IWork documents not available across devices

Documents created with Pages and Keynote from my desktop do not show up in my iOS's view my documents, and vice versa; documents created from my phone do not seem available via iCloud drive or the applications on my desktop.
Everything I can find in Apple's iCloud documentation indicates they are supposed to be. Is this not the case?
(iOS, MacOS, iWork are all running their current versions, iPhone is a 5s running the latest iOS)

Photos will not sync across devices in iOS 8.1

I have iOS 8.1.1 on both my iPad and my iPhone 5. After installing the new iOS and selecting 'iCloud Photo Library (Beta)' on both devices, the 'my photo stream' folder has disappeared and photos will not sync across devices. Everything was fine prior to installing the new iOS. Can anyone help me to fix this? Thank you!

If you are using iCloud Photo Library Beta there are some differences from what you may be use to. Please read over the attached article for information on how your pictures are now organized and for how you can turn it off if you choose to do so.

What happened to the My Photo Stream and Camera Roll albums?
The Camera Roll and My Photo Stream album are replaced with an All Photos album, which gives you the same compact scroll view, now with all your photos and videos organized by the date they were added. Learn more about finding photos in iOS 8.
After you enable iCloud Photo Library, all your original photos and videos are organized in one library. My Photo Stream will upload recent photos to share with your other devices, but iCloud Photo Library stores your originals. See how to upload originals below.

"Sent" and "Trash" mailboxes not syncing across devices

My "In Box" syncs across devices, but the "Sent" and "Trash" boxes do not. How do I ensure that all my mailboxes are syncing across all my devices, so that conversations can move back and forth regardless of which device I am using at the moment?

Back up not available in device restore

back up not listed in Devices, but listed in preference. how can I restore back up if it's not listed in the drill down options?

Preferences > Devices 10:35 PM under iphone's name is listed (Today 9:30PM)
Not available in drop down list in restore back up:
July 14 10:43 and 10:55 PM under generic user's iPhone are not the once i backed up completely.

Collections do not sync across devices - bookmarks do ???

Hello. I am trying to sync my books & PDF's between my iPhone 4S & iPad2. Both are running iOS 5.0.1 and all apps are up to date. Both have "sync bookmarks", "sync collections", & "online audio & vidoe" checked. I am using iCloud and both devices are backed up nightly....
I have manually pulled books and PDF's to each device; what is strange is that when I bookmark on one devicee (say the iPhone), the bookmark is recognized almost instantly on the other device (iPad).... BUT, when I add a book or pdf to one device, it doesn't automatically sync to the other device.....??

Let me revise my last post - Books purchased in the library DO sync across devices; items I place in iBooks from email, etc.. do NOT sync.

IWork documents not syncing on Mac

a few weeks ago I changed the e-mail on my Apple ID and now my iWork documents will not sync on my Mac. They do still sync on my iPhones and iPad. I have tried deleting the com.apple.keynote, com.apple.numbers, and com.apple.pages folders, signing out and back into my iCloud account, deleting and reentering my iCloud account, unchecking the data & documents syncing in the iCloud settings and nothing has worked. I am running OSX 10.9.2

OK, this now appears to have spontaneously resolved itself! Weird

IWork documents not opening on web

Installed the latest 4.x version of iCloud for Windows. When trying to open an iWork document, it is supposed to open a web browser to iCloud.com to edit the document online, but it's not doing so.
I have Windows 8.1 with Chrome as the default browser.

Got the same issue. I had several numbers and pages files stores on icloud and I can't get to them from my iPad

Recurring Marketing Documents not available

Although SBO contains recurring AP and AR documents, they are not available for most country localisations. This is a very common requirement in Australia

there are 2 ways with which to achieve recurring marketing documents:
1.) Use the 'Duplicate' functionality.
2.) Use the 'Document Draft' functionality.
Both can be used to easily work with recurring marketing documents.

Biometric is not available in devices manager

I just upgraded my OS to windows 10 pro and everythings working will. My fingerprint was not working nor it appair in the (set sign in options), while Biometric validity fingerprint driver was among the drivers in my device I deleted the driver from device manager (manually) and installed snypatic wbf DDK 5510 (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-Systems-and-Software/Validity-Fingerprint-Common-Driver-for-Windows-10/td-p/5171912) now i even cant found Biometric device listed in the device manager and still problem not solved after many trys of installing different version of validity fingerprint.

This has nothing to do with Apple.
Your government does not allow Apple to include the feature.

Excel files not available across an all mac network

All the excel files in my public folder are not accessible across a two machine all Mac network. Word files will open. Anyone have any suggestions?

I know this is going to sound weird, but I spent the last two days figuring this out. I recently bought the teacher's Edition of Office 2004 so I could have the same version of Office on 3 of my Macs and after installation that's when Excel quit working over my home network. The previous versions of Office up to X didn't exhibit this behavior. So after looking at Apple's and Microsoft's sites and user groups and getting no answer that worked, I looked at my machines to see what the differences might be. The thing that tripped my trigger was two of my Macs had the same named hard drive and one didn't, and it was that one that was named differently that could see one of the other two. So look at the name under your hard drive icons (by default it's named Macintosh Hard Drive). If they are the same, rename one of them (the name can be anything just as long as it's not Macintosh Hard Drive). I would name them something to differentiate them like Will's iBook or Will's iMac. I don't have a programmers understanding of why this worked, but my scientific wild *** guess (S.W.A.G) is it's an Excel naming convention gaffe. It appears that Excel thinks there are no others on the network because all the hard drives are named the same. Word doesn't do this so I'm guessing that instead of looking for m.a.c. addresses or your network DNS/IP numbers, Excel is looking for hard drive names to distinguish users on the network. If I'm anywhere close to right, this is really dumb! Try it and see if this solves you problem.

This webpage is not available across all browsers

Recently I've been noticing that various websites will not load. I am running 10.6.8 on a Mac Pro 1,1. I was starting to wonder if it's JavaScript or some connectivity issue. The websites work fine on my computer at work, but I just get "This Website is not available" on Chrome or "Unable to Connect" on Firefox. Safari also didn't work.

Have you powered off and then back on your router and modem?
I would then try completely resetting your router.

IWorks documents not showing up after restore

I reloaded iOS5 on my iphone. All my pages, numbers and keystone documents are stored in the iCloud.
hHow do i get my iworks documents back from the cloud?
They are all on my ipad but I don't see them on my iphone

I have iCloud Documents and Data turned on. When I go into Pages, Numbers or Keynote the only documents are the original Getting Started Documents. There is no activity to the right of the wifi symbol like I get in photo stream or other icloud apps showing that it is syncing.

Lync Messages Not Appearing Across Devices

When having a conversation of my phone, these messages are not available on my desktop (like Skype). Is this intentional / bug / config?

Mmm ... that's a shame (aka that sucks!), as typically means I end up missing messages while sat at my PC not realising my phone is receiving them and vice versa.

ICloud Mail not syncing across devices

This issue has been bugging me for many months now and I have not been able to find a solution: I am an iCloud user for email etc, iPhone 4s with iOS7.0 and MBP with OSX10.8.5 and Mail 6.6. There are actually 2 issues which I would like help in resolving:
1. If I happen to notice a new email received on my iPhone and open up that new message using the iPhone, it then does not get downloaded by Mail on my MBP. If however I choose to ignore a new message in my iPhone's inbox and wait until I get home to read it using my MBP, then Mail downloads the unopened message and I can choose to read it using either the iPhone or MBP. However, new mail downloaded on my MBP and which I then open using Mail is also downloaded on my iPhone and marked as read.
2. Sent Mail is not sync'd across the two devices. I can get around this by bcc'ing myself on all sent messages.
I use IMAP and have tried some recommendations I have found on some help sites but to no avail.

Unfortunately, iCloud only pushes new mail. In iOS, it has never pushed the updated status of mail read, moved or flagged on other devices. http://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT203545
You could try switching your iCloud mail to fetch instead of push. I've never tried this, but maybe it will fetch the read status, as per the fetch schedule.
