Bonjour, je vais vous expliquez mon problème afin de m'éclaircir. J'ai commandé un Ipod Nano le 22 Décembre 2013 via le site internet. J'ai rentré mes coordonnées bancaires, mon compte n'a pas été débité. Ma commande est touijours au même point, j'ai toujours le même message qui me dit que ma commande est en cours de traitement. Je dois recevoir l'ipod le 30 décembre. Est ce normal que ma commande soit toujours au même stade depuis 4 jours ?

Je regrette beaucoup vos problèmes. Toutefois je ne comprends pas pourquoi avoir attendu des mois et des mois! A votre place j'aurais demandé un appareil de remplacement car vos problèmes doivent venir d'un défaut de ce MacPro. J'ai un MacPro 2013 depuis avril et il fonctionne toujours correctement. C'est le cas certainement des milliers de usagers des nouveaux MacPro 2013. Votre patience d'attendre aussi long temps sans demander un remplacement je ne la comprends pas.
Appareil avec défaut veut pour moi dire remplacement !!! et ceci sans attendre, déjà dans les premiers jours, une fois constaté 1) qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un péripherique (en déconnectant tout sauf clavier, souris et écran(1 seul!))  et  2) que vous n'avez pas des problèmes de vos logiciels, (en vous connectant dans le mode dit "sûr"). Si c'est 2 choses ne corrigent pas le(s) défaut(s)... alors l'appareil a des problèmes de hardware. Il doit donc être remplacé par Apple.
D'ailleurs pour un appareil si cher le Apple Care doit être acheté immédiatement avec l'ordinateur. Pourquoi on ne l'a pas fait lors de l'achât m'échappe également, surtout pour une utilization professionnelle. J'espère que vous prendrez le toreau par les cornes. Bonne chance!

    My point in the original posting that this is a bug seems to have been answered affirmatively by the notations of the quirkiness of the action. The argument that it must not be a bug because it would have been solved by now is totally disingenuous. Apparently Apple programmers (or their management) are not any superior to Microsoft programmers in that they focus on adding new bells and whistles while allowing longstanding problems in the core code to continue to fester.

  • IPod Nano Screen is messed up

    Last weekend my iPod nano was sitting on the foot of my bed in a hard plastic case and it slid off onto the floor. It had been working perfectly before but when I picked it up and turned it on instead of the normal screen coming up what looks like a black and orange fern appeard on the screen.
    When I pressed the select and play/pause button to reset it it started beeping at me and I couldn't make it stop for a while. I plugged it into my wall charger and nothing happend. When I got home I plugged it into my computer and iTunes didn't recognize it. While it was plugged in the screen flashed on and off showing that same scrambled image, each time it flashed off it would make a strange buzzing noise.
    Is there any way to fix this? Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

    Ok, I've tried just about everything plugging it in, trying to reset it and now it wont even light up when I press buttons. The only time the screen lights up at all is when its plugged in and then it flashes and makes an odd buzzing noise. I don't know what to do.
    I'd rather not buy a new iPod I like the first generations a heck of a lot better than the second gens but I don't know what else to do.

    I recently bought a new ipod nano and when i got it home and connected it to my computer I was told my version of i-tunes was not compatable and I had to un-install it and then download it again.  After I did this 4 times i eventually managed to get itunes to open on my computer and recognise my new ipod.  However after all that hassle my version of itunes now wont recognise any of the music that has already been downloaded onto my computers music files.  I have tried copying the music across and also using the add music to the itunes library command and nothing seems to work!  I really like the ipod but if i had known that itunes was this difficult to work i would have picked a different type of music player!  since i have bought the ipod ive heard nothing but bad things about how difficult and complicated itunes is to work so if anyone has any ideas for how i can fix this problem thatd be great!     There is no actual registration between a computer and iPod. The iPod may be synced to a particular iTunes library, so you may need to get your songs off the iPod, set up your iTunes library on the new computer the way you want it, and then sync your iPod to the new library.
    There is authorization between a computer and your iTunes Store account. So you will need to run iTunes on the new computer and use the +Authorize Computer+ command under the Store menu to authorize the new computer with your iTunes Store account. Your old computer will still be registered, but you can have up to five computers registered to one iTunes Store account.
    Now, if you only need to transfer the items purchased from the iTunes Store from the iPod to the new computer, you can do the following. First, go to iTunes preferences Devices tab. Check the box that says +Disable automatic syncing for iPhones and iPods+. This is just a precaution, because iTunes should ask before syncing your iPod for the first time with a new library.
    Connect the iPod and run iTunes. If iTunes asks if you want to sync the iPod, decline to do so. iTunes should open and the iPod should appear in the iTunes sidebar.     I found the problem. There's 6 USB 2 Ports on my computer. They are in group of two and located on different places (behind and on the front). This problem happens when My ipod was plugged with an other thing on the same pair of USB ports. The problem is solved when you connect only your Nano in one of the two port ... let the other USB port empty.

    J'ai trouvé le problème et il se règle facilement. Premièrement j'ai 6 ports USB sur mon ordi, ils sont par paires de deux et sont localisées à différents endroits. La solution c'est que pour une paire de prise USB, il ne faut pas connecter autre chose que le Nano et laisser l'autre vide. C'est probablement par manque de courant que l'ordi réagissait comme celà.
