IWS6.0 WHERE TO FIND SUPPORTED STANDARDS???

Hello everybody.
I'm searching the supported versions for different standars in Iplanet Web Server 6.0, like jsp, JavaMail, JDBC, JTA, JCA,JavaBean, Servlets ...
Anybody knows where to find all these specifications??

The web server is not a complete J2EE container. You can't run EJBs on it. I also don't think that it supports JTA or JCA, but I could be wrong about that.

Where to find standard transfer logic restrictions in PDP scenario

Hello experts!
Does anyone knows the program/routine in ECC where I can find the standard restrictions for requisitions to be sent to SRM?
By this I mean the restrictions we all know, for example, that requisitions with consignment or subcontrating positions are not to be transfered to SRM.

Hello Ahmed,
I meant the porogram code where SAP hardcoded the restrictions on the type of requisitions that are to be sent to SRM. These restrictions apply for everything that was configured in tables V_T160EX and V_T160PR.
As I mentioned, these restrictions are, for example, positions with specific position types such as consignment and subcontrating, that are not supported by SRM.
I hope this explains my requirement more clearly.

Where to find the XSLT used for the standard interface in SAP ME 5.2 SP05?

Starting with SAP ME 5.2 SP05 there is a new logic for the standard interface used in SAPMEINT.
I wonder where to find the XSLT's that are used for transforming the XML messages?
I can see from the SAP NW log:

From the (pre SP05) SAPMEINT I know two variants:
1. High performance interface
The XSLT files come from the MII shared memory entries for project SAPMEINT
2. Standard interface
The XSLT files come from SAP ME (table XSLT and XLST_ASSIGBNMENT) via calling a HTTP URL like
http://<hostname>:<port>/manufacturing/vm/xslt?id=RouterFeed

I found the answer myself now.
The XLST files are part of the static web content of the MI project Visiprise.
In the SAP MII workbench go to the project Visiprise
Then under the tab Web the static contecnt can be found under the folder WEB/XSLT/..

If it is a standard Script Output see that all config in NACE tcode was done correctly and in the Application document the output type was properly defined and attached to a medium, partner and all communication related things like printer name, when to print the output and number of messages etc are entered in the document
the go to the related application Tcode
(for sales order goto VA02 or VA03)
(delivery -VL02N or VL03N)
for Invoice VF02 or VF03
for PO -goto ME9F
enter doc number, Issue Output to -> screen/printer
then see the output
step 1 : copy the z layout into testing client thru SCC1.
step2 : go to se71 and check modified layout.
step3 : if it is under logistics.. go to TCODE "NACE".
u will see various applictions for each business process.
there u have configure ur related layout according to requirments,
for example u consider for Request fo Quatation..
there is APPLICATION called "EA"
click and enter into it. configure it with ur requirments, for help consult with ur functonal consaltant, and save it.
step 4 : goto tcode ME9A for requst for quatation(RFQ).
step 5 : enter test data avalable and check it with message display.
it is same for other applications like Contract agreament --> ME9k
invoice --> vl02n
and goes on..

I am trying to understand the role of the two stacks in NW. Maybe anyone has a few
hints where I can find answers to the following questions:
- An overview of supported Standards (Java 5 since when?)
- An overview of which component runs on which stack? Portal->Java, Integration Server->ABAP and so on.
- Guidelines when to install both stacks and when to use just one stack? When do I use which one?
- Has SAP an stategy towards an one Stack solution (possibly Java?)

Product Availability Matrix will tell you about supported version and platforms.
An overview of which component runs on which stack? Portal->Java, Integration Server->ABAP and so on.
Usually the question goes the other direction: what stacks we need for implementation of a particular function?
More and more products require ABAP backend and Java frontend.
For example Employee Self Service has been transerred from ABAP only ITS based to ABAP backend and Java frontend.
Same with SRM.

No. Core business functions are still being developed on ABAP and interface, GUI etc utilize JAVA.

Do you wish that at all customer site all concern involved in implemtation do the same work ?
I believe ERP is meant for single entry system, and it should be true for implementation also, why to invest man hours for the same task ?
I expect it standard reports should be released by SAP, so that speed of implementation improve, we have more nos. of satisfied customers.
customised reports is all together different and it is understood that it is needed to be developed after study the exact requirement.

If your contacts are synced to your computer then they are in the supported app you are syncing with.

Firefox is freezing. When I close Firefox, and try to re-start it, it will not open. I need to access Task Manager, where I find Firefox still running. I close Firefox in Task Manager & can re-start Firefox.

Sounds like it is hanging when you exit and later try to restart Firefox.
