Ce matin j'ais installé l'IOS 7 sur mon Ipod 5 et en voulant télécherger une apps, un message me dit que apple a changer ses condition générale de vente et que je doit lire et accepter pour continuer. Moi je veux bien accepter mais pour cela il faudrais que je le puisse. En effet, à aucun endroit je ne peut accepter j'ai été j'usqu'au bout des 62 pages et toujours pas de possibiliter d'accepter. Il me propose d'envoyer les conditions par e-mail mais quand j'appuis dessu rien ne se passe. Donc pour le moment je ne peut plus rien télécharger.

Hier soir, Apple m'a demandé de mettre à jour mon iPad sous ios7, pendant que celle-ci commence à se télécharger, iCloud me demande de remplir mon Id Apple et mot de passe, je demande à Apple de me réinitialiser mon mot de passe oublié. La page Localiser mon ipad s'affiche et lorsque l'on me demande d'accepter les conditions générales de localisation :
Impossible de cliquer sur quoique ce soit ni de revenir en arrière, ni d'envoyer par mail, ni de lire les conditions générales ou l'engagement de confidentialité sur mon IPad 5 rétina.
Alors que la mise à jour fini de télécharger durant 9 heures toute la nuit. Apple n'a peut-être pas pris en compte mon nouveau mot de passe et a peut-être bloqué la page.
Je ne peux ni revenir sur le menu pour aller dans les réglages, donc je ne peux rien réinitialiser.
J'ai également essayer de restaurer l'iPad depuis iTunes Store de mon mac OSX version 10.6.8 mais Apple me demande : Localiser mon iPad doit être désactivé pour restaurer « iPad de ... » Avant de restaurer votre iPad, accédez à ses réglages iCloud pour désactiver Localiser mon iPad.
Seulement, je ne peux ni accéder à l'Ipad, et dans les préférences système de mon mac, dans l'onglet "Internet et sans fil", l'application iCloud n'est pas affichée.
Je vois bien mon iPad dans l'iTunes Store du mac et je peux syncroniser.
Par contre, dans la gestion du compte iCloud, on ne propose ni de localiser l'iPad, ni dedésactiver la localisation.
Mon Ipad est bloqué : So HELP please !

    Voilà, j'ai fait des achats de musiques dans Itunes.
    Ces morceaux apparaissent en double sur mon iphone, mais quand je le connecte et le synchronise sur mon mac, dans la bibliothéque ils ne sont pas en double, c'est uniquement dans l'onglet musique de l'appareil, et sur l'iphone une fois qu'il est déconnecté.

  • Issue in deleting an app installed in IOS 7

    I'm facing issue in deleting an app which was installed in IOS 7 in both iPhone & iPad. Installed the app from the hosted server, Installation is complete. But the app remain in the grayed out state.
    When I try to delete the app, it is not getting deleted. Please find the attached screenshot for reference. The device console log is as shown below during Installation.

    The app is downloaded from internally hosted server.

    I also have this problem with ios app and have reproduced the problem on multiple devices. It only happens when i use OTA installation process with exported ipa. I am following the apple docs for ios distribution for testing. I am not using a 3rd party (testflight, betatesters etc.) for this, its an internet facing  web server (azure) with all the proper mime types etc. setup. The install works fine, meaning i get the correct prompts to install, my app installs and runs, but I end up with an additional phantom icon, usually hung in an "installing" state, basically like prabu4u shows in his scenario.This icon/app can't be deleted using standard means (via xcode, itunes, hard/soft resetting of device, changing device language settings).

    I do not believe this is a network, connectivity or web server issue. The udid of my device (and other test devices) are registered in the protal, they are all running updated version of ios7.
    I believe its an issue (caused by me) with the provision profile (probably the distribution) packaged in the app. I have validated that the profiles are in the portal and are synched with xcode5 using organizer->devices->iphone->provisioning profies. it shows both the ios team prov profile and the ios adhoc distribution profile created from my developer account.They both show valid profile status with expirations in 2014.
    I have done clean builds, rebuilds and redeploys of the exported ipa (generated using ad-hoc deployment scheme in xcode5), but the end result is the same. I always end up with the phantom icon.
    I have read other posts that say they use a 3rd party tool to delete the icon, which is fine, but I really want to avoid this by correctly developing and depploying the app.

    Exactly what version of iTunes are you running? And DON'T say 'the latest version'... CHECK the version number. You need to be running 11.1 or higher.

    Unfortunately, I don't have an earlier copy on my computer, since I hadn't needed to use the podcast app until I finally went through all the episodes I had that were playable in music.

    I've rebooted my mac before installing new ios lion, so after everything was done i copied my data back to my mac book pro, then simple clicked on adding to library option in itune and it only synced half of the track and rest simply didnt copy, i thought maybe some error occured and i tryed the same procedure again but its not adding more tracks in it. and i just notice when ever i try play a new song through my data it does not open in itune these are the same tracks and songs i been listening to since ages on different note books and pods..

    Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
    This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

    Restore to factory settings. That will use the latest iOS and then restore from a backup.
    Never, never, never attempt an update/upgrade on any portable computer device without plugging it into its AC charger.

    My backups were always called "iPod from Ella".

    I hooked up itune and restore.  after finished restores, it said my phone is in recovery mode and needs to be finish before using itune, my screen still show the itunes icon and power plug

My laptop is authorized to the same iTunes account as the tower.     Yes, but all your data will be replaced by whatever is on this other computer. So if you don't want that to happen wait and install on the computer with which the device is normally synced.
