J' ai acheté photoshop elements 11 le 10 mars 2013 .N0 de commande AD001111798FR . Suite à un Beug de l' ordinateur , DELL a été obligé de faire une remise en configuration usine . J' ai donc perdu le produit que j' ai acheté par internet en mars .
Bien que je possède un N° de commande , et surout le code à 29 chiffres de mon produit , je n'arrive pas à le rechrger .
Merci de m' aider ou de me donner les coordonnées d' un service qui peut règler mon problème .

En fait, la version de l'app store est Photoshop Elements Editor, qui ne contient en effet que l'éditeur.
LA FAQ d'Adobe stipule que les retours sont gérés par Apple, il faudra donc les contacter de toute urgence.

J'ai acheté Photoshop Elements hier mais j'ai acheté la mauvaise version. Cela fait deux jours que j'essaie de joindre le service ADOBE mais c'est une vraie catastrophe! Hier personne ne répondait, aujourd'hui j'ai eu deux personnes avec une voix robot au téléphone qui étaient à peine audible et la dernière mais tout bêtement raccroché au nez.
Comment doit-on faire pour échanger un produit acheté qui n'a pas encore été télécharger?
Aussi, j'aimerais upgrader mon CS5 vers CS6 mais là aussi c'est la crois et la bannière de savoir comment le faire. Les FAQ's online disent que c'est possible mais après faut trouver où le faire .. et franchement, je ne trouve pas du tout?
C'est scandaleux qu'une grande marque comme Adobe ait un service aussi mauvais!!!
Est-ce que quelqu'un veut bien m'aider svp?

Le client ne sait pas faire la différence entre Mac OS et Windows, le client achète n'importe quoi, le client change d'avis immédiatement, et c'est le "service" qui est mauvais…
En tout cas, c'est au Service clientèle qu'il faut s'adresser, ici c'est un forum d'utilisateurs.

Photoshop Elements 5 "Could not complete the Photomerge Panorama command because of a disk error"

It was working fine just yesterday! And only the photomerge is affected, the rest of the program works great...I turned off my computer after I receieved the error message and ran a disk check, but it found nothing wrong with my hard drive. So what gives? Do I need to reinstall? Is there some sort of update I need to install to make it compatable with Windows 7? (There was a similar update a few years back for Windows Vista users)
True, I mostly use CS5 now, but I still keep Elements 5 around because being able to manually place pictures into a panorama and retry rather than having Photoshop spit out two separate pano's stacked on top of each other is MUCH more convienient.

Well cn you try running the program in admin mode. Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 5
There find PhotoshopElementsEditor file and right click on it, and select "Run as Administrator".
See if it works.

Photoshop Elements editor does not open from Lightroom edit command

I have PSE 12 and LR 4.4 on iMac 10.9.5. My LR preference is set to PSE Editor and was done so by LR, I cannot change it. When I try to edit in PSE, an 8 bit Tiff is created then I get the error message that "there was a problem.......". In the details is this line:

I do not understand this, but the problems seems related to the Library, which, I don't know. I had PSE 12.1, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled PSE 12.0. It made no difference, same error message.

Before anybody asks, no the editor won't open from the startup screen nor from the right click menu when displaying a folder with pictures.

Is Photoshop Elements 13 compatible with late 2013 Mac Pro?

Does anyone here run PSE 13 smoothly on the late 2013 Mac Pro? My copy runs very sluggish on my Mac Pro even though it has a 3.7GHz quad-core Xeon processor with 16GB of RAM. For example, if I drag a slider, it does not move smoothly. The slider will jump after a second or two. Then a few seconds later, its effects are shown. If I move the mouse to a button, it will take awhile before it displays its name.
I use a 2nd copy of PSE 13 on my MacBook Pro with no problem at all.
I contacted Adobe support and they asked me to re-launch the PSE and reset the preference. It did not work. I then un-installed the PSE and re-installed it. The same problem still exists. What is worse is now my Mac Pro does not enter sleep mode.
Anyone here with good experience with PSE 13 on the latest Mac Pro? All other programs on my Mac Pro run well.

I can't understand why I can't install it on my MacBook Air. I continue to get Exit Code: 7 with DW063 being the dominant errors. the error statement says it is unable to get permissions of /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 13/Support files/ etc.
There is no Adobe Photoshop Elements folder on my computer.
I added a 2nd account with Admin privileges and got the same results.
I downloaded the install file from both Adobe and Amazon.

I understand you saying that the Forum cannot help with hard ware issues. To your previous questions 1) which Operating system I´m using the answer is: Mac OSX 10.6.8. 2) The Photoshop version: on the DVD it says: Adobe Premiere Elements 11 Trial included.
My Operating system Mac OSX 10.6.8 is not supported by the Fix it link you sent me.
If you have any suggestions please let me know. I am about to call the Apple Support centre to ask for some help with this DVD drive issue.

Photoshop elements 13 choix impression photo

J'ai remplacé mon vieil iMac par un iMac dernière version depuis 3 semaines avec Mac OSX Yosemite et j'ai du acheter photoshop elements 13
Lorsque j'ouvre plusieurs photos en même temps et que je crée un assemblage de ces photos sur un nouveau document il m'est impossible de l'imprimer.
La fenêtre d'impression me présente systématiquement une seule des autres photo ouvertes, toujours la même, mais pas le document que je viens de créer.
Il faut que je ferme toutes les autres photos avant de pouvoir imprimer mon nouveau document et c'est très pénalisant pour travailler

Bon j'ai compris, pour imprimer la photo voulue il ne suffit pas de sélectionner la photo dans l'espace de travail
En fait il faut simplement sélectionner la photo à imprimer dans le panier des photos ouvertes.

Runtime error sur photoshop element 11

Bonjour, j'ai acheté photoshop element 11 et l'ai installé. Après quelques jours d'utilisation, il a cessé de fonctionner et le message runtime error est apparut a l'écran. J'ai désinstallé le programme et j'ai effectué la réinstallation avec succès. Par la suite encore après quelques jours, le même problème et message de Runtime error est réapparut...Sur les liens j'ai trouvé les recommandations d'un expert d'Adobe qui disait de modifier le fichier Mediadatabase.db3 par mediadatabase.old sauf que je ne trouve pas ce dit fichier...
Pourriez vous me donner la cause et la solution a ce problème une fois pour toute ?? Merci de l'attention

Les systèmes d'exploitation modernes le stockent comme un fichier masqué spécial dans le système de fichier.

J'ai dû remettre au propre tout mon PC suite a un virus.
j'ai acheter Photoshop Elements 10 il ya de ça 3 ans.
je souhaite le télécharger et le réinstaller avec ma clé d'activation,
mais hélas, impossible de trouver dans la bibliotheque du site officiel de'adobe, le moyen de le télécharger, il ne le propose plus.
comment puis-je le réinstaller de nouveau?!

Voici mois que j'ai acheté photoshop element 11 et celui ci depuis 3 jours ne veut plus s ouvrir, j'ai tout essayé et impossible. Merci de bien vouloir resoudre mon probleme car si au bout de 6 mois cela ne fonctionne plus c'est quand meme grave.

J'ai donc la clé Photoshop 13 qui ne fonctionne pas quand on me demande la mise à jour.
Mon produit photoshop element 13 est bien enregistré dans mon espace personnel adobe.
Comment résoudre se problème svp ?

Photoshop Elements 12 installation/uninstallation failure

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 on 4 December 2013, and finally today I have tried to install it, on Windows 8.1. But there were problems, big problems.
The installation program said that the installation of "Shared technologies" has failed. So, then, I have rebooted the pc and I have tried to re-install Photoshop Elements, but the installation program reported that before was necessary to unistall P.E., so I followed the instructions on the screen, but at the end the unistallation failed, because "Specified path is empty".
So I has gone in the Control Panel, to perform unistallion from there, but there was no trace of P.E..
I rebooted the pc and tried again the installation/uninstallation several times, but always unsuccessfully.
Then I consulted the Support page on the Adobe site, where I have found that it is suggested to run the "Microsoft Fix It" tool, but actually that tool does not support Windows 8.1...
So, what I have to do? Can you help me, please?

Okay, for anyone else who has experienced this problem, I finally got the new PE 12 to install.
I booted my MacBook Pro from an external drive that had Mac OS (10.6) loaded and started the installation from the purchased .dmg file on my main HD. (Although, I had to RE-DIRECT the installer to install PE 12 into the Applications folder located in the main startup drive).
I rebooted using my one and only startup drive (except for this external drive that I have systems software loaded on), then launched the PE app (the "alias" app) in the App folder and, at least, got something going. However, I got nothing but "help" videos.
I backed out of that, then tracked down and opened "Photoshop Elements 12 Editor.app" (apparently, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) in the "Support Files" folder.
EUREKA! I can now FINALLY access the Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 software via my normal startup drive. YAY!
I hope this helps others who experience the same goofy problems loading Adobe Photoshop 12.
I'll be shopping for something that is NOT ADOBE in the future. This was a ridiculously unnecessary process to go through, and one that is ADOBE specific.
