Obviously it is a patch for the iPad.
My guess is that a new iWork is not yet ready but they have fixed this bit so we can at least make some ePubs before all the other software just dominates the publishing process.
It is an obvious deficiency.

No one would be paying for the file itself that's part of the membership. I don't want to get into any copyright problems. I understand that they are royalty free and you can include them in your music no problem but the individual loops would be in the audio folder if I saved all the assets to the project file.
Also, would it be ok to include screen shots I take myself of apple programs in my downloadable content?
Just trying to figure out exactly how I should go about it to avoid any legal issues.

My gut reaction is that you may well run into © issues if you re-distribute the original AppleLoops.If your customers are paying for the training, they are also paying for the content you provide, so I feel that you would be re-selling the loops.
Given that anyone who has a copy of Logic would likely have installed all the loop content, there should be no need to distribute them with the project files. Alternatively, make your own loops.

I purchased an audio CD that I then imported into iTunes - I can find (and play) the new music from iTunes - however when I try and load it on my phone I can not see the new album as one that I can select in the music listings available for download.

It seems that recent additions to my iTunes library are not available for download to my (or my son's) iphone - other albums by the same artist are available.
Any help is appreciated...

Audiobooks (and ringtones) are currently a one-time only download from the store. If you don't have it on a backup of your downloads then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Adobe Flash player, when will be available for downloading, really frustrated

Adobe flash player, when will be available for mac, iPhone, iPad. I am really frustrated. My friends are posting each other comic moments with kids or holiday events and I am always left out because I have iPhone. Also, I am unable to watch live tv on iPad when my husband watching football as unable to view without flash player.
It seams like apple is a bit behind with some part of technology, when will be available for download

It has never not been available for Mac.
It will very likely never be available for iphone/ipad/ipod.
Do a forum search. This is dicsussed over and over and over and over and over and over and over again on these forums.
Adobe is working on a versin that will not require any download at all to watch flash content.

Adding second language while keeping English as default + are older versions of Firefox available for download (wary of newest due to feedback I've read)

I have not installed Firefox. Thinking about it and it sounds good until I see all the problems people are having with crashing and connecting etc. That is why I want to know if an older version is available for download. I would feel more comfortable.
Also if do install, want to be able to read / write Russian language but not lose English as the primary language by default. Is this possible?

Does that mean that SAP and Oracle not longer have a support agreement for this?

Yes I know that http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/SAPsite/download.html used to work, but it does not exist any more and now redirects to http://java.com/en/javaforbusiness/sap_download.jsp.
The 941595 note now actually states the new link, and I have tried download from different networks and it does not work.

How can I use it?

The Oracle Notification Service is hosted at Oracle's data centers and is managed and maintained 24x7 by highly skilled staff. Users connect to it as a Web Service using an XML SOAP API over HTTP/HTTPS. The UMS portlet abstracts this communication and multiprotocol, multidevice complexities for the Oracle9iAS Portal users.

OpenSPARC T1 v1.4 now available for download

Hello everyone,
OpenSPARC T1 v1.4 is not available for download. Here is a short description of available new features. Please do download and try it out.
New features in OpenSPARC v1.4
==============================
OpenSPARC T1 v1.4 adds significant new functionality as well as new
platform support in its hardware bundle. On the design side, it adds
knob to create single core, single thread implementation of the
OpenSPARC T1. This, we believe, will be useful in creating multi-core
designs that do not include hardware threading. Additionally, it also
provides an option to create FPGA implementation from the base
design. This FPGA option creates a fully synchronous design with
better utilization of on-chip FPGA resources like Block RAMs and
Multipliers. And finally, version v1.4 also includes an option to
remove Stream Processing Unit (SPU) from the design. Since SPU is
essentially an on-chip hardware accelerator for cryptographic
functions, one can choose to remove it for more general purpose CPU
implementations.
Although three options described above can be chosen independent of
each other, combining them will create an FPGA implementation with the
smallest possible area foot-print. Needless to say, we have also
included verification environment for the new additions and also added,
for the first time, elementary support for netlist verification through
vector playback.
Together with design enhancements, OpenSPARC T1 v1.4 also supports
x86_64 hardware platform.

Verification User's Guide" included under to "doc" directory of the
hardware distribution.
