn't THAT old (i think just a little over 6 years maybe) and yet i'm left out on the curb when it comes to using newer apple products. I understand technology moves on but the mindset that i am supposed to dump a perfectly working machine after a couple of years or face not being able to use any other apple product is counter to what thought apple was about. -

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your purchased album.
First, I recommend trying to download the album from you list of past purchases. Use the steps in the section titled "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC > iTunes Store" in the following article:

If you have tried those steps and still do not see the album, it may be that the album is hidden. Follow the steps below in iTunes on your computer to check if it is hidden and unhide it:
To unhide your purchases
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in.
Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
On your Account Information summary, scroll down to the "iTunes in the Cloud" section and click Manage.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
Note: If the item you are unhiding is not already downloaded on your computer locally, it will begin downloading automatically.

i had my ipad stolen. I set it to remote wipe when next switched on. It came on yesterday and was wiped, but it did not tell me its last location. How can I find this out.
I beive that its too late now if the iPad has been wiped. The means of communicating with the device has been reset so there's no talking to it now.

My project file in not where I thought it was. How can I find it?
I have been searching through my old Premier Pro 5.5 projects and archiving several to a different drive to make room on my projects drive. I closed down Premier Pro and then re opened later to continue editing a current job, but my project was missing from the opening Premier pro splash window of recent projects. Only the old ones that I had been looking through to archive. No problem I thought and navigated to the folder where I thought it was but it's not there and I have not being able to find it by searching find file, would it be in a default PP folder somewhere? That’s what I thought as well, but when I checked it was not there, so I decided to go through every project folder in my hard drive and check the contents and sure enough I found it in another project folder. I was in a bit of a panic as the commercial I was working on is on air on Monday. Do you know if I move it back into its proper project folder will Premier Pro be able to find it, or should I just leave it where it is and not worry about it.

When transferring iTunes from old computer to new computer, all my songs were copied over, but not all of them were stored in iTunes. It appears they are on the computer somewhere, but not on iTunes. Where are these other songs likely to be, and how can I get them onto iTunes? Because of this problem, Apple will not allow me to update my iPhone.
You may/must have had music files stored outside of your iTunes library.
I'd recommend going to the Finder and then via the search box look for files with mp3 aif m4a aac etc. depending on the music format your digital music had. With the list of files shown you should be able to learn which files were stored outside of your music > itunes folder
Chances are they could be burried somewhere under your documents, downloads, desktop, ... we all have different storage and organization habits.
Then when you find the missing files, on the new computer you can do add to library and go to the folder on the other computer where the missing files are - if your systems are networked - or sneak them over using a USB thumb drive or portable hard drive if you have lots of files, or if you like to have an extra backup of that music, copy to optical disc. -

Everywhere I look it says I should have a folder for Firefox in library/applicationsupport/ BUT I don't have one! I'm looking to restore passwords from a time machine back up but there's no Firefox folder so I don't where to look. I even did a fresh install of Firefox on my mac and even then it never created a Firefox folder in library/applicationsupport/... they must be store somewhere in my back up...!?

You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset, before you can then do the above for potential future use.
